An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Care Assistant to join the Fundraising Team .Your role is to be responsible for delivering excellent service to The Children's Trust’s supporters.

Role Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries (both internal and external) received on a day- to-day basis.
- Confidently respond to phone calls and enquiries from supporters and the general public in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- Produce letters and e-mails in response to enquiries from supporters and the general public.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate recording of donations on the fundraising database, ThankQCRM
- Liaise with fundraisers concerning the coding of donations on the fundraising database.
- Produce thank you letters to supporters in a prompt timeframe.
- Liaise with the Finance department regarding donation coding and financial reconciliation.
- Add new supporter records to the fundraising database.
- Update existing supporter records on the fundraising database (i.e. changes of address).
- Update existing donation data on the fundraising database.

The Role:

About Us
Safer Waves was set up in 2019 to provide support to merchant seafarers who have experienced sexual assault, sexual harassment or gender discrimination on board.
Safer Waves provides an anonymous email support service, run by volunteers who are trained in responding to disclosures of sexual violence, and who understand the specific challenges experienced when these events happen onboard a vessel.
We work with shipping companies, industry leaders, law enforcement and maritime training providers to raise awareness of sexual violence within the maritime industry, and to improve the support that is available to seafarers who experience it.
Job Purpose
For the first 5 years, Safer Waves has been a volunteer-led organisation. We are now in the exciting position of being able to recruit a CEO, and we are looking for an individual who has the passion to see this new organisation thrive in the maritime welfare sector.

About the role:
Respect is seeking two Helplines Team Leaders. You will be the main point of contact for the team of Advisors and provide line management support along with other focused meetings that guide their work with service users.
You will manage concerns raised by Advisors and make decisions on safety actions, and deal with complaints. You will oversee the implementation of a rota system that maximises resource capacity at peak call times to meet high demands. Our principal activity is the prevention of food poverty and food insecurity by offering culturally appropriate food, fresh fruits, and vegetables as well as dietary and religiously appropriate food which we have continued to run at our five-week sessions to local people for as long as they address the underlying cause.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Devices Co-ordinator to join the Clinical Asset Team. Your role is to support the Medical Devices Safety Engineer in pro-actively delivering maintenance responses, updating jobs on the CAFM system, ensuring compliance and asset management systems are up to date at all times.

Role Requirements
- Provide operational assistance to all matters pertaining to clinical assets including compliance, asset management, service management and lifecycle management.
- Ensure clinical assets onsite are compliant or taken out of service.
- Allocate jobs to the appropriate contractor, using CAFM systems to create a document trail and manage frequently broken items, escalating issues to the Medical Devices Safety Engineer as appropriate.

- Updating compliance system with relevant documents for compliance and tracking purposes (including those for Therapy items)

- First response to clinical asset jobs coming through to the Helpdesk, co-ordinating with clinical staff at the scene, ensuring the appropriate response is carried out.

Samaritans is looking for a STEP (Samaritans Training & Engagement Programmes) Relationship and Delivery Officer to join our Business Development team. This vital role supports our Samaritans Training and Engagement Programmes (STEP) by guiding customers through their sales journey, coordinating training course bookings, and ensuring seamless delivery. You’ll play a key part in helping us generate income while providing best-in-class support to our customers. This is a brand new role, to grow the programme further in 2025-2026 and beyond.
• £28,500 per annum

• Full time (35 hours per week) with flexible working (we would consider compressed hours)
• Hybrid working: Linked to our Ewell (Surrey) office. There is an option to occasionally work from an office space in London Bridge.

Our Samaritans Training and Engagement Programmes (STEP) draws on the expertise gained from our support services to provide training and learning options to organisations across all sectors. The programme includes training courses, eLearning, workshops and webinars on topics including listening skills, emotional support, trauma management and suicide prevention.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing customer relationships and providing top-notch support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Driving income growth by guiding customers through their sales and stewardship journey.
• Coordinating the delivery of training courses, managing bookings, and handling logistics.
• Supporting the STEP team in reaching income targets with a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Handling admin tasks like data input, reporting, and system improvements.
What we’re looking for:
• A highly experienced Administrator with experience in a customer facing environment.
• Previous experience of working in a sales environment.
• Experience of administering and organising events or training courses in a busy environment with competing priorities, with a focus on a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to develop strong, warm working relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers using excellent communication skills, problem solving, trust and reliability.
• Experience of prioritising own workload and working to deadlines with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent IT skills

It is a very exciting time to join the MS Society as Evidence Programme Lead. We are implementing an ambitious cross-organisational transformation programme. And we have just started a new 2025-29 strategy.
We’re looking for a person with strong social research skills who has the ability to lead our Evidence team. We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure we’re developing our evidence base to inform our work.
With extensive experience and knowledge of applied research, evaluation and data analysis, you’ll provide strategic leadership to design, develop and deliver a programme of evidence projects as well as managing a team of evidence officers, identifying gaps in our evidence and providing advice about how to fill them.
You’ll deliver internal projects and commission external research projects, working with colleagues in policy, press, campaigns and beyond to do so. Contributing to key internal working groups will be another key aspect of the role, as well as monitoring and responding to requests for evidence. And you’ll be committed to ensuring people with MS are involved in the design and delivery of evidence projects and to ensuring we seek views from people from a wide range of backgrounds.
