We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Knowledge and Information Manager to lead our recently expanded Knowledge and Information team. In this role you will have responsibility for leading the development of our highly regarded information and resources, to support, and empower everyone affected by Crohn’s or Colitis. This includes our evidence-based online and printed publications, web content, research summaries and other information, ensuring it is relevant, and accessible to all.
You will be driving new initiatives and developing tactical plans for the team which meet our strategic objectives.
You will be a member of the charity’s Management Development Forum, providing leadership across the organisation and liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and contributing to the leadership, planning and delivery of cross-team projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Housekeeping Assistant to join our Housekeeping Team. Role Requirements
Site wide general housekeeping service – ensure that the housekeeping services is of an acceptable level and is consistent across site.
- Carry out a cleaning service in allocated buildings/rooms/areas ensuring that daily tasks are completed according to the standard operating procedures in relation to the cleanliness/hygiene standards.
- Follow infection control procedures whenever carrying out duties and ensure procedures are followed should there be an infection control outbreak.
- Liaise with the Housekeeping Supervisor and House Staff on a daily basis – carrying out special requests in relation to Housekeeping.
- Ensure safe storage of cleaning materials and equipment and sufficient stock is maintained – informing the Housekeeping Supervisor of stock requiring ordering.
- Assist in the cleaning of communal areas on a daily basis and cleaning of carpets, curtains and high dusting on a rotating schedule.
- Ensure that any repairs required to fixtures and fittings are reported to the designated Facilities Helpdesk as soon as possible and any issues are reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Assist in routine housekeeping audits as outlined in the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure any works are to agreed service levels.
- Prioritise work to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Assist other members of the Site Services and Facilities teams as required.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.

About the role:

Role Purpose
The main purpose of the programmes team is to grow, develop and deliver all aspects of the day-to-day relationship management of:
· Schools and colleges running the Career Ready programme
· Local employer supporters, corporate partners supporters, other key local stakeholders and networks
Each Regional Manager is responsible for a local patch which currently typically consists of 5-6 schools or colleges, up to 100 students and 4-5 operational relationships with our corporate partners. Regional Managers will also be responsible for building and maintaining a local network of employer supporters and seeking opportunities for new employer support ..
There will be opportunities to be creative, as well as being autonomous in how you run and develop the programme with the Career Ready schools and colleges in your area.
Main responsibilities and accountabilities
Centre Management and Student Support
· You will work 1:1 with our community of school/college coordinators in your region to support them in delivering the programme. This will require regular meetings and communication, to support coordinators with the planning and managing of masterclasses, workplace visits and other Career Ready events for students and volunteers
· Regularly communicate and report to the Head of Programmes
· Execute our strategy across the region
· Support schools and colleges in programme onboarding (students and mentors) and delivery of paid internships
· From time to time there may be a need to deliver sessions to skills and careers leads and to groups of young people within the school and college setting
· Recruit new schools and colleges to the network from the region in accordance with priority target areas. Manage their induction, training, activities prior to launch and implementation of the Career Ready programme
· Assist schools and colleges on our programmes to plan, manage and run events (i.e. icebreakers, launches, or student promotion sessions) and be prepared to present at such events.
Partnership Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development
· Day-to-day operational account management for employer supporters, ensuring they have excellent experiences.
· Full partnership and operational account management for lower-level funders in your region.
· Promote the contribution of Career Ready and awareness of Career Ready to potential supporters and assist in engaging their commitment to give both practical and financial support

o Using our SME Internship Investment Fund, seek small and medium sized businesses to provide a mentor and host an intern, seeking as much match funding as possible (e.g., we pay for 1 internship and you pay for 1; 50% of internship funded_
o Support engagement, experience and deliver on the programme commitments to corporate partners in your area.
o Support the Head of Programmes and Partnership Manager with programme reporting requirements specific to corporate partners, trusts and foundations
General

We are currently recruiting a National Youth Project and Campaigns Manager to join our team offering Hybrid Working - flexibility to work from home or based at our central office in Wallington, Surrey. This is a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £39,414 per annum.

About the role:
As our National Youth Project and Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the charity’s youth strategy, we are looking for someone who is well organised, passionate and has a range of skills to work on a diverse project. You will develop engaging, innovative and creative national campaigns reaching young people, parents/guardians and professionals across the UK. You will also be responsible for supporting our Regional Managers in the development of regional campaigns.
Key responsibilities of our National Youth Project and Campaigns Manager:
- Leading on the coordination, delivery and prioritisation of all Fearless activity, including successfully developing and managing the youth strategy and overseeing National and Regional plans to ensure activity is aligned, measurable, cost-effective and on brand
- Project managing the development of engaging and creative national campaigns, from project brief through to launch and evaluation
- Working with the Digital Content and Creative Assistant, develop and sign off social media content in accordance with our brand
- Maintaining, reviewing and developing the Fearless website
- Inspiring and engaging our volunteer Youth Panel. Managing the recruitment and retention of the panel, as well as supporting all projects generated by the group
- Maintaining and developing the suite of Fearless resources; including digital assets, national artwork and crime specific resource booklets
- Managing the Youth Projects Coordinator role, supporting them to deliver their objectives and ensuring their professional development.
What we're looking for in our National Youth Project and Campaigns Manager:
- Experience and understanding of issues affecting young people (Essential)
- Excellent project management skills (Essential)
- A creative and strategic thinker with the skills to develop innovative campaigns (Essential)
- Digital campaigning skills including across a range of social media platforms (Essential)
- The ability to manage a varied workload and meet tight deadlines (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Essential)
- High working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships and an ability to develop partnerships with stakeholders (Essential)
- Experience of managing people and supporting their professional development (Essential)
- A team player who can manage conflicting priorities and work on own initiative (Essential)
