A little bit about the role 

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week expected in our London office.

Those living outside the M25 can opt to not receive London Office Allowance and agree a more flexible office attendance pattern at offer stage. Please note that travel to the London office is at your own expense.

Frontline is entering an exciting period of growth and development as we continue to expand our programme portfolio and strengthen the support we provide to social workers and leaders throughout their careers.

The Partner Engagement Officer plays a key role in building and managing relationships with local authority partners across England. Working as part of the Partnerships and Placements team, you will manage a portfolio of prospective and existing partners, driving engagement and uptake across Frontline’s programmes.

Combining stakeholder engagement, outreach and partnership development, you will identify new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and support the achievement of programme targets. Working closely with colleagues across Frontline, you will help ensure partners receive a high-quality experience throughout their journey with us.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

• Manage a portfolio of local authority partners, acting as the primary point of contact from initial engagement through to programme onboarding and delivery
• Promote Frontline’s programmes and support activities that increase programme uptake and partner retention
• Maintain accurate records, gather partner insight and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement activities

A little bit about you 

We’re looking for a confident and motivated professional who excels at building strong relationships and driving meaningful engagement with a wide range of partners and stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator and confident presenting to different audiences, delivering events and engagement activities. With a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused approach, you will use insight and initiative to identify opportunities, overcome challenges and drive programme growth and engagement. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised and resilient who is able to manage competing priorities, work independently and consistently deliver to deadlines and targets. Experience working with public sector organisations, local authorities, education providers or an understanding of partner retention and growth would be an advantage.

We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn.
