Prospectus is excited to be working with our client to recruit a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join their team in Scotland. WWF is the world’s leading independent conservation organisation. Their mission is to create a world where people and wildlife can thrive together. The organisation is part of WWF-UK. They work on the issues that directly affect Scotland and work closely with their UK teams to implement the organisation’s strategy in Scotland.

This role is offered on a fixed term (9 to 10 months) full-time contract with a salary of £42,573 per annum with flexible working arrangements at their Edinburgh Office.

This role is responsible for growing income support for our client’s work from Scottish sources by developing and maintaining key relationships and maximising opportunities with charitable trusts, funding partners, and major donors. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Fundraising in Scotland, the post holder will help develop and deliver their fundraising strategy across multiple sources to grow income to support their work in Scotland. The post holder will work closely with teams across WWF-UK to support income and partnerships, planning and delivery of funding-related public, corporate and internal communications strategies, and events.

They are looking for a candidate with demonstratable experience in charity fundraising, successfully identifying, writing, and managing trust and foundations funding bids. They are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience in partnership development, including maintaining and maximizing relationships at all levels, including corporate partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fundraising landscape in Scotland, including opportunities for partnership development and passionate about environmental issues and nature conservation and committed to the values of WWF.
