AllChild is recruiting an Impact Manager (Programme Design) to join our growing Programme Design function. The role will lead specific strands of programme design work across both strategic projects and the ongoing refinement of the Impact Programme. Working closely with the Head of Programme Design, Impact colleagues, and Delivery teams, you will work independently on agreed areas of focus while staying closely connected to others to ensure learning, decisions and next steps are aligned.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about understanding what drives positive outcomes for children and young people and translating that insight into clear recommendations and practical programme design. You will work closely with Link Workers and Delivery colleagues, balancing research, lived experience and delivery realities to shape programme activities, guidance and resources.

The CRM Impact Manager is a specialised role that will focus on developing our use of the Beacon CRM and ensuring it’s used to our best advantage throughout the charity.
You will lead on capturing and utilising data across the whole of the charity from the impact on our members, to socially focused programming, fundraising events, and income generation through grants and tenders. All the tasks you carry out will contribute to the core purpose of the charity, enabling us to transform the access to and experience of mental health support, for young people.
This is a new position within a new team, focused on the growth of the charity, offering the opportunity to enhance Open Door’s approach data and impact and build new work, as we create new long-term partnerships.
Based at the Bloom Building in Birkenhead and soon within our new home ‘Joy’, the role offers a flexible and collaborative working environment, engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders that align with Open Door’s values and mission.

Prospectus is delighted to be working with the organisation to recruit an exceptional Impact Investment Manager to play a leading role in deploying capital for measurable social and environmental good. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and grow a significant impact investment and social investment portfolio within a values-driven, established and forward thinking philanthropic organisation.
The role
Working closely with the Impact Investment Lead, this person will originate, assess, present and execute impact investments and social investments, manage existing portfolios, and engage directly with trustees, investees and fund managers. They will combine rigorous financial analysis with a deep commitment to impact - covering strategy, governance and reporting while helping to steward endowments approaching £200m, with a growing allocation to impact. Situated in the Finance Team, this person will manage many and varied relationships across the family of Trusts and will represent our client externally, supporting the Trusts in their efforts to deliver on their charitable purposes and enable the Trusts to maximise impact.
The Person
The successful candidates will have substantial hands-on experience making and managing impact investments or social investments , they will bring strong commercial judgement and the ability to measure and articulate impact . They will be confident presenting complex recommendations to trustees and investment committees , will thrive in a collaborative, purpose-led environment with lots of autonomy and responsibility. They will have a flexible and open mind-set, able to take initiative and navigate change.
