We are looking for a confident, organised and relationship-focused fundraiser. You will have strong hands-on experience of managing and growing Patrons, Friends, membership or similar supporter programmes, alongside the energy and creativity needed to shape the next phase of Individual Giving at the Foundling Museum.
The role will suit someone already taking significant responsibility for recruitment, renewals, stewardship and income growth, who is ready to broaden their skills in Individual Giving and wider fundraising. You will strengthen donor pipelines, identifying supporters with the potential to deepen their engagement.

Salary: £43,000
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a portfolio spanning individual giving, in-memory fundraising, lottery and legacy giving. Managing a small team, the successful candidate will develop supporter journeys, deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns, and use data and insight to drive sustainable income growth.
They are looking for an experienced individual giving professional with a strong track record of delivering fundraising growth, developing supporter relationships, and leading successful direct marketing campaigns. Previous team management experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is passionate about building meaningful supporter relationships that make a lasting impact.

The Job
USPG are looking for an experienced fundraising and marketing professional to take ownership of our individual giving strategy and deliver it to achieve our objectives. The Individual Giving Manager will develop, market and evaluate fundraising appeals, products and campaigns to individual supporters and churches in order to grow our supporter base and voluntary income.
