Job description

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your professional experience whilst serving in a Christian environment? This is an exciting new role in a vibrant, entrepreneurial charity which has ambitious plans. We are looking for a committed team worker who is full of initiative and financial expertise.

As Head of Finance you will take responsibility for Tyndale House’s financial management including leading and inspiring the finance team and working closely with the Leadership Team to provide high quality strategic financial direction and analysis.

Tyndale House possesses one of the finest libraries for biblical research in the world, packed with specialist material on the language, culture, history, and meaning of the Bible. It also has facilities for medium and long-term accommodation. Tyndale House enjoys close links with the University of Cambridge and many postgraduates, church leaders, and visiting scholars have found it an ideal setting for their own study.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (minimum) although candidates seeking a full time appointment will be considered

Salary: £38,000 - 45,000 per annum (FTE)

Location: Tyndale House, Cambridge (although some remote working may be possible)
