We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Project Manager to lead our outreach service. This role is responsible for managing outreach staff, coordinating support across multiple hotel sites, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and quality standards, and providing specialist guidance to the team on complex client issues.

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ project management experience and direct experience supporting refugees and asylum seekers, with strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to speak a community language is desirable.

As our Operations & Executive Support Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the organisation running smoothly. You’ll work at the heart of our Corporate Function, ensuring our systems, people, and processes are efficient and aligned with our mission. JOB DETAILS

• Job Title - Operations & Executive Support Manager

• Salary - Between £29,500 & £31,000 depending on experience
• Contract - Full-Time (38 hours per week) - From time to time, you may be required to work some evenings and weekends. These are usually communicated well in advance. We expect team members to work from the office at least three days per week, but we offer flexibility to balance this with remote working. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Operational Coordination (40%)

• Oversee day-to-day organisational operations, systems, and processes.

• Maintain and improve internal systems & processes (task & project management).

• Support programme quality assurance by collating data and reviewing reports.

• Lead internal projects to improve efficiency and staff experience.

2. Executive Support (25%)

3. People & Culture (20%)

• Coordinate HR administration, recruitment logistics, and onboarding.

• Support the delivery of wellbeing and culture initiatives.

• Plan internal events, training sessions, and away days.

• Maintain accurate staff records and support internal communications.

4. Governance & Strategy Support (15%)

• Prepare and circulate Board and sub-committee papers.

• Maintain organisational policies and compliance registers.

• Monitor progress against operational plans and key performance measures.

• Support internal and external reporting requirements (funders, trustees, etc.).

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential

• Experience in operations, project management, or executive support.

JOB TITLE: Education Social Impact Manager

REPORTS TO: Head of Social Impact

JOB PURPOSE: The Education Social Impact Manager will manage the implementation of ParalympicsGB’s schools’ programmes and campaigns; a range of Get Set programmes with an initial focus on establishing a new Get Set for Equal Play – inclusive PE resources. Additionally leading aspects of the Equal Play programme playing a key role in education stakeholder engagement and support the organisation’s approach to influencing public policy in education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Get Set Education Programme design, development and project management

· Input to design and development of educational programmes with Get Set delivery agency, to shape curricular activities and learning materials tailored to ParalympicsGB target audience of young disabled pupils and teaching workforce.

· Project manage the new Get Set for Equal Play programme working with agency, internal team and ParalympicsGB partner Nat West to scope, develop and account manage the programme focused on inclusive PE resources.

· Lead on reporting progress to NatWest working with delivery agency, demonstrating impact and programme performance.

· Work with the commercial team to provide commercial partner updates on Get Set activations as needed, and to secure approvals for any collaborative or co-branded activities.

· Liaise with athlete services and ParalympicsGB athlete community to engage athletes in the organisation’s schools’ programmes, including sharing updates, booking personal appearances, briefings and managing invoicing.

The Data, Impact and Evaluation Officer will hold and develop our monitoring and evaluation functions, ensuring they reflect the relational nature of our work. The Catalyst Collective is an innovative and rapidly growing non-profit organisation. Since our pilot programme launched in January 2021, we have expanded significantly. Now in our fifth year of operation, we are seeking an organised and proactive Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our growth and ensuring the successful delivery of our mentoring programmes.

This role would suit someone who is self-starting, mission-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, flexible working environment. The Programme Manager will work closely with the Programme Director to lead and manage key components of our mentoring programme. This includes building strong relationships with mentors, mentees, and partner schools, as well as coordinating training, enrichment activities, and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Mentee Recruitment and Induction

The role

As Project Manager of a new, three-year partnership project working with military support organisations, you will lead the planning, delivery and performance monitoring of a national programme offering bereavement support to those affected by military deaths. This role requires a balance of excellent organisational skills, partnership management and internal project team management. You will also be expected to have or develop a compassionate understanding of the sensitivities surrounding grief, trauma and military culture.

The postholder will be responsible for implementing project structures, ensuring the delivery of all aspects of the programme, reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders, resolving challenges and providing persuasive and effective leadership of the project to strengthen the networks of care within military and civilian communities.
