The Head of Philanthropy Operations will be central to delivering this transformation. This role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership to build the operational infrastructure, governance and processes that underpin a high-performing fundraising function in a complex healthcare environment.
Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and senior stakeholders, you will turn strategy into action, strengthening systems, improving gift management and reporting and embedding a culture of philanthropy across the organisation.

The Head of Fundraising Innovation is responsible for the development and delivery of the 5-year strategy across fundraising product innovation. They are responsible for the leading the Fundraising Innovation team in strategic development, testing and scaling of innovative fundraising products, as well as the testing and optimisation of online fundraising to improve conversion, retention and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising and Marketing Strategy
· In collaboration with the Director of Supporter Led Fundraising and fellow F&M Heads, plan, implement and deliver the 2033 Fundraising & Marketing Strategy.
· Shapes and oversees the fundraising innovation programme, creating the systems, culture, and strategic direction needed to enable a sustainable pipeline of breakthrough ideas that drive long‑term income growth.
· Maintain a central and neutral position across Fundraising and Marketing, ensuring cross organisational alignment and impartial prioritisation of innovation across portfolios.
· Responsible for the overarching Innovation and Online Fundraising in year plans and strategy
· Direct line management of 2 managers.
· Lead Fundraising Innovation team of 5.
Fundraising Product Strategy
· Lead fundraising innovation team of two.
· Support the Fundraising Innovation Manager on their leadership of the innovation programme board FAME, and fundraising product innovation roadmap aligned to driving income growth and supporter engagement objectives.
· Support the Fundraising Innovation Manager to identify opportunities to evolve existing fundraising products and create new digital-first income streams.
Online Fundraising Innovation
· Lead online fundraising team of three.
· Support Online Fundraising Manager in testing and optimising online fundraising to improve conversion, retention and lifetime value.
· Stay ahead of sector and digital trends, translating insight into practical product development.
· Supporter Experience & Insight
· Ensure Innovation and online fundraising teams design supporter-centred fundraising products informed by insight, data and user research.

Testing, Data & Performance
· Establish and monitor processes for the team that allow robust testing and evaluation frameworks for new and existing fundraising products.
· Establish processes and ways of working for the team that ensure they use data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate across ARUK to deliver fundraising innovation that drives organisational strategic priorities.

The role
Young Scot is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial and delivery-focused leader to help shape and drive a step-change in how we generate income and build partnerships.
This is a pivotal role at a defining moment for the organisation with the recent appointment of a new CEO, as well launching a new organisational strategic vision. About the role
This is a dynamic, strategic role and as Head of Therapeutic Services, you will exercise person-centred clinical responsibility for Woman’s Trust (WT), counselling, groupwork and other therapeutic services.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will oversee the day-to-day delivery of seamless, highquality service across all of our client-facing provisions. You will support the CEO to ensure the future development of WT by leading the frontline staff team in the provision of high-quality, relevant and safe services to survivors of violence and abuse in line with WT’s aims and principles.
As Head of Therapeutic Services, a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with colleagues across WT, to plan and implement quality improvement plans in order to deliver outstanding services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Working with key stakeholders to ensure that WT counselling services are delivered to a high professional standard, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and the person-centred approach.
Leading on the development of new opportunities for the enhancement and expansion of WT counselling services, on the clinical representation of WT services to external bodies and involvement in campaigning for the improvement of services for women experiencing DA, and to be the safeguarding lead for WT.

Job Purpose
The Head of Community Support and Operations is a pivotal new role being introduced to the executive team at Barnsley CVS. This person will be a key role in the growth and development of the executive team. You will play an exciting part in the delivery and development of the recently developed 4-year strategy and theory of change. Your role will drive intention and focus on developing our support to the sector in a meaningful way to high standards, whilst ensuring our own internal operations reflect best practice. You will need a strong knowledge of charity set up, management and governance along with a passion for what the VCSE sector does. You will be confident in people management and development; have the ability to work inclusively with a wide range of people and backgrounds and the skill to see gaps and opportunities for service development.
You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to identify gaps and opportunities to develop our offer of support to the sector whether through direct services, training, brokerage agreements or membership offers. As you identify these opportunities, you will work collaboratively with the Head of Business Development to explore commercial income options that are also in line with our mission and vision.
Using your excellent people skills, you will act as the first point of contact for HR matters within the charity, overseeing the general management of our online HR system, policies and procedures. You will work in collaboration with the CEO in any areas that need significant development or management.
You will keep up to date with new initiatives and ideas in the wider infrastructure sector, relevant legislation and modern thinking in relation to charity management best practice.
