We are seeking an experienced, community-minded Office Manager / Mentor to join us three days per week. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organisational and systems-building skills with a genuine passion for helping young people grow.

About This Job

You will provide effective administrative support to the Office Manager and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the two charities, the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) and the Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA). You will support across a range of tasks including administration, office management, supporting on our insurance provision as well as meetings and event support.

A cheerful, can-do attitude is essential, as is the ability to work well with a diverse range of staff based in the head office and across the UK. You will be organised, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills. ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Net Zero Carbon Engagement Officer to support churches across the Westminster Deaneries in their journey towards net zero carbon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with parishes, clergy, volunteers and diocesan colleagues to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency and care well for creation.

You will play a key role in coordinating activity at a local level, supporting churches with audits, funding applications and delivery of projects, while helping to build learning that can be shared more widely across London.

The Information Manager is a pivotal senior role within The Migraine Trust—responsible for shaping and developing all health information produced by the organisation. This role ensures that our information is accurate, accessible, evidence‑based and meets the highest national standards, including oversight of our Patient Information Forum (PIF TICK) accreditation. The health information we produce covers a wide range of topics from migraine treatments, management of migraine, latest research and migraine triggers. There is also an ongoing need to scope new information needs and, where identified, produce new information. The depth of health information we currently have and will produce in the future ensures that this role will offer plenty of opportunities to work with a range of stakeholders on a variety of information topics. We currently hold PIF TICK certification, which will be part of this role to maintain. You will help us maintain the quality of our health information and ensure that we comply with the charity’s writing style and branding.

Acting as the charity’s subject‑matter expert on migraine information, the postholder plays a vital strategic role in influencing organisational priorities, ensuring the public, healthcare professionals, policymakers and wider stakeholders have access to accurate, impactful and up‑to‑date content.

This role directly contributes to the Trust’s strategic ambitions by:

Key tasks and responsibilities

Producing and maintaining quality information

Manage The Migraine Trust’s provision of health information in line with the charity’s annual planning cycle and the PIF TICK accreditation.  This will include: -

· Lead The Migraine Trust’s health information portfolio, ensuring alignment to annual plans, organisational strategy, and PIF TICK quality standards

· Manage the full lifecycle of health information—from scoping and research to writing, expert review, design and publication

· Reviewing and updating existing information content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, accessible and produced in consultation with service users and people with lived experience, relevant medical advisors, health care professionals, the charity’s staff and other relevant specialists and organisations when appropriate

· Identify emerging gaps in information and lead the development of new materials

· Identify and engage with target groups identified in our three year strategy to identify need and produce associated materials

Key responsibilities

 Marketing and Communications

• Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns and events to achieve income targets, ensure consistent messaging and strengthen supporter engagement across all channels.
• Work closely with the global communications team to deliver the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Manage website content in WordPress, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and regularly updated.
• Oversee the social media strategy, creating and scheduling high-quality content (using Canva and Later) to grow brand awareness and supporter engagement.
• Manage ambassador and influencer relationships to support campaigns, storytelling, and reach.
• Design and deliver email campaigns and supporter newsletters through Mailchimp, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Fundraising

Unleashed Women – Community & Investor Stewardship

• Act as the primary staff relationship lead for the Unleashed Women community.

• Coordinate the planning, promotion and delivery of monthly virtual forums and quarterly in-person gatherings, working closely with the Executive & Operations VA on all logistics.

Operations

Line Management

Preferred requirements

Experience

• At least eight years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

This role will be responsible for:

Funding Development & Applications

• Prepare and submit compelling, high-quality funding proposals to trusts and foundations.

• Develop supplementary materials for applications, including budgets, MEL frameworks, timelines, and theories of change.

• Research and identify new funding opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline.

• Manage funding calendars, ensuring deadlines, reporting, and grant obligations are met.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing funders, partners, and individual donors, ensuring excellent stewardship.

• Support the Head of Development & Communications in cultivating philanthropic prospects and corporate partnerships.

• Represent STOP THE TRAFFIK in meetings and presentations with funders and external stakeholders.

Campaigns & Individual Giving

• Lead individual giving activities.

• Collaborate with the Development & Communications Team to design creative fundraising campaigns that grow income across diverse supporter groups including universities, schools, and community initiatives.

Storytelling & Impact

• Translate data, insights, and project outcomes into persuasive narratives for funders and partners.

• Work closely with programme teams to gather impact information and incorporate it into applications and pitches.

About this Opportunity

As our High Value Executive, you will work closely with the High Value Relationships team across philanthropy, corporate and event fundraising. Approximate split is 45% philanthropy, 45% corporate and 10% events.

This role requires a candidate with strong relationship management, communication and organisation skills, who is able to work across a range of relationships and activities concurrently. You will also ideally have previous experience of managing projects, campaigns or other cross -team collaborative activities, and of using creative packages to produce engaging presentations and reports. 

Philanthropy:

You will assist the High Value Relationships Manager and the Head of High Value Relationships with research to create a prospect pipeline. For existing high-value supporters, you will ensure excellent stewardship by maintaining records and reporting and assisting with thanking, impact reports and proposals.

Corporate:

You will contribute to building long-term, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with businesses. You will be responsible for assisting the High Value Relationship Manager in providing high-quality account management to Born Free’s growing portfolio of corporate partners and supporting the High Value Relationships Manager and Head of High Value Relationships in developing new business to increase our income and impact.

Events:

You will attend Born Free events (4-5 per year) where you will be confident in networking with high-value supporters and, in the lead up to the events, help, when needed, with sourcing prizes for raffles and auctions.

Role Overview

The Donor Relations Officer will be responsible for crafting compelling, donor-centred communications that strengthen long-term relationships with partners and supporters, deepen engagement and inspire giving. One of the main areas of responsibility will be to produce proposals and reports for stakeholders, especially strategic partners and donors. The postholder will work closely with the other members of the Marketing and Communications team, as well as collaborating with other departments within the college.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience of producing copy for fundraising and donor relations purposes, and will be a skilled storyteller who can translate the strategic objectives of the college into resonant narratives, understands donor motivations, and writes with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Stewardship Writing

• Develop persuasive and high-quality copy for multi-channel fundraising campaigns (direct mail, email, website, social media etc.)
• Write impact reports and stewardship letters that convey gratitude and demonstrate impact.
• Create case statements, proposals, and presentations for major donor and foundation audiences.
• Oversee the ongoing use of Donorfy CRM to ensure it functions in a way that optimises ANCC's efficiency and makes full use of its functionality; carry out system integrations as needed.

Storytelling & Content Development

• Interview students, alumni, partners, staff and donors to develop authentic, mission-driven stories.
• Adapt organizational content for various donor segments, ensuring a consistent voice and message.
• Collaborate within the Marketing & Communications team to pair copy with strong visuals, and input to other priority projects as required.

Editing & Quality Control

• Proofread and edit donor communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the college ethos and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent, donor-focused tone across all written materials.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the members of the Marketing & Communications team to align donor messaging with campaign goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and engaging copy and marketing materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong interviewing, research, and storytelling skills.

As the Senior Impact Manager, Motorsports Engagement, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with motorsports employers to support young people from underrepresented backgrounds into early career opportunities. Working closely with Formula 1 and its teams, as well as a broader network of STEM-related organisations across the UK, US, and Brazil, you will lead collaboration efforts to influence inclusive recruitment and retention practices in motorsports, and enhance career access and progression. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERY OF MOTORSPORTS ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY (70%)

• Play a key role in the development and execution of Mission 44’s new Motorsports strategy, to create access opportunities for young people from underrepresented backgrounds within STEM sectors, particularly motorsports.

• Build trusted relationships with key motorsport employers and stakeholders, including F1, F1 teams, FIA, and relevant STEM employers, to drive sector-wide change, focusing on increasing demand for underrepresented talent, adoption of inclusive recruitment practices, and awareness of Mission 44’s work and impact.

• Apply and continually improve the convening strategy and toolkits to Mission 44’s STEM work, helping determine when and how convening can most effectively support our goal of inspiring and supporting young people (aged 14–30) in the UK and US to access careers in STEM and motorsport.

• Collaborate with the Engagement Directorate, nonprofit partners and corporates to design and deliver high-impact STEM career experiences at Formula 1 races and other key events - some of which will be international - ensuring alignment with Mission 44’s objectives and offering young people meaningful exposure to career pathways.

EXTERNAL REPRESENTATION AND ENGAGEMENT (20%)

• Represent Mission 44 at Motorsport industry events, donor meetings, clearly articulating our global mission and impact with tailored messaging for each audience.

• Support cultivation and stewardship efforts as requested by the Engagement Directorate, engaging prospective donors and prioritising meetings that deliver the greatest strategic value.

• Advocate for Mission 44 at high-profile events and stakeholder meetings, championing greater industry engagement and driving impact.

• Support our storytelling and communications efforts to highlight success and progress while spotlighting challenges to potentially shape future advocacy.

MONITORING AND LEARNING (10%)

• Support the Head of Impact, STEM Pathways and the Head of Strategy and Learning to collect key impact data.

• Contribute to evaluation processes, seek and develop opportunities to raise awareness of Mission 44’s work to create early career pathways for young people.

• Assist with annual reporting and provide input into fundraising and communications materials where relevant.
