We’re looking for an ambitious Partnerships Officer (internally Executive) to help drive income by supporting and building profitable, long-term partnerships with individuals and organisations. Working within the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, the role of the Partnerships Executive is to deliver excellent relationship management to maximise income revenues.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need to:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate supporters <£10k ensuring they meet their maximum giving and engagement potential.
• Provide excellent relationship management and customer service support across all key audiences in partnership with the account managers.
• Deliver event support for flagship fundraisers such as our annual Dragon Boat Race, Corporate Sports Day, in-hospital volunteering opportunities and innovative Christmas campaign.
• Create fundraising and marketing materials, in partnership with the marketing and communications team, to drive new supporters and support existing partners. Including leading on a regular external Philanthropy and Partnerships newsletter.
• Provide operational support to the philanthropy and partnerships team, including desk based research and database management and reporting.
• Respond to fundraising queries (email and telephone) promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the philanthropy and partnerships teams’ presence on social media, including creating content which helps to promote impact, the charity and supporters.
• Support the team to deliver remarkable stewardship of all donors, including the management of our banking and thanking process and helping to create bespoke impact reports and materials.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of activities and communications are captured on our CRM database (Salesforce) along with regular reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the philanthropy and partnerships team as and when required.
• Build and maintain records of recognition milestones for supporters providing monthly reports to wider team for stewardship activity.

Role Purpose

This new role within the Advice & Training team will support the development, coordination, and growth of the organisation’s training provision. You will be responsible for the recruitment and administration of freelance trainers to work alongside the Advice & Training team in developing and delivering world-class training. You will play a key role in identifying trends in the needs of our membership and international students, contributing to the direction and growth of our training output. You are confident in your administrative skills and will lead on writing and standardising contracts for and establishing workflows for new freelance trainers. The role will involve different strands of work, and so you will be required to balance concurrent tasks confidently, seeking advice and guidance where needed. Core responsibilities

Training recruitment and administration

• Recruitment of freelance trainers to broaden the capacity of UKCISA’s training provision.
• Writing, standardising, and administering, standardising contracts for freelance training staff in conjunction with Finance and HR.
• Liaison with the Finance team to standardise invoicing procedures for freelance training staff.
• Key liaison point between existing and new freelance trainers and UKCISA staff.

Analysis and trend mapping

• Seek to identify gaps in UKCISA’s training offer and the delivery of new services to meet those unmet needs.
• Expanding UKCISA’s offer of new training opportunities, including relating to Student Sponsor compliance, to ensure members have the technical knowledge and support needed to carry out their roles and responsibilities towards international students.
• Collaborate with freelancers and in-house staff to develop training content, in line with UKCISA quality and expectations as the UK’s main provider of training relating to supporting international students.
• Gain a deep understanding of current core training to ensure seamless integration of new courses to support learning journey of members.
• Support the Advice Officer and Training Lead in responding to trends, identifying potential improvements to the training workflow, and supporting UKCISA trainers.

Quality assurance

• Working with UKCISA’s in-house trainers to establish and embed processes to ensure quality assurance of freelance delivery and the delivery of course aims and objectives.
• Collaborate with current freelance trainers and newly recruited trainers to establish robust quality assurance processes with the Advice & Training team.
• Facilitate and monitor quality assurance of UKCISA training output.
• Coordinate the production of resources to inform and support UKCISA trainers to ensure consistent delivery in line with UKCISA values and expectations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of new training and adapt as appropriate.

Skills and Responsibilities 

On-Boarding & Compliance

• Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding and compliance process and ensure that the processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, including: issuing contracts, pre-employment compliance checks, and keying new starters/setting up new starters on the onboarding system.
• Ensure the accurate entry and maintenance of data onto the relevant HR Systems/ spreadsheets, by employing robust quality assurance and due diligence measures.
• Be the subject matter expert for Access Recruit & Onboarding and Better Impact for the team, the candidates/onboardees and the wider organisation

Hybrid: Envision operates a hybrid working policy with one day per week in a regional office, plus ad-hoc travel across regions for events and training. 

Role: This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in how Envision brings its mission to life — through well-run fundraising events and compelling communications that inspire supporters and put young people's stories front and centre. 

As Events and Communications Officer, you will take ownership of our annual events programme, including our flagship fundraising event, the Envision Cycling Challenge. From logistics and budget management through to post-event donor recognition and evaluation, you will oversee the full events lifecycle — always looking for ways to grow our offer, attract new supporters and drive income. You will work towards an annual income target as part of a collaborative and ambitious Philanthropy and Partnerships team. 

On the communications side, you will create written and visual content that conveys the impact of our work across social media, e-newsletters, impact reports and donor updates. Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will ensure our messaging is consistent, inspiring and reaches the right audiences — while also supporting internal communications that help connect and inform our teams across the organisation. 

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable crafting a compelling story as they are managing a complex event; someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in the details and genuinely cares about the young people at the heart of our work. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, deliver and manage the annual events workplan, working towards an annual income target 

• Coordinate and run all fundraising events including the Envision Cycling Challenge, managing logistics, budgets, compliance and evaluation 

• Create compelling written and visual content for external and internal communications across multiple channels 

• Support the development and delivery of donor communications, impact reports and supporter updates 

• Track and report on events performance, supporter engagement and communications metrics 

• Maintain accurate donor records on Salesforce and support timely donor recognition processes 

Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies: 

• Experience of events planning and management for events of varying scale and different audiences 

• Experience of creating engaging communications content, including social media, newsletters and reports 

• Strong project management skills — highly organised, with the ability to work with initiative and manage multiple priorities 

• Demonstrable success in building and maintaining relationships with supporters or stakeholders 

• Strong attention to detail across both events delivery and written communications

As our IT Helpdesk Officer, based in Kings Cross, you will be at the heart of ensuring every colleague has the tools, systems, and support they need to deliver life-changing work. About you:

• Experience in Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support over a number of channels including face to face, phone, email, text, chat and video. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong organisational skills and shows enthusiasm to all duties. 
• Ability to manage issues and questions via a ticketing portal, updating clients in a timely manner and following tickets through to resolution. 
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware including cloud servers, desktops, laptops and network equipment. 
• High level of personal organisation with the ability to plan and prioritise own work. 
• Has experience in Microsoft applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Scottish Opera is Scotland’s national opera company and the country’s largest performing arts organisation. The post holder will proactively develop the corporate pipeline, securing new partners and provide excellent account management to existing, valued partners.

It is an exciting time to join Scottish Opera. They have invested in the fundraising team, there is organisation-wide support for fundraising, and many opportunities to engage potential partners across their annual programme.

This role might be for you if have broader fundraising experience, and are looking to specialise in corporate fundraising, are an experienced corporate fundraiser looking to step up to a manager level role.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Events Assistant to support the planning and delivery of ABN’s events programme. This varied and rewarding role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in events and stakeholder coordination within a national medical membership organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Events & Business Development Manager and wider ABN team. The position is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

The ABN is the professional body for neurologists in the United Kingdom. Our mission is to support neurologists to improve the lives of people with neurological conditions. We do this by connecting the neurology community, advocating for high-quality services, and promoting excellence in education and research. The ABN is a dynamic membership society with over 2000 members, working hard to raise the voice of neurology at a national level.

About the role

This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of ABN events such as conferences, webinars, and training sessions, ensuring smooth logistics for both virtual and in-person activities. Key responsibilities include managing delegate and speaker administration, maintaining accurate event records, preparing event materials, and handling post-event feedback and reporting. The position also provides general administrative support, assists with website updates, sponsorship information, and CPD requirements, while ensuring accurate membership and event history records are maintained.

About you

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Essential 

• Previous experience (voluntary or paid) in an administrative, customer service, or eventsrelated role.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator (written and verbal), with a polite and professional manner
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and respond calmly to deadlines
• IT literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, EventBrite)
• Willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or travel within the UK

Desirable

• Experience using CRM systems, membership databases, or event registration software
• Interest in health, science, or the medical charity sector

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Sussex Community Housing Hub team in providing technical advice and support to communities engaged in rural and community led housing projects.

Community-led housing involves local people playing a leading and lasting role in solving housing problems, creating genuinely affordable homes and strong communities.

You will be working in conjunction with other members of the Hub to help deliver quality affordable housing schemes that these communities are truly proud of.  

The role

This is a senior, externally facing post reporting to the Chief Executive. You'll manage a caseload of community-led housing projects, lead a small team of advisors, and work in partnership with communities, parish councils, housing associations, local authorities, landowners, and developers across East and West Sussex.

You'll also play a part in shaping Druv Homes, AirS's emerging housing association.

What you'll be doing

• Guiding community groups through all stages of the housing development process — from vision and site identification through to planning, funding, and scheme delivery
• Advising on site selection, RP partnerships, planning applications, S106 agreements, and funding strategies (both capital and revenue)
• Building and managing relationships with a wide range of partners — communities, RPs, local authorities, planners, developers, and agents
• Supporting communities to access funding and drafting bids where needed
• Overseeing professional advisers (architects, engineers, etc.) commissioned by community groups
• Leading project team meetings, maintaining project plans, and problem-solving
• Contributing to lobbying and sector advocacy alongside national partners
• Keeping pace with policy and legislative changes in affordable housing and community-led development

What we're looking for

Essential:

• At least 5 years' experience in affordable housing development
• A relevant degree (surveying, building, business management or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record in project management and scheme delivery
• Experience working with local authorities, RPs, and community organisations
• Team management experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Desirable:

• Experience of rural affordable housing and community-led models e.g. Community Land Trusts (CLTs)
• Knowledge of rural housing policy
• Background in the not-for-profit sector
• Experience reporting to boards or executive teams

Practical

The role is based in Lewes with hybrid working. Regular but infrequent travel across East and West Sussex is required — a driving licence or equivalent transport access is essential.
