The Trusts and Foundations Officer will support the Trusts and Foundations team to meet income targets and develop and maintain relationships with donors and prospects. The role combines supporting the Trusts and Foundations Manager, Senior Trusts Officer, and Head of Fundraising with the maintenance of existing relationships as well as generating their own income from both smaller and larger trusts. The successful candidate will demonstrate success in securing grants from charitable trusts, foundations, and institutional donors. Proven experience in trust and foundation fundraising, preferably within the nonprofit sector or a similar environment is essential.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated candidate who is looking for a career in fundraising. They will have a focus on trusts but be invited to learn more about other areas of fundraising too. We are recruiting an Implementation Support Officer to provide support to and sustain relationships with a range of organisations and key stakeholders across the East of England to enable them to successfully implement and deliver NSPCC programmes, services and products. This is a new post and sits across our Development and Implementation and Direct Services Teams.
Reporting into the Assistant Director for the East of England this role will play a key part in scaling our evidence-based services across the region. This role will:
- Provide a range of virtual and face to face support to external agencies to successfully implement NSPCC programmes, services and products
- Arrange, support and sometimes deliver training to support implementation of services
- Work closely with regional colleagues to support sustainability of scale up and reach of services
- Undertake work alongside the East Region Assistant Director, the Associate Head of Implementation and the appropriate Relationship Managers to implement strategies and methodologies to successfully replicate and implement programmes, services and products and to deliver on agreed KPI's and corporate targets
- Support the team to meet the in-year target of reach of professionals and Income Generation.

Purpose of the job:
This newly created HR Officer position will support the Head of HR in a busy HR function potential for a busy charity. The Veterans’ Outreach Officer will support the Head of Veterans’ Outreach in developing and managing the programme of activities encouraging engagement and social interaction between Chelsea Pensioners and other service veterans thereby helping to alleviate the social isolation and loneliness felt by many older veterans. Responsibilities will include promoting the programme within veterans' networks and finding innovative ways to connect with veterans; the management of themed events both at the Royal Hospital Chelsea and further afield as we seek to expand nationwide. The Senior Finance Officer will sit at the heart of our Operations Team, reporting to the Head of Operations and the Co-CEOs and playing a crucial function in ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the organisation’s financial functions.
This will include all day-to-day management of our financial systems and banking, including our accountancy software (Quickbooks) and our internal financial spreadsheets. You will understand and enjoy the challenge that working at a charity with multiple complex funding streams brings.

The Role
Based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire, and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will deliver engaging, creative, data-driven marketing campaigns targeting our beneficiaries and supporters across the UK’s fire services community. You’ll achieve this by utilising all our available media channels including email, websites, direct mail, social media, on/offline advertising and events.
In this fast-paced and exciting role, you’ll be supporting teams across our Charity to promote our health and wellbeing services to the deserving people we support. You will also assist our fundraising teams to generate the income needed to fund the diverse range of services we provide to the fire family.
This role is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Services Check.
About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic marketer with experience delivering marketing campaigns that demonstrate a return on investment.
You will need to be confident communicator, calm under pressure and keen to evidence the success of your work through data analysis, you will be able to adapt your approach to suit different audiences and to translate marketing briefs and objectives into effective campaign activity.
Naturally creative and pro-active, this role would ideally suit someone who is keen to take the next step in their marketing career, who thinks on their feet to overcome challenges to deliver projects on-budget and on-time.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE SLT
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time (21-28 hours per week). Additional hours may sometime be required, particularly for Trustee meetings, and can be taken as Time Off In Lieu.
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the SLT will facilitate all the charity’s governance requirements. Activities will primarily focus on Trustee meetings, Committees and Management team meetings, but will include policy administration and all other aspects of corporate governance and company secretariat. The post will also form part of newly-formed HR function within the charity.
The EA to the SLT will be a key role in giving the charity the capacity and expertise it needs to grow in a well-governed and responsible yet ambitious way.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate conservation professional to join the Trust and play a key role in the care and conservation of our outstanding churches, a fascinating and unique collection of highly listed historic buildings.
Churches Conservation Trust is the national charity protecting historic churches at risk, ensuring they are enjoyed as social, tourism, educational and cultural resources, kept open, in use, and living once again in the heart of their communities.
As a Conservation Projects Manager and a key member of the national Conservation team, you will work with experienced consultants and skilled craftspeople, with national and regional colleagues, volunteers, local partners and stakeholders to develop and manage a range of holistic, conservation and new use projects, from inception to completion, and providing professional advice and support to community led projects. You will lead on all capital, conservation and maintenance, programmes in the region.
You will have expertise and specialist knowledge in the field of historic building repair and conservation, and a proven track record of project management (client side) in the heritage sector. You might be a Building Surveyor, a Conservation Architect, an Estate Manager, or a Project Manager, in this continually varied and unique role you will be working on some of the most significant historic buildings in the country. As you’ll be working on projects across the region, but not exclusively, it is essential you have a full driving license.
