Purpose of the RoleThis role is part of a newly established Organisation Design and Development function within the People, Culture and Inclusion Directorate. The post-holder will work closely with the Head of Organisation Design and Development to deliver impactful organisational change, learning and workforce transformation initiatives.You will support the delivery of strategic frameworks and people strategies by contributing to key projects involving organisational reviews, operating model development, leadership capability building, and people transformation efforts. The role is central to enabling a cultural and operational shift across the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganisational Design & Change Support
- Assist in delivering organisational design interventions such as documentation preparation, data analysis, workshop support, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate project actions and engagement plans related to target operating model implementation.
- Maintain and update organisation design toolkits, templates and resources.
- Monitor and report progress on design initiatives and support governance reporting.
- Conduct industry research, benchmarking and maturity assessments to inform design practices.
- Collaborate with Strategic People Partners and operational leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic goals.
Organisational Development & Learning
- Coordinate leadership, management and change capability programmes.
- Support the implementation of capability frameworks and address development needs across the organisation.
- Contribute to the roll-out of succession planning, talent and career development initiatives.
- Design and deliver internal workshops and collaborate with wider teams to embed learning interventions.
- Evaluate the impact of development and learning programmes using data and feedback mechanisms.
Data, Analysis & Reporting
- Help develop and manage people's dashboards and organisational health indicators.
- Prepare reports and analysis for workforce planning and reviews.
- Support data alignment with ERP systems and future HR platform requirements.
Programme & Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist in programme management across OD&D workstreams, including scheduling, communications, and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, briefings and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure organisational change activities are aligned and integrated.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience supporting organisational design, development, or change initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with change and development tools/methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to varied audiences.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Strong interest in progressing a career in OD, Development or People Change.

The Role
As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims via the telephone, tailor the support to the Victims preferences i.e. home visits or via conference calls, explain services and assess the impact of crime.
Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Manage a caseload of self-referred and referred service users, providing information and advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
- Conduct risk and needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support and information.
- Identify barriers to accessing services and work with partners to provide ongoing support.
- Keep accurate and confidential case records.
About You
You will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims and experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk and needs assessments would be beneficial.
You will need:

- Competent IT skills, able to use generic systems.

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service. The role includes:
- Supporting residents with daily tasks
- Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to their needs
- Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks
- Encourage residents to take part in activities and events
- Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis
- Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary

About you
We're looking for someone who has a true passion to support those who have multiple and complex needs, with a drive to help support those who suffer with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. You will be able to build rapport and trusting relations in a professional setting, and able to build positive outcomes. You will have an adaptable and flexible approach to helping others, with an understanding that each individual has different levels and types of support needs.
- Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector, particularly around multiple and complex needs
- Ability to show empathy and compassion to our residents, and different challenges they face
- Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
- Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents

Community Organising
Through our theory of social change, called community organising, we train thousands of everyday people to lead change in their communities, equipping them with the skills to hold politicians and other powerholders to account. We are made up of 500+ member organisations in powerful alliances throughout the UK. Our members include schools, universities, faith groups, parents’ groups, health practices, charities, trade unions and other civil society organisations.
Purpose
The principal responsibility of an Associate Organiser is their own development: learning the craft of Community Organising under the guidance of an experienced Community Organiser. They work intensively with a small number of member organisations under close supervision, growing their experience, skill and responsibility incrementally. An Associate Organiser is working towards becoming a competent practitioner of the craft of broad-based community organising methodology, and focuses on the building of relational power, the recruitment and retention of dues-paying institutions, the development of leaders, the strengthening of member institutions, leader-led public actions, and the winning of systemic change.
This role is particularly to organise around the issue of low pay and precarious work and participate in Citizens UK’s flagship campaign, the Living Wage Campaign. We need someone who can speak Spanish as well as English, as south London’s Latin American communities are leading the work in South London. There is scope to involve leaders in campaigns around housing, health and migrants' rights, as we recognise that people affected by low pay are very often determined to take action on wider issues beyond work. The purpose of the role is to develop leadership, especially grassroots leadership, workers from London’s lowest paid sectors, that can power the campaign. Crucially the Associate Organiser will work with colleagues in South London Citizens to build and execute a strategy that develops powerful leaders for South London Citizens and wins the Living Wage, Living Hours and other material gains for thousands of workers across the capital.
Main Responsibilities
Working as an Associate Organiser in South London for Citizens UK, reporting to the Lead Organiser, South West, SLC, your main responsibilities will include:

About the Role
Responsibilities of the role comprise:
Campaign planning
- Lead the delivery of an ambitious and creative media and campaign strategy to bring about an improved recognition of the value and impact of youth work.
- Lead on other campaign strategy and planning, utilising a range of campaign tactics integrating media, digital media and other campaign tactics, working closely with other members of the Comms team and across Directorates.

Job Purpose
To manage and develop the home from hospital settle service in the hospitals that you are responsible for, to support timely and successful patient discharges from hospital and prevent re-admissions. You will work in collaboration with hospital teams and community teams to lead and manage your team to support the smooth transition from hospital to home for service users. The service works with people for time limited support (usually up to 6 weeks) to adjust and settle back in their homes, and to prevent readmission into hospital.
Key Tasks
- Work in partnership with the hospitals and other health and social care professionals to coordinate safe and timely discharges for referred clients. This involves attending meetings with hospital personnel including Discharge Co-ordinators and Ward Managers to discuss discharges and plan who and how individuals will be supported as appropriate.
- Manage a team working across two hospitals and ensuring the service is available between the contracted hours.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies providing support services.
- Conduct initial assessments of people referred to the services as necessary.
- Plan and develop person centred interventions to provide short term support for people after hospital discharge.
- Work with GPs as appropriate in identifying and supporting patients to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.
- Work with people with a range of needs, dealing with issues ranging from social isolation and keeping people engaged in their community, to preventing unnecessary admission to hospital.
- Support the hospitals with delayed transfer of care (DTOC).
- Coordinate and monitor the caseload of referrals allocated to team members to ensure a fair and manageable distribution of work.
- Rota planning to ensure staff flexibility and availability, enabling planned rosters that best suit both hospital and patient needs.
- Develop your team which includes; supervision, appraisal, planning of continued professional development opportunities and training needs.
- Conduct regular management audits to ensure a consistent way of working and identify development and training needs in the team or individual.
- Develop and deliver a flexible service that can respond to peaks and troughs in demand.

Support Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service based in Flyde Coast.
Position: S11292 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Fylde Coast. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Salary: Circa £16,461 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week hours per week
Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2026. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2028

The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, you will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
- Provide personalised information, advice and support.
- Supporting stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
- Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference in the lives of people affected by stroke.
About You
You will have experience in:
- Experience/background in a caring profession, ideally supporting people with disabilities
- Excellent IT skills and an ability to maintain accurate records.
- An affinity with the values of the Stroke Association.
- A flexible approach and an ability to effectively manage a caseload.
This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role

Job Title: Floating Support Coordinator
Location: Luton based within the office with travel as required
Salary: £24,500 (Annual equivalent)
