Administration of our Business Support Network
- Research businesses that can help local authorities on their decarbonisation journey
- Run due diligence checks on potential business partners to ensure they comply with our Ethical Fundraising Policy
- Set up and minute meetings, coordinate proposals
- Prepare and issue contracts and invoices
- Maintain accurate, compliant data in our CRM
Finance and HR
- Oversee income and expenditure budgets and performance
- Produce and circulate monthly management accounts
- Manage relationships with our suppliers, ensuring we get value for money and pay promptly
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding and HR record-keeping
Operations and Governance
- Office management and coordination with our workspace provider.
- Organise team meetings and team socials
- Maintain UK100’s Customer Relationship Management system and support UK100 staff in using the CRM.
- Support UK100’s management of IT systems, ensuring staff are trained and follow best practice guidance
- Develop and improve UK100's policy and procedures, as well maintaining key organisational documents.

What is the role?
As a member of our Customer Engagement team, you’ll deliver an exceptional level of customer service for all British Heart Foundation (BHF) customers, and drive an increase in revenue, through inbound and outbound stewardship activity.
You will provide a single point of contact for defibrillator and medical sales, providing advice to both B2B and B2C customers when deciding which device or devices to purchase.
You will improve and develop customer experience by engaging all customers through our stewardship activity, sales activity, and relationship management. You will manage these relationships and will work towards financial and customer satisfaction targets for stewardship.

Working Arrangements
- This part time role 21 hour per week. Ideally working Wed and Friday and one other day to be negotiated.
- Working Hours: Normal working hours are 09:00am to 05:00pm, Monday to Friday,
- Hybrid Role: A week typically involves 1 day a week (usually Wednesdays) in our Birmingham office (B37 7YE) to collaborate with your team and other 4 days will be working remotely at home.
Interview Process
Our interview process involves two stages:
- Initial Stage: One-way video interview, allowing you to record responses to pre-set questions at your convenience, showcasing your personality, skills, and experiences.
- Second Stage: Assessment Centres will be held in person at our Birmingham Office (B37 7YE) on 2nd 3rd and 4th December 2025. Please note that these dates are fixed and cannot be changed.
Start Date & Induction:
All new team members will start on 14th Jan 2026, and this date is not negotiable. The induction training will last for four weeks, during which you will be required to come into the office more frequently. After completing the training, your office attendance will reduce to once a week.

The post holder will be required to coordinate and attend events across the UK, including our annual national conference in London and other planned regional events throughout the year. Travel and occasional overnight stays may be needed.
Role Purpose
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering a varied programme of impactful events for service users, volunteers, and the wider cardiomyopathy community. These include, but are not limited to, supporting logistics, planning and execution of information days, medical education events, webinars, volunteer development days, and the charity’s annual national conference.
The role covers the full lifecycle of event management, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation. This includes oversight of event budgets, supplier and stakeholder management, and ensuring all events are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Events will be delivered both in person and online, so confidence in managing virtual and in-person events is essential.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the charity, the Events Coordinator ensures that every event is accessible, engaging, on budget and aligned with Cardiomyopathy UK’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by cardiomyopathy.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Delivery
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, content, themes, budgets, and logistical requirements.
- Plan and deliver a varied programme of events including information days, medical education sessions, webinars, volunteer development days, and the annual national conference.
- Research, negotiate, and book venues, suppliers, exhibitors, speakers, and contractors.
- Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, budgets, contracts, and all related administration.

About the role:
We are looking for a Clinical Transformation Lead to drive and deliver strategic and operational transformation initiatives across Princess Alice Hospice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service innovation. About you:
You will be motivated, have excellent communication skills and strong leadership capabilities.

You will have experience of managing projects and / or programmes in complex organisations and a track record of delivery. The role works alongside clinical teams to lead, develop and embed changes. You may or may not be a clinician, but it is critical that you understand how clinicians work.

The Active Wellbeing Society (TAWS) are one of Sport England’s official delivery partners for This Girl Can, leading work on activating the campaign in Birmingham working alongside system partners.

The role includes peer relationships internally within TAWS but to also hold relationships with Sport England, place-based strategic partners (Birmingham City Council , Sport Birmingham) and IWG World Conference on Women & Sport attendees In Unity, United by 2022 Legacy Charity and Saheli Hub . With the aspiration of the role aligning to the IWG Women and Sport programme, IWG World Conference on Women & Sport and European Athletic Championships hosted by Birmingham 2026.
In this role of Woman and Girls Lead you will be pivotal in ensuring that the organisation’s contractual obligations and goals are achieved by collaborating with communities and partner organisations in the design and delivery of interventions. You will build connections and co-produce with local communities and key partners , creating activities based on identified need to increase opportunities that are more social, suitable, self-affirming and safe for women and girls. The role will support to connect and share learning across the system and use existing insight to help inform priorities/areas of need.
The role will report to the Midlands Regional Lead for Partnerships and New Business Development and be supported and guided by a Steering Group of wider partners, working closely with TAWS West Midlands Delivery Manager and Research and Performance team.

About You and the Role
