We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individuals to join our fundraising team as a Supporter Engagement Officer. In this role, you will play a vital role in building and growing relationships with our individual donors and managing digital campaigns and challenge events to help the team raise as much funding as possible to support people experiencing homelessness across London.

About the role:

As the Supporter Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for the stewardship of new and existing donors to becoming regular Single Homeless Project supporters. We are recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to lead our delivery at HMP Ranby and across the region.

The Service Delivery Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives when building relationships with young people, is highly organised, and has the passion and drive to achieve outcomes in challenging environments. This is an exciting on-the-ground position, working mainly within prisons in East Midlands, but as part of a team working in prisons nationally, as well as in the community in partnership with other organisations. The Ageing Well Functional Fitness MOT project is aimed at supporting mild to moderately frail residents of the Frognal area of Bexley with falls prevention, improvement of functional wellness and to provide signposting for sessions to enhance functional fitness within this defined area.  The project will be working to engage with people who may be experiencing health challenges but are not accessing support, therefore engaging with them prior to a crisis.

Your role will be to create and lead a network of organisations and individuals to deliver functional fitness "MOTs" and who can provide support for functional fitness.  You will also provide a regular link with the local population which could be utilised by other services and campaigns such as cancer prevention or dementia awareness. · Appropriate recording, processing, coding, posting of all financial transactions – including but not limited to bank receipts and payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, conference fee income, invoicing, journal entries.

· Regular timely bank reconciliations.

HR Administration and Payroll

· Payroll - administration of and preparation of the payroll (Brightpay), including submissions in respect of HMRC and pensions.

· Management of staff holiday and sickness records

· Support of HR queries

Preparation of budgets and forecasts

· Management and preparation of the annual budget – including for example income (conference fees, product sales, advertising, onsite cafes), running costs (event production costs, team activity costs, honoraria) centralised costs (staff, overheads), departmental budgets (networking, marketing), capital and restricted funds etc.

· Update of forecasts as required with a target of quarterly reporting to Section Head budget managers and Director of Operations.

Reporting

· Management accounts/management information/data for regular quarterly report data as required including reporting on conference and product performance.

· Prepare year end accounts ready for review by Head of Finance.

· Reporting as required to review spending with department heads.

Management of the finance team

Oversight of financial management at conferences

· Systems with appropriate controls for the money arrangements at the gates, cafes sales and customer services (for eg Day tickets, programmes, coffee etc)

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Prospect and Stakeholder Research Manager to join our team and drive impact.

The Prospect and Stakeholder Research Manager role sits within the Engagement Services team, part of the External Relations directorate. The Engagement Services team supports fundraising, and alumni and stakeholder engagement activities across the University.

This position is responsible for ensuring fundraisers are able to establish and develop strong personal relationships with prospective donors in order to generate significant levels of philanthropic financial support for the University’s teaching, learning and research priorities.  As the primary research professional they will enable high quality fundraising at various giving levels.

This position is also responsible for providing data sets and detailed research reports of alumni and stakeholders in support of targeted engagement and partnership-building initiatives, thus ensuring External Relations colleagues are able to achieve advocacy and volunteering goals and develop strong relationships with key contacts.

The Services Manager (Housing) will primarily focus on the managing New Horizon's Housing Advice service, delivered both from the day centre and remotely. You will work with the Head of Services to ensure the service responds holistically to young people with multiple needs or barriers.  You should be experienced in the housing and homelessness sector, be a passionate advocate for young people. and have the ability to motivate a team to deliver high quality services in a fast-paced environment. About the role 

This is an exciting new post in the Communications Team at Glass Door. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will support the delivery of a new paid & organic digital marketing strategy, working closely & collaboratively with both the Comms & Fundraising Teams, as well as co-lead on the delivery of a new website. 

Through this role, we will ensure that all our existing supporters are actively communicated with and that we are regularly engaging with a range of new supporters through a unique & tailored approach.

What you will do as part of our team 

Marketing:  

• Work with all internal stakeholders to develop digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels delivering against KPI’s for income, campaigning and brand awareness. 

• Co-manage delivery of multiple/ congruent campaigns, appeals & events to attract & engage new supporters - often working alongside key members of other teams including fundraising, operations and advocacy teams. 

• Co-lead on the project management & delivery of a new website

• Work collaboratively with the Digital Comms Officer to ensure all content is optimised for multiple purpose/platforms and in line with our brand guidelines 

• Contribute creative ideas to generate content for campaigns, news stories, blogs and social media 

• Oversee development and delivery of quarterly e-newsletters. Assist colleagues with their email marketing to ensure on brand and in line with overall digital calendar 

• Work closely with the Individual Giving Officer to run email marketing campaigns - including audience specific segmented email journeys

• Work closely with the Community & Corporate fundraising colleagues to ensure content and digital journeys are meeting their needs through an integrated marketing approach

Monitor impact 

• Monitor the impact of paid & organic marketing campaigns to report on key KPI’s and metrics. Using tools within social media platforms and Google analytics. 

• Work closely & collaboratively with the Digital Comms Officer to ensure all conversions of paid promotion are tracked effectively & efficiently 

• Analyse marketing journeys for collaborative Fundraising deliverables – including campaigns & appeals and create monthly reports to share success of conversions 

• Lead on the moderation and tracking of website usage 

• Lead on the evaluation of social media and online reach, create monthly reports, and assist with evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns & appeals

• Attend and participate in relevant team meetings, and other ad hoc meetings when necessary
