The incoming Director of Finance will play a key role in delivering this strategy, providing the financial leadership needed to support international growth, strengthen resilience, and ensure sustainable impact worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial management across Depaul Group, supporting National Members, this includes consolidated reporting, budgeting, cashflow and audits.
• Develop and implement financial strategy, controls, policies and best practice across the charity
• Act as principal financial adviser to the CEO, Executive Team, Board and Committees.
• Provide insightful financial reporting, forecasting and risk analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee governance, compliance, company secretarial duties and data protection.
• Lead group-wide internal audit processes and financial due diligence activities.
• Support and strengthen finance capacity across international member organisations.
• Manage key external relationships including auditors, bankers, legal advisers, investment portfolio managers, insurers and regulators.
• Pivotal member of the Executive Team, which leads the development of organisational strategy, performance and culture.

About You

• You will be a qualified accountant (CCAB qualified or equivalent),
• You will have experience in senior leadership roles (Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar) within the charity or wider non-profit sector
• You will have the ability to balance strategic leadership with operational delivery in a small, collaborative organisation
• You will be pragmatic and collaborative, and passionate about social justice and the work Depaul International undertakes to end homelessness.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to join our Development and Communications directorate and contribute to the ICR’s digital marketing needs – in particular, to support fundraising across all digital touchpoints. About the role

The People Services and Volunteers Partner is responsible for delivering an efficient, responsive and people-centred service across the full employee and volunteer lifecycle. The role acts as a key first point of contact for managers, staff and volunteers, ensuring high-quality administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance, record-keeping and people support.

Main duties

People Services Operations

• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day People Services queries from staff, volunteers and managers, providing advice and guidance
• Own the employee and volunteers lifecycle support and administration (new hire paperwork, pre-employment checks, induction, role/salary changes, Personio updates, time off management, benefits administration, leaves and terminations, involving the preparation of documentation), tracking/processing information and record-keeping.

Recruitment and Selection

• Coordinate recruitment activity for staff and volunteers, including managing vacancies via the organisation’s website, liaising with hiring managers, arranging interviews.

• Work with departments to understand their needs and help shape appropriate volunteer roles.

Payroll Administration

• Undertake payroll-related administration and ensure relevant staff information is processed accurately and within deadlines.

Volunteer Experience Coordination

• Build positive relationships with volunteers and managers to ensure volunteers feel valued, informed and well supported.

Reporting to the Head of Resource Mobilisation, the Partnerships Manager will be a pivotal role within the organisation's fundraising function; leading a team of three, managing a portfolio of high-value private donors while co-leading the development and delivery of a new business strategy to significantly grow income from trusts & foundations and corporate funders.
