The Opportunity
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team. 3. Developing and maintaining an annual calendar of community fundraising activities.
4. Identifying new business development opportunities and developing a pipeline of opportunities and proposals.
5. Management and growth of Inspire's entry to mid-level corporate partnerships.
6. Working with delivery team colleagues to ensure funders’ reports are completed on time and to a high standard.

The role
This exciting role within NLOS’s senior management team was created to help bring greater strategic alignment across NLOS and its charities and to better capitalise on new and existing opportunities. The post is critical to ensuring that we maximise the resources available to us through increased income generation and by forging strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and fields that allow us to increase and leverage support for each charity and provide a world class customer experience, while protecting and preserving green spaces of international significance. All activities will be undertaken with a priority to conserve the natural spaces we oversee, and to ensure that income generated at each site is reinvested back into the charity/site where it was raised.
As a member of NLOS’s senior management team, the postholder will be responsible for overseeing a diverse and complementary portfolio, including income generation, strategic partnerships, marketing and communications, event and license management, volunteer and engagement programmes, and strategic partnerships. They will lead a newly created team with diverse and complementary roles, fill remaining team vacancies, and create a cohesive approach and narrative. About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager role is responsible for delivery across the breadth of the partnerships pipeline. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the brain and spinal cord which affects different people in different ways. There are currently 2.9 million people in the world living with MS and currently there is no cure. But, Overcoming MS provides hope through lifestyle changes which are backed by scientific research and which enables sufferers to lead a full and healthy life with MS.
Reporting to the CEO and managing a small team of two, we are looking for support to create long-term and sustainable income streams that allow us to plan for strategic growth. This is likely to involve building a pipeline of corporate partners, major donors, and legacy pledgers to grow income over the medium to longer term as well as managing and developing relationships with prospective high value donors.
The appointed candidate is likely to bring demonstrable experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies, regularly reviewing them and monitoring against KPIs. You are likely to be a strategic and creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit in order to be able to identify and harness new opportunities and trends to drive income growth. ROS’ team of experts in their field and talented fundraisers are looking for someone who will bring their own ideas and collaborate across teams. There is no need to have knowledge surrounding Osteoporosis already but a willingness to learn is essential.

About The Role
As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be taking the lead on managing a strategic, multi-faceted three-year partnership with a leading business in the financial sector.
You will need to have experience in generating income and engagement from a range of different activity including employee fundraising, sponsorship, commercial projects, volunteering and events. You will manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels and be comfortable influencing at a senior level.
You will be project management lead on a number of employee fundraising and volunteering activities, and you will be working with the wider team to ensure that the partnership is impactful.
About You
To be successful in this role you must have
* Experience of managing £500k+ partnerships (ideally in a charity setting)
* Experience of managing strategic partnerships alongside each other
* Experience of stakeholder management
* Have had Project Management experience
* Have had experience of reporting and using a CSR system
The Charity is innovative and forward thinking and are really invested in career development. This is a Hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day a week in the head office in London plus some travel to the partners head office which is within an hour of London. Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:

Work on the development of technical frameworks, guidelines, standards, certification or audit processes relevant for implementing regulation for children’s rights in the digital environment at international, EU and UK levels. This includes representing 5Rights in technical meetings and working groups, such as at the IEEE and CEN-CENELEC.

Work to promote and support the uptake of these standards by the tech industry, including by working with industry associations, chambers of commerce and tech companies directly.

Lead our work to gather technical evidence on company compliance with regulation for children in the UK and EU.

Identify cases of non-compliance, develop argumentation and engage with companies and regulators for remedy, with legal support as necessary.

Work to promote compliance, by supporting public accountability for non-compliance and positive visibility of best practice.

Lead our work to raise awareness and stimulate action of industry stakeholders, notably advertisers and investors.

Liaise with technologists and experts around the world, exchanging knowledge and staying up to date on the latest developments, research and emerging issues.

Oversee the 5Rights Research Officer, research projects and evidence-gathering programmes.

Draft briefings for Executive Director and policy leads.

Contribute to 5Rights reports, positions, communications and fundraising materials.

Represent 5Rights as an expert at meetings and events.
Person specification
You’ll be a confident and skilled researcher, a clear, fresh thinker, and an excellent writer. High attention to detail, an eye for nuance, and the ability to digest complex information quickly and communicate it coherently are all musts. A background in technology issues or children’s rights is preferable, but not essential. Most of all, we’re looking for someone who’s thorough, proactive, super smart, and committed to our mission.

Remuneration and details

Location: Remote position with employee contract in UK or Belgium. Hybrid working in 5Rights’ London and Brussels co-working office spaces is available.

Salary: £43,600-£48,300 for UK-based candidate, with flexibility depending on experience; EUR 61,500-68,100 for a Belgium-based candidate.

About the Role
The role of Corporate Development Executive is incredibly varied and there is a real focus on working with the Corporate Development Manager to secure a diverse portfolio of national Partnerships. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects, supporting with major new business opportunities and leading on prospect research projects.
You will work closely with colleagues in the account management team to work on partnership opportunities as well as be a key member of the wider Partnerships and Philanthropy team.
About You
You must have had experience in Corporate Fundraising or in new business in the Corporate sector in either a sales or marketing role. You must be a passionate driven, individual who is able to demonstrate a good track record of working towards targets and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
This role is a hybrid role with one day a week required to work in the Charities Head Office in Aldgate, London.
