About the role:

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Coordinator to support our care teams in delivering a high-quality family support service in the region, working with families and professionals to ensure the families we support have access to the services they need.

Reporting to the Family Support Manager and working in partnership with health, education, and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for sourcing practical goods and services in the region, applying for grants and benefits, as well as working with other charities or community providers to obtain goods, equipment or funds for families that Rainbow Trust do not provide directly.

Having worked in a stressful or emotionally-demanding environment with an understanding of the complexities of working with children and families, you will have a genuine interest in building supportive relationships and strong networks with other organisation to provide meaningful assistance to the families we support.

· Professional experience of working in an administrative or coordinator role - applications will be particularly welcome from those who have provided services in a health, social care, youth or education setting within a charity environment.

This multi-faceted role will see our successful candidate assess referred clients, with reference to St Giles Trust assessment practices, and then produce support and risk management plans based on these assessments, ensuring you promote inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process.

• The ability to use and develop monitoring systems to record all aspects of the project.

• Experience of engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs, people who are reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused.

• Excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Main Purpose of the Post

To lead the strategic planning, development, and delivery of Learning through Landscapes’ (LtL) communications and marketing activities. This role will ensure effective communication with key audiences, grow engagement, and strengthen the LtL brand, positioning the organisation as the leading voice in outdoor learning and play. The Strategic Communications Lead will oversee all communications activities, manage a growing team including the Digital Marketing & Operations Manager, and ensure alignment with organisational goals and the communications strategy.

Specific Duties

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the development and implementation of the LtL communications strategy in line with organisational objectives.

• Align communication efforts with the key goals of growing audience engagement, generating leads, and enhancing the charity’s visibility and credibility.

• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications adhere to LtL’s brand guidelines and key messaging.

Team Management

• Line-manage the growing Communications team, including the Digital Marketing & Operations Manager, providing guidance, support, and oversight of their responsibilities, including social media, website, and email marketing activities.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the communications team, and work closely with other departments to align communications with organisational priorities.

• Provide regular performance reviews and professional development opportunities for direct reports.

Campaigns and Content Development

• Plan and oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for digital and traditional media platforms, ensuring alignment with key messaging.

• Work with the Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to deliver multichannel marketing campaigns, including organic and paid campaigns across platforms such as social media, Google Ads, and email.

• Lead on the development of innovative approaches to audience engagement, including storytelling, case studies, and evidence-led communications.

• Lead the delivery of the Outdoor Classroom Day campaign, including coordinating media interest, collaborating with global NGOs and internal teams on campaign themes, and managing data collection, evaluation, and related communications.

External and Internal Communications

• Serve as the first point of media contact for LtL, building relationships with journalists, influencers, and partners to amplify LtL’s reach.

• Advise and support internal teams on communication best practices, integrating communications planning into the early stages of project development.

• Collaborate with partner organisations to deliver cohesive and impactful communications plans for joint projects.

• Strengthen internal communication processes to ensure organisational cohesion and awareness of communications initiatives.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Improve systems for measuring and reporting communications impact, including audience engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

• Provide regular reports to senior management, using data to demonstrate progress and inform future strategies.

• Conduct ongoing analysis of audience behaviours and preferences to refine communication efforts.

General Responsibilities

• Stay informed on trends in digital marketing, communications, and education to keep LtL’s approaches current and impactful.

• Support organisational goals by contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• Ensure all communications comply with GDPR and safeguarding policies.

• Represent LtL at relevant external events and networks as needed.

What you’ll need:

• Experience of leading communications or marketing at a strategic level, preferably in the charitable or education sectors

• Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel communications strategies that grow engagement and support organisational goals

• Experience of managing staff, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional development within a communications team

• Strong track record in campaign planning and delivery, including digital marketing, content creation, and media engagement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling

• Computer literate with experience using digital marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing systems, social media scheduling tools, and content management systems

• Strong understanding of branding and the importance of consistent messaging

• Confident using data to evaluate performance and inform strategy

• Proactive, organised, and able to work flexibly across multiple priorities

• Knowledge of GDPR compliance and safeguarding in a communications context

All advice will be based on a thorough understanding and assessment of risk and its management.

The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:

• To provide support and advocacy services to clients experiencing domestic abuse
• To ensure direct contact is made with the client within a specified time of an incident being reported to the police and to carry out a risk assessment.
• To ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
• To maintain and enhance service delivery standards and effectiveness.
• To support the team with case management and volume of referrals to ensure a short waiting time and referrals are contacted promptly and assessed appropriately.
• To collate and obtain feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service.

As Director of Partnerships and Growth, you’ll be the driving force behind the eoa’s external influence and reach. you’ll lead our advocacy and external affairs strategy, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver powerful events programmes that accelerate adoption of Great EO. You’ll lead on policy, advocacy, external affairs and events—crafting compelling narratives, building powerful partnerships, and delivering programmes that drive commercial sustainability and sector-wide change.

This role is remote, however regular travel to our HQ in Brough and across the UK is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external affairs, collaborating with stakeholders to shape policy, advocacy and best practice that removes barriers and expands EO.
• Establish relationships and secure commercial partnerships and sponsorships, generating revenue to support advocacy, events, and sector growth initiatives.
• Engage key stakeholders to co-produce content that positively influence EO practice and policy and amplify the eoa’s voice in public affairs.
• Oversee delivery of an effective content strategy that delivers our commercial objectives and positions the eoa as the leading EO authority.
• Oversee events programmes, ensuring they drive knowledge-sharing, sector development, and commercial sustainability.
• Represent the eoa at industry forums, policy roundtables, and public affairs events, championing the employee ownership model.
• Collaborate with the Director of Membership & Operations to align advocacy efforts with member needs and engagement.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering innovation and delivering measurable impact across advocacy, policy, event activities.

Success in this role means having a positive impact on the growth rate, influence and adoption of great EO across the employee ownership sector. Strengthening and expanding stakeholder relationships, driving advocacy impact and securing commercial sustainability through a diverse mix of sponsorships, partnerships will also be indicators of success.

We are seeking a home-based Communications Officer to join RSPB Scotland's communications team.

You'll have an interest in or passion for nature and the outstanding communications skills, knowledge and the experience we need to tell inspiring stories of the conservation projects, our network of nature reserves and our colleagues that are striving to help protect and restore nature across Scotland.

What's the role about?

You'll be part of a dynamic team working across Scotland to unearth and tell great stories from colleagues that inspire key audiences about RSPB Scotland’s nature conservation work.

The role is diverse and busy, working on the roll out of RSPB-wide campaigns like Big Garden Birdwatch, managing and creating content for social media platforms, responding to press enquiries and building relationships with colleagues working in different areas of Scotland to bring their work to life in print, blogs, film and more.

The role will occasionally include opportunities to travel across Scotland, including overnight trips and out-of-hours work with Time Off in Lieu provided. Applicants need to be based in Scotland.

The role will demand:

• Building relationships with teams across Scotland, developing understanding of their work, stories and communications needs.
• Working with the wider communications and marketing team to support effective communications planning and delivery in line with country and organisational priorities.
• Day-to-day management of social media channels and communications enquiries with support from the wider team.
• Maintaining relationships with press and media to maximise coverage of communications priorities.
• Producing a monthly e-newsletter for supporters.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

About the Role

The Lead Lawyer - Africa Death Penalty Team is responsible for coordinating Reprieve’s litigation and advocacy in Sub-Saharan Africa. At the moment, the team works on death penalty casework and abolition advocacy in Malawi, Tanzania, and Kenya. 

Our casework includes work on appeals to the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal in the context of historic denials of a right to appeal and related contextual challenges; large-scale projects, such as the Kenya resentencing project, wherein we support stakeholders to ensure 5,000+ people are able to access a chance at reducing their sentence from death via a new sentence hearing, as well as supporting on individual strategic resentencing cases; and long-term regional projects, such as our strategic litigation before the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, which challenges the mandatory death penalty, torture, and other associated violations of the African Charter. Length and Salary

This is a full-time role, on a one-year fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend, subject to funding. The annual salary is £52,088 per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance. 

This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work two days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Applicants must have the current right to work in the UK, which will be checked prior to interview.

Your presence is important during core office hours, whether remotely or in the office. You will also be available outside of office hours in the event of an emergency, for example case developments that require urgent action. We are seeking an experienced BACP accredited Counsellor to join our friendly counselling team at the UK’s leading support charity for people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD). You will provide professional psychological support to adults through a series of regular counselling sessions to help bring about effective change and improve client wellbeing.

Based remotely, or working in our office in Alton Hampshire, you will deliver sessions by telephone or online, working with clients facing challenging issues. We'll provide training to develop your knowledge of the impact of kidney disease as well as CPD opportunities, regular internal case reviews and shared learning sessions
