The Individual Giving Officer will be responsible for raising unrestricted income from individuals by planning and executing the day-to-day campaigns to recruit, engage and retain supporters. This role is critical to income generation for their Big Issue Changing Lives Community Interest Company, which funds their frontline services that support individuals to improve their lives and earn an income from selling the Big Issue magazine or find sustainable employment through their recruitment service, Big Issue Recruit.
To be a successful candidate, you will have demonstrable experience of income generation from direct marketing campaigns (acquisition and/or retention) across a variety of offline and digital channels for acquisition and retention. About this role
The Digital Acquisition Officer is a key member of the Mass Engagement team and part of the wider Development team. The Mass Engagement team exists to raise awareness of Reprieve’s work, shift public opinion and to inspire support. Your role will be to engage members of the public, grow the Reprieve’s community and help establish our supporter base.
It is an exciting time for our team, as we launch their first mass engagement strategy to promote the long-term growth of the programme. Digital fundraising boomed between 2020 and 2021 but has faced challenges in 2022 and 2023. The Senior Grants Officer (Business Development) will join ClientEarth’s thriving and growing Business Development team. - Business Development and Income generation - Draft clear and compelling written fundraising materials including cases for support, funding proposals, and concept notes;

About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to head up development of key partnerships and income streams that will ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and able to deliver our impact at scale. You will be responsible for the assessment of, and managing relationships with, all major new partners. You will be accountable for delivering on an ambitious income generation strategy, and for monitoring and effectively reporting our impact. You will ensure that our impact and the importance of our work is effectively communicated to potential new partners, working closely with the Head of Communications and supported by the Marketing Manager. You will work alongside the Chief Executive and the Head of Finance to develop annual plans and budgets and work closely with the Director of Transformation and School Engagement Manager to ensure projects are secured, fully funded and financially sustainable.

Key responsibilities:
● Developing a comprehensive income generation and marketing strategy that supports the delivery of the charity’s objectives and activities

Role Overview:
The purpose of the Executive Director roles within Depaul is to ensure that the organisation’s vision, mission and values are delivered through a strategic, shared approach by the Trustee Board, Executive Team and wider workforce.

We are looking for two Development Managers to join our Development team focusing on Individual Giving and Trust and Foundation Fundraising.
The Development Manager (Individual Giving) will manage the strategic development of Individual Giving, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area.
