We have over 120 member organisations in the UK and Ireland providing counselling, emotional support and advocacy for women, men, young people and children who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse/exploitation at any time in their lives.

We support our member agencies by providing a wide range of infrastructure support including regional meetings, networking events, specialist forums and workshops and representing our member agencies in national meetings.  We provide accredited training for Independent Sexual Violence Advisors and bespoke training and workshops for professionals and organisations.  We run a national helpline for anyone who has been affected by sexual violence in any way.

We’re looking for a Fundraising Officer to join our small and friendly team at our head office in Rugby, working with our Income Generation Manager to ensure our income meets the increasing demands for our services.

You will lead on developing and supporting trust, grant, commissioned and community fundraising activities, including researching fundraising opportunities and writing grant applications, working in collaboration with the Income Generation Manager.  Supporting our amazing community fundraisers is an important element of the role, providing fundraising newsletters, updates and maintaining our fundraising webpages.

You will ideally have previous experience of working in the voluntary sector and experience of developing funding applications and building relationships with donors and fundraisers, but please don’t be put off applying if you don’t meet all these requirements.  The right candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent IT skills. 

You will be required to undergo DBS clearance to work at The Survivors Trust.

You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage.  The Brent Centre for Young People is looking for an experienced, dynamic person to join its Clinical Administration Team.

The Brent Centre for Young People is a charity based in North West London (Kilburn) that provides psychotherapeutic treatments to young people aged 11-25 years, who suffer with emotional difficulties and have mental health needs. The Centre has an international reputation and delivers world-leading evidence-based practices to young people across North West London. On average, the centre helps over 700 young people per year through its In-house and Outreach Services.

We are looking for an experienced clinical administrator with strong people and communication skills to help run our clinical services.

This post is an exciting opportunity to be part both of supporting the growth of this new service and supporting clinical administration at the Brent Centre within an existing small team.

The suitable candidate will have at least two years’ experience of clinical and/or general administration and reception duties. This post will suit a confident, reliable individual with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

You will be expected to be confident in IT skills (including the use of Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level) and apply them to recording data accurately on a daily basis on our client database.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea is the home of the Chelsea Pensioners (known as In-Pensioners). The Tenancy & Contributions Officer will lead on the delivery and continuing evolution of the tenancy agreement (known as the In-Pensioner Agreement). Part of the delivery of the agreement will be coordinating the process of setting and reviewing In-Pensioner’s personal financial contribution to the Royal Hospital. The role also requires the individual to support with benefit applications as required, as well as undertake other housing management related tasks on behalf of the organisation.

In addition, the role is also a core component of the recruitment process for new In-Pensioners being the point of first appeal should a candidate be unsuccessful in their application to join. Head of Project Delivery (Housing)

Our client's vision is to build new affordable homes to help more people who cannot otherwise buy or rent on the open market.  The Development Directorate has a programme of between 400 and 500 homes a year with S106, land-led, package deals and joint venture projects. They are looking for a Head of Project Delivery who will be instrumental in helping them achieve this delivery and their wider vision.

It’s an exciting time to join them, on the back of a busy 2024 / 2025 where the Delivery Team managed the completion of over 520 homes. The new postholder will build on this success, motivating the Delivery Team to successfully manage current and future projects.

Overall Purpose

Voids - Each year, Look Ahead collects c£21m of rent and service charge from the c3,000 units of property that we own and manage. This amount represents roughly a third of Look Ahead's annual income and therefore it is essential for us to maximise occupancy rates within our properties.

This is a varied opportunity that will see you managing the completion of all void works and ensuring that all properties are let within our Corporate deadlines. Look Ahead manages approx. 1500 units on other landlord's behalf, of which there are approx. 35. You will therefore have strong organisational skills and have the ability to build rapport with our landlords. We also operate across London and the Home counties, and the successful candidate will need to familiarise themselves with our stock quickly and establish effective working relationships with the teams on the ground.

A minimum of 2 years' experience of managing the end-to-end void management processes.
A minimum of 2 years' experience of multi- agency working.
