ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role is essential to delivering the charities income targets for Trusts and Foundations and developing long term relationships. In addition, the post holder will support the Head of Income Generation with approaching, reporting, and maintaining Trust and Foundation relationships for major appeals.
he Fundraising Officer will work as part of the Fundraising team and focus on delivering income targets from trusts and foundations. The role is responsible for growing LDCT’s trust and foundation income by increasing the amount and longevity of funding from current supporters, as well as building a portfolio of new trusts and foundations through research, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, updating the Funding Matrix and making successful applications. Building good relationships with new funders including regular reporting, as well as good stewardship of existing funders, is an important part of the role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Delivering on fundraising priorities and targets for trusts and foundations income, including our current and future major appeals.
- Researching, identifying, and prioritising appropriate trusts and foundations to maintain and convert a pipeline of new, prospective trusts and foundations.
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to help shape projects for funding and creating strong Cases for Support to ensure effective applications.
- Writing and submitting high quality targeted funding applications.
- Maintaining an effective stewardship programme for trusts and foundations including appropriate accurate records, ensuring the fundraising e-Tapestry database is kept up-todate and that fundraising income is processed efficiently with timely thank you letters and acknowledgements.
- Managing relationships with existing and new funders to encourage maximum funding, multi-year funding awards and repeat funding.
- Monitoring outcomes, updating the Funding Matrix and producing timely reports and information as required externally by funders and internally for Management reporting.
- Promoting the support of funders through press releases and social media posts.
- Adhering to standards of fundraising best practise as set out in the Institute of Fundraising’s Code of Practise and ensuring all activities comply with relevant Data Protection obligations and any other legislation
Contract - Permanent - following 6 months probation
Hours - Part time - 30 hours per week - Remote - hours can be worked flexibly throughout the week.

Job Title: Partnership Development Manager
Salary: £34,500.
Contract Type: Contract for 18 months; there is a strong possibility that currently anticipated growth in the team may see this role become permanent during the contract term. The latest research suggesting that the number of children and young people at risk of hunger has rocketed to three million means that one in five children don't have enough to eat.
When a child is too hungry to learn, when they’re aching for something to eat, they can’t concentrate. They can’t absorb information. Big feelings and worries can be impossible to control. They fall behind in their studies.
Magic Breakfast provide a nutritious and filling breakfast to over 200,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target the children most in need without barrier or stigma.
Magic Breakfast are ambitious to grow our impact in order to remove hunger as a barrier to learning for all children and young people in the UK. To do this, we need to continue to grow our fundraised income, of which new corporate income is a significant element.
JOB INFORMATION
We are seeking candidates who are after the next step in their fundraising journey. You will already have strong credentials and be ready to start your journey into Partnership Management which will include leading in delivering the new business plan and working closely with colleagues in the Partnership Development team and across the organisation to identify, create and secure new strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building a pipeline that reflects Magic Breakfast’s restricted and unrestricted funding needs, including Gift in Kind requirements, working with the Partnership Research Executive to research and identify prospects with potential.
- Making use of multiple tactics to secure meetings with prospects including, for example, cold calling, emailing, running events, event networking and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Ensuring that risk-screening and due diligence processes have been completed in line with Magic Breakfast’s Ethical Fundraising and Due Diligence policies.
- Understanding each prospect’s strategic interests through meetings, discussions and research and defining the mutual advantage in partnership.
- Developing and delivering engaging, relevant and impactful pitches and written proposals to prospective partners.

Main purpose of the role
We have a dynamic Fundraising team and over the last three years we have seen an incredible growth across established income streams and creation of new exciting income streams. At the same time, the organisation is passionate and committed to increasing our activities so that more food can reach the 8,500 charities and community groups nationwide. To meet this ambition, we are looking to recruit a talented and experienced fundraiser as our Corporate Partnerships Officer who is able to jump straight in to help deliver our Corporate Fundraising strategy.

We are looking for an ambitious Corporate Partnerships Officer that wants to maximise fundraising opportunities with existing partners through excellent account management and also enjoys new business and converting leads to new partnerships. This role will be split with 60% of your time allocated to Account Management and 40% to New Business.
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience of managing and growing fundraising partnerships, as well as experience of working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be self-motivated with strong organisational skills and an ability to set priorities, contribute to a prospect pipeline and meet deadlines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate partnerships including strategic partnerships, commercial partnerships, charity of the year and corporate donations, and support Corporate Partnership Managers with responsibilities relating to larger partnerships.
- Deliver excellent partnership management including developing a partnership plan, meeting with stakeholders, delivery of partner benefits and account stewardship.
- Develop and deliver timely, relevant and engaging impact reporting.
- Develop new and grow existing corporate partnerships, drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, for the best outcomes across FareShare’s work and maximising the income potential.
- Maintain robust account growth plans, update pipelines and stakeholder mapping for your partners.

New Business
- Proactively approaching corporate opportunities following our new business strategy, writing funding proposals and approaching community groups for new partnerships

- Maintaining accurate cultivation plans and reporting for new business approaches

Communication and Administration
- Develop PR and communication plans for corporate partners, working in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Manage the general administration and accurate data management for your partners.
- Support annual budgeting and planning in line with the fundraising team’s strategic objectives. Report on any variances of income against budget and undertake contingency planning to minimise risk.
- Where necessary, work with the wider teams at FareShare and with our regional centre partners to deliver greater partner impact.
- Contribute to the wider success of the fundraising team through supporting colleagues, celebrating successes and sharing learnings.

Better Cotton is now seeking a Social Impact Fundraiser who will help to drive revenue in support of the ongoing success and growth of Better Cotton globally. Better Cotton has set ambitious 2030 targets to improve the lives and livelihoods of cotton farmers. This role will be responsible for ensuring these ambitions are adequately resourced. Development of Social Impact Programmes
Participate in the development of thematic programmes that fulfil farmers’ needs while aligning with Better Cotton’s 2030 strategic goals:
- In close collaboration with Global Impact team and country teams support a programmatic co-creation process, that is marketable and fundable.
- Manage a coalition building phase of social impact donors and allies. This includes outreach to relevant stakeholders identified, pitching to prospective donors, creating fundraising materials.
- The Coordinator will likely manage individual donor relations, while also coordinating Social Impact Coalition Committees.
Fundraising efforts
- Manage relationships with donors/investors to increase success rate of applications and ensure continuous funding.

Camphill is a worldwide movement with over 100 independent charities (often referred to as 'communities') supporting individuals with additional support needs to lead meaningful lives and to reach their fullest potential. The organisation began here, in Scotland, in 1939 through a group of Austrian refugees. They sought societal change in the way disadvantaged and vulnerable people were treated and cared for.
There are 11 Camphill charities in Scotland, from Aberdeen to Dumfries and Galloway, supporting over 500 people from early childhood through to older age. In Aberdeen, Camphill Estates owns the land occupied by 6 of them. They are independent charities but work together under the Camphill Estates umbrella for the common good.
Historically, Camphill Estates had one Fundraising Manager to generate voluntary raised funds and to support all of the communities to fundraise for themselves. This all changed three years ago when this new post was created, representing a sea change in the organisation’s thinking.
It followed a master plan which was drawn up with the help of consultants who reviewed the needs of the estate. This process produced a lengthy list of capital build projects for 5 of the 6 charities that are necessary to improve the buildings and the opportunities for the service users. The cost of delivering those projects was an estimated £15million with the focus on improvements to Camphill School and the residential units.
A highly experience fundraiser was appointed to create and lead the capital campaign to raise the required £15m funding, within a ten-year period. Three years on, the campaign has met with great success - £4.5m has been raised already. They also built a very strong and focussed fundraising team of five, raised the profile of the campaign in the local area and built strong working relationships with all the five partner charities.
Sadly, the current capital appeal fundraiser is moving on from Camphill Estates to live overseas, and Camphill Estates are looking for a new senior fundraiser to lead the appeal and carry on the good work. In the three years since the appeal was launched, further capital requirements have emerged, and a new charity (Murtle Market) has been created. The appeal total has therefore been reset at £15m and again, ten years has been set as the timescale.
The Board has set aside a healthy budget which allows the Director of Fundraising to build a team to deliver success. It will be up to the Director to devise a strategy and manage the team of five fundraisers to reach the new income goal.
Crucially, Board do not see this appeal as an end in itself. Such a varied and evolving group of charities will always have a capital fundraising requirement and are therefore happy to offer this role as a permanent position, not linked to the current appeal target or length.

Peer Power Youth has a successful track record of securing income from Trusts and Foundations and earned income through training sales, contracts and consultancy, which has enabled us to achieve individual impact for young people and tangible system change impact for thousands more children and young people.

The Head of Fundraising & Communications will operate as an effective member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as the strategic lead for Baca’s fundraising and communications activity.
Given the fluctuating nature of statutory income (currently c.75% of total income) it will be the responsibility of the Head of Fundraising & Communications to develop and implement a fundraising strategy that enables the organisation to diversify its income portfolio, ensuring a sustainable funding model that spreads risk and allows for greater donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as an effective member of the Leadership Team, working collaboratively to ensure the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Develop, lead and deliver the fundraising strategy – focused on diversification and sustainable income whilst remaining hands on in the establishment of new income streams.
- Establish clear stewardship plans for all supporters, maximising their engagement with Baca.
- Develop and implement the communications strategy – utilising external comms to engage supporters and underpin income generation whilst raising awareness about the issues faced by unaccompanied child refugees.
- Oversee the generation of tailored, multimedia content that raises awareness of Baca and drives increased support.
Person Specification:

- Proven expertise of fundraising across different income streams (e.g. trusts and foundations, community, regional, philanthropy). Expertise of developing new income streams from scratch/a low base would be beneficial but not essential.
- Relational approach – focused on developing long term commitments and support from key stakeholders and donor audiences.
- Experience of working in a communications role/closely with communications teams to maximise the opportunities to engage externally and increase support/awareness.

LTSB has grown significantly over the past few years. Our work is only possible with the generosity and commitment of our supporters. This role will be responsible for managing existing corporate partnerships, developing new corporate relationships, and developing and delivering an events programme. Events is a relatively new area for the charity and we anticipate the events programme will, in the main, support our corporate partnerships and provide a varied package of engagement opportunities for our growing base of employee volunteers. These, and other events, will help raise vital funds as well as networking and new business development opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who has experience of a similar role/s. You will have great people skills and have experience of building and maintaining strong relationships. You will be enthusiastic, energetic and with a can-do attitude who enjoys planning and organising and is not phased with periods of high intensity. You will have a positive approach and enjoy working as part of a team.
As we all work remotely, you will also need to be a self-starter and able to work independently. You must be based in one of our 4 hub cities: London, Birmingham, Manchester or Liverpool. The post holder will need a thorough understanding and commitment to LTSB’s vision, mission, and work.

We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator (Individual Giving) to join our small but dynamic Fundraising team.
The role requires excellent donor care and stewardship skills. All forms of communication will be required including the proactive use of digital channels such as the website and social media platforms.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will play a vital role in increasing income from our existing supporters. You will support donor acquisition as well as taking the lead on retention of our supporters across multiple channels including cash appeals, regular giving, lottery and in celebration giving. The role will also support the Head of Income in the delivery of a legacy and major donor program.
You will develop and deliver excellent stewardship programmes that drive retention by deepening audience understanding of the challenges that people affected by cleft face and the impact that their donations make. Using data and insight, you’ll deliver compelling campaigns, with people affected by cleft right at the centre. You’ll use creative tools and techniques to demonstrate impact and inspire future action.

Our award-winning charity provides complementary therapies to people living with cancer in Berkshire, empowering them and giving them control and choices over the treatments that will help to impove their physcial and mental wellbeing. We want to biuld on our current success to expand our work and reach more people who would benefit from our support.
As our new Supporter Development Officer you will enhance existing relationships in our community, and with our current supporters - as well as build new connections - to secure the financial and other support required to fund our growing services. You will work with individuals, community groups and businesses across our area, as well as alongside our fabulous volunteer fundraising committee who organise numerous highly successful fundraising events each year.
You will be a fantastic ambassador for our organisation, able to convince others to support our valubable work. You'll join a small but growing staff team, who facilitate the work of our large team of incredible volunteer therapists, meeter greeters and volunteer fundraisers, so you need to be a team player, with great communication skills and attention to detail.
It's a busy, multi-faceted role, great for someone who likes to carry out a broad range of fundraising activities rather than be pigeon-holed (experience in individual giving, commuity fundraising and/or corporate fundraising would be an advantage). Knowledge of the local area and/or complementary therapies, and an understanding of cancer, could be beneficial.Because a lot of the role will be out and about across the county and beyond, meeting people face to face, you'll also need to be a driver with access to a vehicle for work (reasonable adjusments considered).
