Along with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving, the Supporter Acquisition Managers are responsible for growing the organisation’s file of donors and hitting an annual Individual Giving team fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income. As a direct marketing subject matter expert, they will lead cold recruitment campaigns and support in identifying and delivering new products or acquisition streams. Scope of role
The Debt Technical Supervisor is responsible for supporting Debt Advisers to ensure the delivery of accurate, effective, and tailored advice to over-indebted clients. This role involves conducting debt-advice interview observations, reviewing case files, and identifying training needs for advisers. The Debt Technical Supervisor provides real-time support and constructive feedback, helping advisers navigate complex cases and ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and information. Key Responsibilities
Support Debt Advisers in their roles and ensure that the advice provided to over- indebted Clients is accurate, effective and tailored to individuals’ circumstances.

This role plays a vital part in helping Winston’s Wish turn up the dial across our Individual Giving Fundraising. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Lead on the development and implementation of our Individual Giving strategy, supported by the Head of Mass Participation and the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.
- Ensure all opportunities and future plans are in line with Winston’s Wish’s over-arching fundraising strategy to meet financial targets, organisational objectives and KPIs.
- Maintain an awareness of philanthropy trends, news, events and legislation in the UK to ensure that Winston’s Wish remains up to date on key changes which are likely to impact on individual giving.
Generating Individual Giving Income
- Lead on and deliver a plan to increase individual giving income from streams including, but not exclusive to, direct mail, regular giving, legacies, in-mem and our charity lottery

- Continuously analyse our income and supporter data to measure effectiveness of activities and return on investment.

Spires was established as a response to homelessness in the late 1980s. Initially providing a hot meal, clothing, and advice to those who came for help, Spires has developed into an organization that provides a range of services, including day centre style drop ins for homeless people, a Women’s drop in, a Refugee drop in and outreach targeted at supporting Women who are sex working.
Our core mission is to support homeless people into housing and to assist those who have been homeless in maintaining their accommodation, reducing the risks they face, and increasing their choices. We assess need, create support plans, and provide ongoing key work to empower people to improve their circumstances.
Purpose of Role:
• Support the effective delivery of Spires services across the range of activities provided,
• Provide casework, support planning, and key working sessions for Spires’ clients.

This is an exciting time to join Action for ME. Better meeting their needs today while taking action to secure change for tomorrow. As you will have operational management and oversight for our Healthcare Services and hold the Designated Safeguarding Lead role for the organisation, you will bring considerable services-related experience at a management and leadership level. Key duties
1. Leadership
- Ensure that children and adults with ME are at the heart of everything we do through meaningful engagement and participation to influence all aspects of our work.
- Deputise for the CEO and represent and promote the Charity at national meetings and events.

About the Role
The Lead Lawyer - Africa Death Penalty Team is responsible for coordinating Reprieve’s litigation and advocacy in Sub-Saharan Africa. At the moment, the team works on death penalty casework and abolition advocacy in Malawi, Tanzania, and Kenya.
Our casework includes work on appeals to the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal in the context of historic denials of a right to appeal and related contextual challenges; large-scale projects, such as the Kenya resentencing project, wherein we support stakeholders to ensure 5,000+ people are able to access a chance at reducing their sentence from death via a new sentence hearing, as well as supporting on individual strategic resentencing cases; and long-term regional projects, such as our strategic litigation before the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, which challenges the mandatory death penalty, torture, and other associated violations of the African Charter. Length and Salary
This is a full-time role, on a one-year fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend, subject to funding. The annual salary is £52,088 per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work two days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Applicants must have the current right to work in the UK, which will be checked prior to interview.
Your presence is important during core office hours, whether remotely or in the office. About the role
In this role you will lead the delivery of Macmillan’s research projects within our Insight & Performance division – designing and managing research to produce customer, market, and trend insights that add to add to Macmillan’s structured evidence base and maximise our impact on people with cancer.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary group, working with research, evaluation, business intelligence, data and digital analytics experts, to deliver against key research and insight focus areas for Macmillan, prioritising effort where potential return and impact is greatest.
You will also work closely with Macmillan’s subject matter experts and our research agency partners to develop and deliver high quality research projects that meet organisational needs and ensure Macmillan’s evidence base remains current and comprehensive.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience of current qualitative and quantitative research & analysis tools, methodologies, and structured thinking techniques, including working with minority and seldom-heard groups.
- Project management experience (scope, budget, and schedule management) in a matrix environment requiring collaboration across a range of disciplines and/or in people management (including volunteers or interns).
- Experience of supporting strategy development and product and service innovation processes.
- Knowledge of the UK health and social care landscape and how it relates to Macmillan's strategic objectives to reduce health inequities, reduce variation in treatment and care and support people living with cancer and other long term conditions would be desirable.
