Marketing management

• Supporting our Head of Marketing to develop cross-organisation marketing plans to help us achieve our member retention objectives and reach new audiences.
• Leading projects with our Members Services Team, Education and Training, and External Affairs teams to understand the market and customer need for our products and services.

Marketing activities

• Lead on the delivery of effective marketing plans for a range of audiences and outputs, including but not limited to our online and in-person events, qualifications, training and assessments, and clinical guidance, guidelines and standards.
• Write engaging copy for both online and offline marketing collateral – including news stories, blogs, email communications, print and digital adverts, and social media.
• Segment and tailor marketing communications for a range of audiences by professional role, membership type, and level of involvement with us.
• Manage regular email communications with our registered users (those who express an interest in us) and candidates (those currently learning with us) to support their journey towards becoming a member.
• Develop and manage the marketing activities for our core member publication The British Medical Journal in Sexual and Reproductive Health (BMJ SRH)
• Proactively manage a content calendar to help keep track of our range of communications.
• Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Officer to repurpose content from our website and campaign publications for use on social media.
• Ensure all communications practices are GDPR compliant.

Marketing intelligence

• Support the Head of Marketing with desk-based research / activities to help us better understand and engage with newer audiences (e.g., physician associates, pharmacists).
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using a range of tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM reports, Google Data Studio), working closely with our Digital Content Manager and Data Manager.
• Proactively look at ways to improve the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and insights to inform this.
• Track and monitor email campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements, most notably during our annual member renewals campaign.

Brand management

• Champion our FSRH values, brand guidelines and style guide, supporting the Head of Marketing to keep our templates and materials up-to-date and implemented correctly.
• Support the development of event specific content for in-person and online events, and occasionally assist as an FSRH representative.
• Produce slides for our CEO / Officers where needed to help share information about FSRH’s work.

You will have experience:

• Developing and delivering successful and multichannel marketing and communications plans

Last year we saw a 133% growth in the numbers of young people facing homelessness coming through our doors. Now, nearly half of them are - or recently have been - sleeping rough and with the numbers of young rough sleepers in the capital growing at an alarming rate, New Horizon Youth Centre has had to take decisive action to unlock support and housing for this group. The Head of Services - Rough Sleeping is a brand-new role for the organisation and will lead on developing a new internal strategy for young people facing rough sleeping, as well as holding operational oversight of our established youth-specific street outreach function and emergency accommodation hub, both of which are unique in London. You will need to be strategic in approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will act as our lead colleague on relationships with the Greater London Authority and London Councils’ rough sleeping teams, working with them to ensure our learning and insights inform policy and ultimately open up access to emergency support for those under 25. Alongside this you will need a keen eye for operational detail, have experience of delivering homelessness services, and be passionate about piloting new solutions to prevent homelessness among young people. Purpose of the Post

London's Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) has joined forces with Redthread and Catch22 to support young Londoners aged 16-30 to gain skills, qualifications, and employment in the digital and surrounding sectors.

The youth Mentor will be working within local communities to support programme users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education, and training opportunities.

In this role we are looking for a Youth Mentor to provide tailored career guidance and occasionally deliver facilitated employability workshops to those enrolled on the programme. About the role

We are looking for an experienced and committed Business Development Manager to join our growing charity. Responsible for winning new business and retaining existing contracts to achieve financial and growth targets, this is a pivotal role at Kinship. If you are self-motivated, have experience of producing high quality, successful bids, can think strategically, and love to work collaboratively across teams, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead on all commissioning activity at Kinship directly with commissioners and through tendering activity.

• Lead and support the creation of high-quality bids including writing technical questions and method statements.

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of Kinship, the external environment, and kinship carers and integrate this knowledge into business development activity and bid production.

Essential requirements include:

• Experience of successful bid production and bid management – from identification of opportunity through to submission. Track record in successful tendering for retention of contracts and new business.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Able to articulate and translate complex ideas and service delivery models into compelling, structured, and high-quality written propositions.

• Ability to analyse large volumes of information to develop clear and compelling bids and proposals.

Responsible for the delivery of a UK-wide internal communications and engagement strategy that supports our organisational strategy, this role will seek to continually improve our engagement and communications approach, including the use of new technologies and innovations.

The role will be responsible for internal communication channels and resources, such as our intranet, virtual strategic updates and e-newsletters.

As a member of our Leadership Group, you’ll also actively contribute to the strategic leadership, planning and policy formulation of the MS Society as a whole.
