You'll drive corporate income and partnerships through a combination of first-in-class account management and identifying, and securing, new business opportunities. You will develop creative packages for support, drawing opportunities together across employee fundraising, branding, volunteering and pro bono, to attract support from new sectors and deepen existing relationships.
You'll work across both new business and account management, managing existing corporate partnerships to deliver exceptional stewardship and maximising on opportunities to meet, or exceed, income targets, whilst also identifying new opportunities through a combination of Charity of the Year, strategic, brand and multi-year relationships.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Significant and demonstrable experience of managing a high value (ideally six figure) corporate partnerships

About the role:
You will act as subject matter expert to deliver a best-in-class business planning and budgeting process that leads us into delivering on our strategic plan.

What you will be doing:
Budgeting and Forecast
- Deliver a collaborative annual planning and budgeting process that ensures delivery of the business and financial strategy and re-forecasts as required.
Accounting and Performance Management:
- Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts to deadlines for review by the Head of Finance / CFO, identifying key variances and issues affecting financial performance, whilst looking for improvement opportunities.
- To deliver a periodic reporting process that is timely and accurate, engaging with heads of departments (budget holders) to build on and develop existing reporting.
- To contribute to the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts and associated audit processes.
- To develop and deliver a suite of financial performance metrics in line with best practice. This will include development of cost allocation methodologies and balanced scorecard elements aligned to strategic reporting.
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Support the preparation of financial forecasts and scenario modelling.
- Engage with the Head of Finance and CFO to deliver a shared understanding of future incomes and expenditure and to introduce planning methods to rapidly flex the organisation to meet the uncertainties in such forecasts.
- Providing financial insights to support the preparation of business cases within the organisation for capital and revenue initiatives.
Financial Analysis
- To provide analysis of income, charitable expenditure, support, governance and other costs with meaningful commentary and trend analysis.
- Provide Motability with high quality data analytics and reporting that drive evidence-based decision making to maximise impact and value for money.
- Support any shift in operating model, so that Motability maintains clear sight of its impact and value for money.
- Support Motability in maintaining and improving an open and high performing culture focused on beneficiaries and the difference Motability can make for them.
Payroll:
- To contribute to the preparation and review of the monthly payroll, including starters and leavers, and statutory returns.
- To contribute to headcount and employment cost projections and modelling.
Your experience:
Must haves:
- Recognised CCAB Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Periodic reporting, budget and forecast preparation with variance analysis and commentary.
- Delivering a successful business partnering agenda for budget holders and non-finance staff with the ability to communicate key financial messages and influence management action.
- Some experience, or understanding, of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, with the ability to build dashboards, manage certified datasets, and contribute to governed reporting environments.
- Sage 200 accounting package experience.

- Able to work confidently with a range of senior stakeholders on operational and financial data to arrive at measures of impact whilst also able to support a new manager with their first budget.

About the role
We are looking for two exceptional Heads of Philanthropy to join our team to significantly increase philanthropic income for faculty fundraising priorities across King’s College London.Within your application, please indicate which position you are applying to, or if you are happy to be considered for both positions.
One role will lead the Health, Science & Technology philanthropy team, and the other will lead the Arts & Social Sciences philanthropy team. Candidates will need to demonstrate curiosity and genuine interest in the academic areas that fall within the role, and work in partnership with King’s experts and other stakeholders to be successful.
King’s has an ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for Faculties as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising and engagement campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029. There is currently at least one major gift fundraiser working in each Faculty. Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function. They will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of high value fundraisers to secure gifts at the £50k level and above.
We are looking for someone with a proven track-record of developing new, high value relationships, with experience of closing gifts at the six- and seven- figure level. They will need to demonstrate that they understand what is required to build and scale prospect portfolios. They should be intellectually curious and energised by the depth and breadth of King’s academic expertise, with particular interest and passion to work with senior university leaders and academics to secure funding for a range of priorities across either the Arts and Social Sciences, or Health, Science & Technology portfolio.
Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function in advance of the launch of the university’s next public fundraising campaign. They will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of high value fundraisers to secure gifts at the £50k level and above.
This is a full time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office, on King’s campuses or meeting donors externally. Home-Start is a federated charity consisting of a central national office – Home-Start UK - and over 170 geographically dispersed local Home-Start organisations, all working together under the same identity.

About The Role
This role will lead the Corporate Partnerships team at Home-Start UK and drive the development and implementation of a fundraising strategy that builds on a recent period of significant growth. With projected corporate income of £2.5 million in 2025/26, the successful candidate will focus on generating sustainable, high-return income. They will ensure excellent supporter-focused account management for existing partners, while also identifying and securing new partnerships to build a strong pipeline for long-term income.
Ultimately, this work will enable Home-Start UK to support more families with young children through challenging times.

Royal Medical Benevolent Fund (RMBF) provide advice and financial assistance in the form of grants at times of crisis and hardship. Our work is funded through a combination of donations, legacies and returns on our investments.
The Head of Finance & IT will manage the relationships with the three investment managers and the outsourced IT providers. It is a varied role, combining the strategic with the hands-on. It will suit a versatile individual who is happy to transition between multiple tasks. No two days will be the same. One moment you might be writing or reviewing Board papers, the next you might be managing an IT support call and then later on you might be rolling up your sleeves to post the final journal entries to complete the management accounts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Finance
- Accurate, timely and user-friendly management accounts, cash flow projections and other relevant financial information, with associated recommendations where appropriate
- An annual budget and accompanying management commentary
- Draft statutory accounts which meet the latest SORP requirements, producing the audit file and being the lead contact for the Fund’s auditors during the annual external audit

Information Technology
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the RMBF’s Information Technology strategy
- Management and development of an accurate, up to date, user-friendly database to provide relevant information to support all areas of the RMBF’s work including casework, fundraising and communications
- Cost effective development and use of IT within the Fund, to enable staff to make good use of IT for communication, record keeping and management information
- Managing the relationship with the Fund’s outsourced IT support companies.
Person Specification

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria.
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria.
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility.
The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. About the role
This is a new and exciting role at Shelter, as the post-holder you will have the opportunity to head up a new function which will empower Shelter’s high value fundraisers to deliver transformative partnerships and donor relationships by providing exceptional operational support, donor insight, and high-quality resources. This team will help to build meaningful relationships that motivate supporters, diversifies our audiences, and secures the sustainable income needed to end the housing emergency.
This position is key to support our bold ambitions to grow high value income and provide best in class donor stewardship and experience. You will have the opportunity to shape our High Value Partnerships Operations and Stewardship function, making it your own. It is a very exciting time to be joining us as we launch our new four-year strategic plan.
What to expect
This cross High Value Partnerships team brings together the existing functions Prospect Development and High Value Events alongside the brand-new Information and Assets function. You will be responsible for overseeing these functions and developing the cross-team strategy. There are two excellent senior managers to lean on delivering Prospect Development and HV Events, so it is expected the main focus for the first 6-12 months will be driving the development of Information and Assets.
You will be required to translate organisational priorities into compelling cases for support and donor communications, create and manage funding priorities and funding gaps, improve access to case studies and other storytelling tools, partner with HVP teams to understand their requirement and their prospects and donor’s needs. Your work will be key to creating an inspiring donor experience that clearly demonstrates impact and encourages continued support.
You will champion new ways of working and best practice in high value fundraising operations, working to develop streamlined processes and systems to empower fundraisers with the tools they need to work their portfolios efficiently through the donor journey.
About you
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of high-value fundraising and a proven track record of leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams, ideally within a high value fundraising environment.
You will need to have the ability to identify fundraising opportunities within complex strategic plans and be able to effectively shape these into compelling presentations for potential funders to drive income.
Being a natural relationship-builder, you will excel at collaborating and influencing teams both within and outside of fundraising to drive success and achieve shared goals.

About the team
The newly formed High Value Operations & Stewardship team will sit in the High Value Partnerships (HVP) sub-directorate which is part of Shelter’s Income Generation directorate. It’s an award-winning team that is responsible for all areas of high value income generation across philanthropy, trusts and foundations, statutory funders, corporate partners and legacies to power Shelter’s fight for home.
Shelter’s High Value Partnerships (HVP) team is an energetic group of around 50 talented professionals who collectively raise over £30 million each year through voluntary and statutory income. By harnessing the support, networks, influence, and expertise of our supporters, the team plays a crucial role in powering our mission to fight for home.
As our portfolio of high-value funders continues to grow—and with ambitious targets ahead—we’re building a dedicated operations function to act as the central hub for knowledge, insight, and coordination within HVP. This new function will lead enabling projects and drive collaboration across Shelter, ensuring our fundraisers have everything they need to secure transformational support.
