You also excel in liaising with agencies and partners, and your analytical skills enable you to create reports and use data to inform marketing plans.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a regular flow of engaging content for our websites and newsletters, ensuring consistency and audience engagement.
- Write copy for the website, newsletters, and occasionally for social media. Ensure all copy is engaging, informative, and tailored to the intended audience.
- Regularly update and maintain the company website. Liaise with internal partners to ensure all content is current and relevant.
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Content Officer (DCO) and the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM).
- Coordinate closely with website, content, and Google Ads Grant agencies to ensure seamless alignment with Youth Music’s digital marketing strategy.
- Work with the DMM and DCO to create detailed monthly and ad-hoc reports. Analyse data to gauge the effectiveness of marketing plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of the company’s website. Stay updated with SEO best practices and adjust website content accordingly.
- Provide support to the Head of Marketing and Communications with PR tasks.
- Collaborate with the Insights team to interpret data collected from marketing campaigns, the grants programme and audience research. And optimise our use of databases, ensuring the highest quality of data is maintained on Mailchimp for more effective newsletter targeting and distribution.

The role holder will manage and cultivate strong relationships with donors and members of the network, including the funding teams in our host organisations through whom funding flows. The Role
Coordinating and building capacity for coastal communities to protect their marine environment.
This is a rare opportunity to join our dynamic, impactful international team, which is working to protect our global ocean and the people and biodiversity dependent upon it. The Coordinator will lead an innovative multi-year programme supported by the EU to train, equip, and empower small-scale fishing communities. The programme will help to protect fish stocks and marine biodiversity from illegal, unsustainable fishing in 15 countries across the Global South.
The programme will include the rollout of a ‘Global Toolkit’ that gives fishing communities innovative, practical equipment, training, and support to help end illegal fishing. Capacity building will include using EJF’s DASE app, which enables fishers to document and report illegal fishing. This app will be accompanied by insightful practical guidance to strengthen local governance and advocacy to protect inshore waters relied upon by coastal communities.
Supported by two regional coordinators and drawing on EJF’s decades of experience in activist training and field programmes in West Africa and Asia, the role will oversee the Toolkit’s introduction to at least 15 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Pacific.
The programme seeks someone who is a superb, experienced coordinator and manager, able to give remote support and guidance to multiple local teams overseas and track and monitor the programme’s implementation and the Toolkit’s effectiveness against agreed KPIs. The role will involve some travel to kickstart projects, assess and evaluate implementation over time and propose adjustments and further iterations of the Toolkit according to feedback and shared learning. We seek a proactive, creative and determined problem solver who will capitalise on new opportunities and ensure we exceed expectations.

- Ensuring that new green finance mechanisms such as Biodiversity Net Gain and Wilder Carbon are operating from a sound evidence base, with a clear understanding of reporting needs and routes to monitoring and funding, working with the Heads of Nature Recovery, Reserves and SWTC.
- Working with flagship investments and grants such as Honeygar Farm, to package, publicise and promote the outcomes of research programmes to appropriate audiences for maximum impact. Contributing to plans to scale these flagships and use science and data to build confidence around future investment plans.

- Developing and managing the SWT approach to research partnership positioning SWT as a partner of choice for a diverse range of research-intensive organisations from across disciplines and institutions.

What will you be doing?

Service Delivery & Partnership

- Experience working with partners across retail and financial services is desirable
