We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead the Programme Department in Ukraine. As Head of Programme, you will shape strategic direction, oversee technical sectors, and ensure the design and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions across the country. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will represent DRC in key forums and contribute to programmatic excellence that reflects the evolving needs of displaced populations and affected communities.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Programme Department, including sector leads and deputies (10 direct reports).
• Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies and donor-aligned funding plans.
• Oversee program quality through technical support, capacity building, and standard-setting across sectors (Protection, Shelter & Settlements, Economic Recovery, Humanitarian Disarmament and Peacebuilding).
• Drive DRC’s localization and partnership agenda, ensuring collaboration with national actors and authorities.
• Engage with donors, coordination forums, and humanitarian stakeholders to position DRC as a credible and effective partner.
• Guide proposal development, business development, and advocacy efforts, ensuring that evidence and learning inform strategic priorities.
• Support programme integration and promote inter-sectoral approaches where contextually appropriate.
• Ensure strong coordination between Programme, MEAL, Communications, and Grants through effective management and delegation.

About you

To be successful in this role we expect you to have at least 7 years of experience in humanitarian or development programming, with at least 4 years in the roles with people management responsibilities. Moreover, we also expect the following:

Required

• Experience managing program operations at the senior management level, preferably at country-level

• Proven leadership skills and a competence in people management
• Experience with proposal development, budget development, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation
• Experience with effectively coordinating with national partners, local/government authorities, NGO partners, donors and other relevant stakeholders
• Strong technical knowledge in at least two of the DRC core sectors (Protection, EcRec, Shelter & settlement, HDP)
• Full professional proficiency in English; working knowledge of Ukrainian is a strong advantage

The charity are looking for a self-motivated and communicative finance professional to support with ensuring smooth running of financial operations and support with decision making. You will also ensure to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant charity, financial, and tax regulations.
 
You will prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior management and trustees. You will monitor budgets and forecasts, process invoices, expenditure, and bank reconciliations. You will manage and maintain the Trust’s finance system (Sage). You will look to continuously evolve financial processes and procedures. You will also support with the administration of restricted funds, grants, and project budgets, including reporting to funders.
 
To be successful in this role, you will be AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification. You will have experience in a similar finance role, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector. You will have a strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar packages). You will also have demonstrable experience using Microsoft Excel and excellent attention to detail.
 
You will have an understanding of charity finance, in particular restricted and unrestricted funding. You will be a strong communicator, who can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and present financial information in a clear manner.
 
Desirably, you will have experience supporting financial reporting for externally funded projects (e.g. National Lottery Heritage Fund). You will also have knowledge of SORP and charity accounting standards.

Northern Ireland has an amazingly rich heritage of church and chapel buildings that we want to see well maintained, valued and in use. We’re looking for a Support Officer – based in Northern Ireland – who can help us to complete the delivery of our pioneering The National Lottery Heritage Fund project. Finance Assistant

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Finance function in its day-to-day operations. This role is key to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payment processing, and ensuring robust financial administration. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and play a critical role in supporting internal processes and contributing to the effective financial management of The Churchill Fellowship.

Key responsibilities:

Financial Processing and Bookkeeping

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties and ensure timely and accurate data entry
• Process supplier invoices and Fellows' grant payments via the purchase ledger
• Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure payments are accurate, authorised and recorded
• Manage and reconcile credit card transactions and receipts
• Manage the Finance@ inbox, respond to queries, and escalate issues where appropriate
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including bills, payments, and expenses

Bank and Account Reconciliations

• Reconcile all bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Reconcile credit card accounts monthly and ensure supporting documentation is complete

Registers and Schedules

• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register in Xero and ensure assets are correctly recorded

The primary focus of the Data Officer role is data quality. Data Officers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Helpline data through a data cleaning regime, maintaining adherence to published data standards. Data Officers will also work with Helpline Advisors to address common data errors and improve quality at point of entry. Additionally, data Officers will be involved in analysis of data for periodic statistical publications as well as ad-hoc requests and bespoke reports. 2. Support management to formalise data standards and contribute ideas to streamline or update the data model to ensure capture of relevant data

4. Support the Data Manager to implement data model changes and basic Salesforce changes such as creating and updating fields and objects, implementing validation rules, and updating page layouts

The Internal Auditor role will undertake internal audit assignments, develop country-specific internal audit processes or thematic internal audits and work with our London and global teams to support external audit processes in countries of operation, oversee the global audit register, and with teams across the organisation advance effective financial management performance across the organisation

Job purpose:

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Director of Finance and Operations, the post holder will undertake internal audit assignments and compliance reviews aimed at improving Saferworld’s internal systems and processes. The post-holder will also support the development of financial controls and build the capacity of finance and operational teams to implement them effectively.

The role requires a high level of initiative; proven skills and experience in project management; experience working collaboratively with others to achieve our vision; and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The post-holder will have a successful track record in designing and leading internal audit processes and strengthening control systems, preferable at a complex organisation with multiple country offices/business units.  Additional experience working with offices/partners in/on conflict affected contexts is highly desirable.

Roles and responsibilities: 

Plan and carry out internal audits

• Draw up a yearly Internal Audit Plan based on key risks and an assessment of audit needs and agree it with the CEO in consultation with the Director of Finance and Operations and Director of Policy and Programmes.
• Carry out internal audit assignments across departments, projects, and programmes to assess compliance with financial policies, donor agreements, and statutory regulations, including negotiating terms of reference with relevant system/area owners, preparing reports, presenting the findings to the Senior Leadership, and following up on recommendations.
• Review financial transactions and accounting records, including data from SUN, to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Support necessary pre-audit preparation work related to external audits (both statutory and project audit) and assist the teams in ensuring smooth audit. 
• Maintain the organisation’s register of grant and project audits, ensuring that audit findings recommendations are clearly documented and shared.
• Monitor the implementation of these recommendations and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and effective solution.
• Carry out special investigations, as required by the Saferworld CEO or Senior Operational Team (SOT). 

Strengthening organisational systems and risk controls

• Produce an annual review of the overall effectiveness of Saferworld’s systems of internal control and make recommendations and arrangements for identification and management of risks and produce an annual plan to address these areas.
• Report quarterly to the Senior Operational Team (SOT) on the annual review and plan.

About you and the role

This is a pivotal role, at a pivotal moment for us. We are entering a critical growth phase, which includes rapidly expanding our own operations and managing significant external partnership. As Head of Finance & Systems, you will be accountable for ensuring we have the right systems and structures in place to grow at pace without detriment to good governance.

The purpose of this role is to lead on our finance strategy, and ensure all of our systems, reporting and processes are helping to drive forward the charity and deliver on our objectives at scale. You will be joining the team during a period of growth in the size and complexity of our delivery. We currently have 24 employees and anticipate growing significantly in the next twelve months. You will have a crucial role in shaping our systems and processes to ensure we can scale effectively, both our existing programmes and a new membership-based programme that is in development. We’re looking for an experienced finance professional with an interest in effectively using technology and systems to drive efficiency, without compromising on accuracy or compliance. 

You will oversee all financial administration, ensuring this is carried out proficiently and in line with all legal and regulatory requirements, including ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all statutory filings are made accurately and on time. Your role will also encompass ensuring that we operate within legal & regulatory frameworks and stay up to date with changes in relevant legislation.

This role is focused on providing advanced data analysis and strategic support to enhance the MS Society’s marketing, engagement, and fundraising efforts, with a focus on digital and content optimisation.

This role involves utilising advanced analytical techniques, managing complex data projects, and developing insightful reports and dashboards.

The role will work in close partnership with our Digital, Content, and Marketing teams, in leading data initiatives that improve data-driven decision-making and optimises engagement, marketing, and content across all channels.

You’ll also work closely with our Digital and Content team to evaluate and report on the performance of our website and donate funnel and develop and implement optimisation plans to drive engagement and increase conversions.

This role is responsible for:
