About the role
As Senior Business Analyst you will help Crisis transform its supporter experience by supporting the delivery of our data workstream enabling our transition to a new Modern Data Platform alongside our migration to Microsoft Dynamics.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working with data, mapping out data flows and processes. You’ll have working knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses as well as a good understanding of data governance and policies. You’ll have excellent communication skills and able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to fully understand and document requirements. You’ll have the ability to work quickly efficiently and methodically. You’ll be a team player confident in bringing your expertise to the wider project team. Ideally, you’ll have the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or a comparable qualification or experience.
You may have experience in; Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Business Data Analyst.

This role, working with CRM support colleagues, will be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance needs for the new Salesforce Lightning CRM and other related applications as they are launched. They will work closely with system users to efficiently resolve tickets received to the helpdesk and proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues to provide root cause.

About the role
In this role you'll be a vital member of a highly talented, customer focused and enthusiastic helpdesk team who act as the first point-of-contact for end users.
A service desk expert you'll take pride in resolving almost all issues as they arise. With a high percentage of customers supporting our work in Retail, you’ll participate in a weekend cover rota, allowing service to our shops and stores to be delivered. Working hours needed to deliver these services are 35 hours/week – staggered in accordance with the support rota.
Working arrangements
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least three days per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you
With a proven track record in delivering first-class service desk support, having working in the SD environment previously, you'll have excellent customer service and communication skills, being used to working in a busy service desk team. You'll also have excellent telephone and customer handling skills to back up your technical and fault diagnosis experience.
You’ll have strong troubleshooting skills, keeping the Customer informed of progress against their respective issues, ensuring an effective follow-up to ensure all service has been delivered and completed to the Customer's satisfaction.
With good knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10 and above), you’ll also have knowledge of LAN/WAN networking essentials and extensive experience of MS Office suite of Applications (2010 and above). You’ll have previous experience with administration of Users within Active Directory and Remote Support Tools (i.e. VNC, RDP etc.).
You'll have good knowledge of ticket and case management techniques, able to manage your own queues and workload to meet demand. You’ll be able to remain calm and focused, and will have strong organisational skills, able to use prioritisation and escalation techniques, and able to develop strong working relationships with the team and contacts across the organisation.

Age UK's Digital & Technology division is recruiting for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Delivery team!
The Service Desk is embarking on an exciting time as we look to create lots of new processes, procedures and working practices. The Service Desk will become the Single Point of Contact for all IT related incidents and requests.
As Junior Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of a small and dedicated team triaging, logging, assigning, and resolving Incidents and Requests for our Charity staff and volunteers in both of our business and retail areas. You will also provide regular in-person support to colleagues based in our London office. Full training will be provided, and this opportunity provides a good platform for someone to commence a career in IT.
With strong attention to detail, you'll be tasked with administrative activities associated with the Service Desk - including reports, account management, moves, adds, deletes and changes. You'll also have accountability for ticket logging and allocation within the ITSM tool, setting an example on ticket quality.
This role offers hybrid working, where you'll spend 4 days a week on-site in our London office and 1 day working from home. Our London office is near Tower Hill (EC3N 2LB). The charity does not cover travel costs to the London office.

As this role is focused on face to face customer support and the support of our London office meeting rooms, it means that you will need to be onsite 4 days of the week, 1 day can be worked from home.
The Service Desk Team's core hours are 8am to 7pm, and is managed on a rota based system.

Your new role
They are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is for a period of 6 months, but may extend. They offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office per week, 2 days from home. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Regular reviews of budget vs actual performance, identifying variances
- Prepare regular monthly financial reports and KPIs, conducting regular reviews with budget holders
- Monthly and quarterly prepayments, accruals and control account reconciliations
- Engage with budget holders to prepare submissions for annual budget and periodic forecasting submissions
- Analyse forecasts and budgets to prepare commentaries on key variances and emerging trends
- Identify errors and omissions in submissions
- Ownership of salary and headcount forecasting, budgeting and monitoring for all departments
- Maintain and improve models, supporting annual pricing and related analysis
- Assist with year-end audit preparation, providing necessary documentation
- Ensuring all year-end reconciliations and adjustments for relevant control accounts are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Supporting internal and external auditors and providing accurate and timely financial information
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, maintaining strong financial controls
- Be proactive in seeking continuous improvement and implement relevant audit recommendations
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues across the finance team and wider organisation
- Engage with colleagues across the organisation, both inside and outside finance, responding promptly to queries
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need previous experience of management accounting and financial analysis. Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling are also key. If you were studying for a financial qualification, this would also be an advantage.

About the role
You will lead and manage projects that support on the development and delivery of a pipeline of insightful Musculoskeletal (MSK) and health data analysis and quantitative research, to better understand the UK population with MSK conditions and to inform the direction of our ambitions, strategy, policy and services work. This includes obtaining, analysing, publishing and presenting MSK epidemiological and health data, and working with others to influence improved quality, coverage and use of MSK health data.
About you

- Demonstrate sound knowledge of epidemiological research methods and health metrics (such as incidence and prevalence)
- Strong experience using of statistical software e.g. R, Stata, SPSS
