Overall job purpose
The National Office Administrator will support the organisation from our National Office. They will provide key administrative support to central teams, including:

This support will enable teams to undertake their tasks effectively, efficiently, and promote quality experience for our supporters. The post-holder will develop relationships across CCT in supporting teams, maintaining a proactive, dynamic workplan in support of central operational requirements and national initiatives.
They will be the primary point of contact for the National Office, coordinating the day-to-day running of the office and meeting spaces. The post holder will have responsibility for all office related administration and associated project work.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Stewardship: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of new and existing mid-value funders, providing timely and impactful reports to secure renewed funding, and developing relationships with key external contacts through excellent communication.
• Reporting: Oversee the accurate tracking of all applications, reports, and communications using team tracking methods, and the CRM database, providing regular progress updates to the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Trusts & Grants Manager, the Trusts & Grants Officer, and service teams, to align fundraising activities with the organisation’s strategic priorities and annual income targets.

This role is essential in our drive for evidencing the impact of the work we do. Health & Safety Coordinator

The role:
The Health & Safety Coordinator will provide support across the Rothschild Foundation to ensure that all appropriate health and safety, risk management, and related compliance systems and procedures are in place, reviewed and updated regularly.
This role is responsible for producing incident reports and submitting RIDDOR reports, undertaking weekly and quarterly playground inspections, as well as responding to all queries - both internally and externally - relating to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into workplace and visitor incidents, and be directly responsible for the necessary record keeping and any claims management.
- Working with the Security Department, and supporting as required with fire testing and safety. You will work with the Head of Security on disaster planning and the disaster team in general
- Ensure contractor management policy is followed, and new contractors are onboarded correctly with all documents checked
- Undertake weekly and quarterly routine inspection of the children’s woodland playground at Waddesdon Manor, ensuring all paperwork is completed, reporting any required works, and liaising with ROSPA and the insurers during their annual inspection
- Make the action points for the H&S Committee meeting, distribute these in a timely manner, and support preparation of the agenda in advance of the meeting
- Ensure Heads of Departments update and maintain all risk assessments for their business area and that record of awareness forms are completed annually, and remind Heads of Department about conducting new activity risk assessments
- Coordinate mandatory training for the Rothschild Foundation using the e-learning system and regularly produce reports on staff members that have not completed the required modules and flag to the relevant line manager

Action with Communities in Rural England (ACRE) is the only national charity speaking up for everyone in rural areas. We champion thriving, sustainable and inclusive rural communities that have the services they need and the resources to secure equitable outcomes for everyone. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Communications Officer to join our ambitious team. This is a new post that will play a key role in delivering our new five year strategy Rural Ambition: enabling communities to thrive. This includes a commitment to speak up more boldly for rural communities and to build new alliances to widen our reach. Reporting to the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, you will be responsible for our external communications, including telling eye-catching stories, building relationships with journalists and overseeing our digital communications. You will support our engagement with policy makers and other stakeholders, and advise and support other team members and our member organisations to promote their work and the impact they are making.
About You
You will be experienced in developing compelling stories and helping to deliver campaigns that raise awareness of low profile issues and drive change. You will enjoy having a varied role that offers the opportunity to be creative, build new connections and work with colleagues in the team and our wider network. You will be excited by our ambition to speak up more boldly for rural communities and to focus on the issues where we can make the most impact. You will be a self-starter as well as a team player, enjoy working in partnership with other organisations, and be used to delivering several projects at one time. You will have direct experience of living in a rural community or have a strong empathy with our cause.

We seek a Finance Officer to join our small team. You will report to the Head of Finance to provide bookkeeping and accounting support for Global Dialogue and Global Dialogue Ventures Limited. You will use Xero and be responsible for many aspects of operational finance including maintaining accurate records in the organisation’s purchase and sales ledgers; processing accounts payable and receivable; bank and other reconciliations; supporting month, quarter and year-end closes; and resolving ad hoc queries.
This role is part-time. We are open to negotiating a working pattern that works for the successful candidate and for Global Dialogue.
Terms Permanent, 21-28 hours per week, subject to 12-week probationary period
Location Home-based. Must have right to work in UK.
Reporting Reports to the Head of Finance
Remuneration This role has been benchmarked at a UK salary of £33,000 (pro rata for a part time position). Job Description
Maintaining purchase ledger:
- Review staff and consultant expense claims
- Reconcile monthly credit card and Soldo statements
- Help prepare for bi-monthly pay runs by reviewing bill postings, ensuring they have received appropriate approvals
- Setting up payments in bank accounts
- Manage the posting and reconciliation of Employee of Record invoices
Maintaining sales ledger:
- Post grant income to Salesforce and Xero, following up any missing paperwork and queries
- Manage monthly programme income and reporting reminders
- Maintain Salesforce to ensure accuracy of data
Bank:
- Bank reconciliation for organisation’s GBP, EUR, USD bank accounts, for review by Head of Finance
- Paypal processing and reconciliations

Reconciliations and journals:
- Support Head of Finance with a variety of monthly and quarterly reconciliations, prepayments and accruals

Person Specification
- A recognised accountancy qualification and/or qualified by experience in accounting
- Able to demonstrate strong experience of Xero accounting software
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Track record of working to deadlines without close supervision and can ‘hit the ground running’
- Detail orientated
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to sense check your own work

Blue Ventures is a marine conservation organization that puts people first. We support coastal fishers in remote and rural communities to rebuild fisheries, restore ocean life and build lasting pathways to prosperity. Our work began two decades ago in Madagascar’s remote coastal communities and is growing globally.

Summary job description
We are currently recruiting a Software Developer (R Shiny) to support our evolving operations, supporting our Global Data Science team. Reporting to the Head of Data Engineering, this is a full-time role with occasional travel (1-2 times per year) to work closely with overseas colleagues, partners, field teams and communities.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, proactive and highly organised individual with strong experience in developing interactive data visualisation tools in R Shiny specifically.
