We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to join World Horse Welfare's Digital team based remotely on a 12 month fixed-term basis, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

You will help shape, deliver and continuously improve digital services that support our charitable work. You will work closely with the Head of Digital, coordinating and overseeing the delivery of World Horse Welfare’s digital roadmap, ensuring that projects, teams and suppliers are aligned around clear priorities, timelines and dependencies.

This role acts as the connective point between Digital, Fundraising, Communications, Data, IT, UK and International Operations and external suppliers — ensuring that work is sequenced effectively, risks are managed early, and progress is communicated clearly.

This position is based remotely, however you will be required to attend the charity’s head office located in Norfolk a minimum of 6 times per year and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation. • Maintain and update the digital roadmap, ensuring clear sequencing, prioritisation and resourcing.

• Ensure all workstreams follow a consistent delivery approach with clear ownership and accountability.

Cross‑Team Coordination

• Align Digital, Fundraising, Comms, Data, IT and Field Ops around shared timelines and dependencies.

• Ensure teams understand how their work fits into the wider programme and where dependencies sit.

Delivery Assurance

• Track progress across major digital projects, including:

• CRM integrations and data flows — support high‑level requirements, documentation and cross‑team alignment for CRM Phase 2 (and future enhancements), ensuring continuity of knowledge and clear sequencing of work, while the CRM Manager retains platform ownership.

• Clue database development and governance

• Data governance and platform consolidation

Relationships Manager – Trusts and Appeals

Main Purpose of the Job

The Trusts and Appeals Relationships Manager’s job is to be the ‘go to’ person for trusts and grant making bodies who may support Treetops. They will generate income for Treetops by building strong and lasting relationships with existing and potential trust and grant giving organisation through submitting strong applications to them and reporting back to them in an effective way.

You will also run an appeal programme across channels including online, offline and post and liaise with suppliers and contractors. You’ll understand and define audiences, think creatively about how we can reach them, write compellingly about our services and those we support, and you’ll make our supporters feel really appreciated so they want to give again.

Primary Responsibilities

The post holder will:

· Develop, implement and continually evaluate the trust and grant application strategy to maximise potential income from both regular and new trusts and foundations.

· Understand the organisational funding needs including core funding, projects, and capital expenditure.

· Research potential trust funders (local, regional, national, and if appropriate international).

About the role

Reporting in to the Supporter Data Manager, the CRM Business Analyst will drive continuous improvement of the CRM solution through business analysis and automated testing, working collaboratively with the Supporter Data Manager and CRM Technical Lead to optimise efficiency and functionality.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven people person, passionate about raising vital funds to support Cancer Research UK. As a Relationship Manager you will inspire and motivate a wide range of supporters (including individuals, groups, and corporate partners to develop strong relationships, maximising in-year fundraising opportunities and long-term value.
We are looking for candidates from a business development or fundraising background who are excited to join our hard-working team. We’re looking for a natural people person, with excellent relationship building skills, confident in negotiating with and influencing a diverse range of supporters.  You’ll be used to managing multiple priorities and be adaptable in an environment where no two days are the same.

This is a home-based role with significant travel across the patch to maximise community engagement. There will be some out of hours working required such as supporter meetings and events, however you will get this time back via our time off in lieu policy.
What will I be doing?

• Inspiring, developing and managing supporters to achieve their goals through offering outstanding and tailored stewardship.
• Developing a prospect pipeline of opportunities and identifying and cultivating leads. Acquiring new supporters and income in collaboration with the Business Development team
• Hitting fundraising targets and KPIs for CRUK's life saving research.
• Supporting creation and delivery of relevant strategies that build better and longer lasting relationships to increase long-term income
• Building strong working relationships with wider department team colleagues to effectively develop transitioned supporters

What are we looking for?

• Experience of working as part of a high performing team, achieving KPIs and targets
• Experience of working unsupervised with the ability to drive and generate own workload
• Excellent networking and relationship manager skills – and the ability to motivate and influence supporters or customers to reach targets.
• Ability to adapt style and approach, generate new ideas and to acquire new business.
• A strong solution focused approach to enable supporters to overcome challenges and maximise their fundraising.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (face to face, written and phone)
• Great time management, prioritisation and planning skills.

This is a pivotal role at National Numeracy, helping to ensure our people, systems and processes enable the
successful delivery of our mission to improve numeracy across the UK.

As a key member of the operations function, you will work closely with the Operations & Impact Director to
strengthen organisational effectiveness, support colleagues across the organisation and help drive
continuous improvement in the way we work.

During this maternity cover period, a particular focus will be supporting the ongoing development and
adoption of our CRM and operational systems, ensuring they provide robust information, efficient processes
and an excellent user experience. You will also play a central role in maintaining effective governance,
supporting our people practices and helping to foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing organisational
culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, enabling others to do their best work and
helping mission-driven organisations operate effectively and sustainably.

The postholder will also provide line management and support to one team member, helping to ensure their
development, wellbeing and contribution to organisational objectives.

The role is a maternity leave cover with an ideal start date in August 2026 and an anticipated end date of
31st July 2027. It would be suitable for either 4 or 5 days per week.
