Vacancy with Community Housing & Therapy (CHT):

Referrals and Business Development Coordinator

Location: Vauxhall
Hours: 40 hours per week
Starting Salary: £25 – 30K

Our Charity, Community Housing and Therapy (CHT) is a growing provider of Psychologically Informed Recovery Communities - 'where relationships are the treatment'.  CHT works with adults and young people who have challenging and complex presentations, and who have experienced negative childhood experiences or trauma, to enhance our beneficiaries’ development, health and wellbeing, with the aim of enabling them to lead successful and productive lives – providing a life changing experience.

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CHT’s Central Office team to coordinate the referrals and marketing functions of the charity.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and motivated candidate, the charity is in a period of growth and this role offers the right candidate experience across the marketing and business development areas of the charity, and there will be opportunities for growth and development as the charity expands.

About you:

You will be a friendly and approachable person with a pro-active approach to work.  You will be someone who is highly driven and motivated, able to work both independently as well as being a team player. A strong candidate will have an understanding / experience of working within the care / charity sector as well as experience of sales and marketing. Enthusiasm and a commitment to the charity’s aims are vital.
