Kinship care begins in crisis. A child whose parents are unable to care for them, for whatever reason. It’s frightening, confusing and heart-breaking. Instinctively, a loved one steps in – a grandparent, brother, sister, aunt, uncle or family friend. They are now a kinship carer, bringing up the children they love. Responsible for winning new business and retaining existing contracts to achieve financial and growth targets, this is a pivotal role at Kinship. If you are self-motivated, have experience of producing high quality, successful bids, can think strategically, and love to work collaboratively across teams, we want to hear from you.

Everything we do is informed by people with experience of care and support.
At the SCIE, we are driven by our values:
· Progressive – always learning and developing.
· Inclusive – working together for equality, diversity, and fairness.
· Credible – evidence-based, robust, and reliable.
· Transparent – open and honest.
