Since then, they’ve appointed ambitious, driven fundraising leaders and are now are seeking a Head of Partnerships to shape the strategic direction of corporate and community fundraising and play a key role on the fundraising
With a newly formed integrated team and an upcoming £5m appeal, Acorns is seeking a senior leader to review, refine and scale its approach to corporate and community income.
The Head of Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible that will lead a newly integrated Partnerships Team covering corporate new business, corporate account management and community fundraising, ensuring clear tiering, structured pipeline progression and robust income performance.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Fundraising, you will hold full responsibility for corporate and community income targets, budgets, forecasting and return on investment. You will also act as the Partnerships lead for the fundraising appeal, co-canvassing alongside the Head of Philanthropy and executive leadership, and mobilising corporate and community networks around key campaign moments.
As Head of Partnerships, you will:
- Lead and integrate Corporate and Community fundraising into a cohesive partnerships strategy aligned to the wider Fundraising Strategy
- Design and implement a three-year corporate and community income plan, with full budget and forecasting responsibility
- Conduct an audit of current partnerships activity, pipeline and resource allocation to ensure effort aligns to regional and national potential
- Establish a clear tiering framework, ensuring smooth progression from new business into account management and appropriate movement from community into corporate relationships
- Support the development of corporate executives into major donor relationships where appropriate
- Lead corporate new business acquisition, securing multi-year strategic partnerships, Charity of the Year agreements, cause-related marketing, sponsorship and stock generation partnerships
- Lead high-value pitches and negotiations, positioning Acorns credibly within the ESG and CSR landscape
- Increase C-Suite engagement and develop the Business Ambassador strategy
- Oversee structured account management, ensuring robust account plans, relationship mapping and retention strategy

Essential skills and experience:
- Strong corporate fundraising background within a charity setting
- Proven track record of securing six-figure corporate gifts
- Experience managing and motivating teams to deliver robust income targets
- Experience designing strategies, annual plans and budgets and adapting them as required
- Strong knowledge of the corporate landscape, regionally and ideally nationally
- Confidence leading high-value pitches, negotiations and senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience of forecasting, reporting and managing income performance
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and fundraising compliance
Desirable:
- Experience across both local and national corporate partnerships

It is an exciting time to join RBL as we commence work on our new 10 year strategy. Much of our work already revolves around the connections made across our communities and wider society. This role will see you as Head of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, where you will be RBL’s key representative and point of contact in NI&ROI, building and sustaining networks and connections with key stakeholders and partners, including senior military, government ministers, charity partners and senior leadership.
The role places significant emphasis on matrix working internally, building connections across NI&ROI and will see you as RBL’s spokesperson providing a public face for the charity, attending events (eg Islandbridge) and meetings, speaking to the media and engaging widely across the region.

Reporting to our Executive Director: Membership, key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Membership Council Representative, to act as the point of contact, focal point and voice for RBL as well as representing the unique needs of NI&ROI to RBL
- Liaising regularly with the NI&ROI Governments, elected representatives, the Veterans Commissioner for Northern Ireland, military bases, Reserve and Cadet Force Associations and charity partners
- Maintaining a good knowledge of all RBL activity in NI&ROI, acting as reference point for Services, Fundraising, Remembrance, Public Relations, Membership and Campaigns, Policy and Research
- Promoting and advocating RBL’s strategy in a way that is responsive to the specific context of NI&ROI and play a significant leadership role in the development and delivery of an organisation wide NI&ROI plan.
- Provide leadership and guidance on NI&ROI matters to the RBL Executive Board
You will be an experienced strategic leader, with excellent networking and communication skills and the ability to build strong strategic partnerships and influence at senior level. You will have a strong understanding of the political, cultural and social landscape in NI&ROI, with experience as a spokesperson or figurehead with media skills and exposure.
This role is 28 hours per week, to be worked as required by the role, with the ability to work flexibly (including evenings and weekends). You will be expected to travel regularly in the course of your work, including regularly across NI&ROI. You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work when not travelling.

As Head of Product within our Technology directorate, you'll own the vision and strategy for our digital experiences. Role outline and purpose
The Head of External Relations leads strategic engagement and influencing activities to ensure hunger and hardship remain a priority for key external audiences, to build the breadth and depth of support needed to help end the need for food banks. This role engages and influences target stakeholders in government, business, civil society and faith communities to prioritise hunger and hardship in their decisions and actions.
This role is part of Trussell’s Prioritising Hunger and Hardship programme, the goal of which is to keep hunger and hardship at the forefront of conversations and decision making – both amongst the public and key individuals and organisations relevant to our cause. This role is focused on the successful delivery of the overall programme outcomes, contributing to the fulfilment of our long-term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.
Role responsibilities
· Leading the organisation’s external influencing strategy to shape key conversations, decisions, and activities among target audiences to ensure hunger and hardship remain a national priority. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation focused on influencing and advocacy with relevant stakeholders (e.g. policymakers, advice sector, local authorities).
· Develop and maintain high-impact senior relationships with key parliamentarians, civil servants, faith leaders, youth organisations, the wider charitable food sector and other partners to build strategic support and unlock change.
· Oversee targeted engagement programmes that deepen collaboration with, and activate, key stakeholders and organisations to build and amplify the long-term wide-ranging support needed to end the need for food banks – including youth and wider civil society organisations, charitable food providers and faith communities.
· Shape and support coalitions that align around shared priorities, build a unified narrative, and strengthen the collective voice of organisations working to support people facing hunger and hardship.
· Act as an external spokesperson representing the organisation in media, at external events and high-level meetings and through written commentary.
· Provide team leadership, direction, support and line management. This will include regular 1:1s and reviews to ensure object and targets are met.

Technical skills and minimum knowledge:
· Proven track record of developing and delivering successful influencing strategies, focused on wide-ranging and high-profile external audiences

Key Responsibilities

As the Programme Lead, you will work across teams to plan, align, and drive programme delivery. You will ensure each area of work is clearly structured, purposeful, and supported, while maintaining strong relationships across the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of projects within the Integrated Support Programme
- Maintain a clear programme framework that supports governance, prioritisation, rick-management and quality assurance
- Collaborate with senior leaders to inform strategic direction and future development
- Engage colleagues, volunteers, and community stakeholders to support innovation and inclusive co-production
- Track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and embed continuous improvement
- Oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and project standards
- Identify and manage risks and interdependencies
- Promote integrated, person-centred approaches rooted in lived experience and best practice
About You
- Experience leading complex project portfolios within service-focused settings
- Knowledge of service improvement and the ability to apply recognised Quality Improvement methods
- A formal project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, Agile)
- Skilled in programme framework development, resource planning, and financial oversight
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using metrics to inform decisions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and clear, inclusive communication
- Ability to lead collaboratively, supporting both staff and volunteers
- Strength in risk management and constructive problem-solving

This is a home-based role with a requirement to travel to Northampton, London and regionally in-line with role and organisation requirements.

About the role
Home-based role within the relevant region (subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, including a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from).
This role requires regular travel across the appointed regions/countries to meet and engage with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s (CSP) members and stakeholders. You will also be required to travel to CSP’s head office in London from time to time for team meetings and other organisational activity.
Join CSP’s Campaigns and Regional Engagement team
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced communication professional to join our successful Campaigns and Regional Engagement team.
In this role, you will help raise the profile of physiotherapy across your appointed regions/countries and support CSP’s work to influence key local and regional stakeholders. Through the development of effective, targeted communications, you will engage and inspire Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) members to promote the value of physiotherapy within their communities.
A key aspect of the role is building strong relationships with CSP members and especially with our member-led regional networks and country boards, which will involve frequent in-person engagement and travel. You will also contribute significantly to CSP-wide campaigns and events, working collaboratively with colleagues as part of regional and country CSP staff teams.
About you
You will have first-class communication skills, be confident, self-motivated and able to work effectively across team boundaries. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will bring expertise in at least one, and ideally several, of the following areas: Stakeholder engagement; media and PR; digital communications; public affairs; writing for publications; event management.
You will be comfortable managing a varied workload, working independently while remaining closely connected to a geographically dispersed team, and travelling regularly to support member engagement across your region.
