Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in Enfield, working 35 hours per week. The service has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.
You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led. You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

About the role:
The postholder will support the delivery of a specialist domestic abuse (DA) project in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) in the London borough of Brent. The role aims to raise awareness and promote best practice in responding to domestic abuse across CLCH staff, improving support for patients impacted by domestic abuse. This will involve delivering training, workshops, and guidance to health professionals, providing consultancy on embedding DA response pathways, and helping CLCH navigate referrals to local domestic abuse support agencies. The role combines professional training, advocacy, and systems change to strengthen the health sector’s response to domestic abuse. The postholder will work across the Brent borough, attending community hubs and co-locating to deliver services when needed.
The postholder may be approached by staff seeking advice or consultation regarding male victims of domestic abuse. While the role’s primary focus remains on supporting women, the postholder will be open to supporting male victims through appropriate signposting and referral guidance. They will also be willing to undertake relevant training (e.g. Respect toolkit) to ensure inclusive and informed responses. Training will be provided.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You:
To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Advisor & Trainer you will need the below experience and skills:
- A thorough understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and promoting engaging training and learning sessions on domestic abuse, tailored to professionals and stakeholders across a variety of settings.
- Experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders as well as experience of working within in multi-agency environment.
- Ability to provide consultancy and guidance to multidisciplinary teams on domestic abuse-related issues, offering informed advice and support.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse professionals and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Content creation – identify and gather beneficiary stories and create compelling content for Variety’s communication channels

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hestia at a pivotal point in its fundraising journey. Over the past five years, Hestia has developed a successful and growing fundraising programme, which includes support from charitable trusts and foundations, statutory grant makers, corporate partners, individual givers, and high-value donors. The Philanthropy Manager will play a key role in shaping and developing Hestia's philanthropy programme, with a focus on individual giving, legacies, and major donor relationships. This role offers the chance to significantly grow the programme's reach and impact.
As Philanthropy Manager, you will be a confident and strategic relationship manager with the ability to engage, inspire, and steward a portfolio of major donors and prospects. Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, you will deliver personalised stewardship plans, craft compelling proposals, and manage a pipeline of four, five, and six-figure gifts. You will also line manage the Senior Supporter Care and Finance Coordinator, contributing to a high-performing and motivated team. This role is ideal for a proactive fundraiser who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of people affected by domestic abuse, modern slavery, and mental health challenges.

Here's what the team will be looking for:
The ideal candidate will be highly literate and numerate, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will bring proven experience in building and managing relationships with high-value donors, successfully stewarding individuals to secure five- and six-figure gifts. They will have a strong track record in developing and delivering individual giving and donor stewardship campaigns, as well as managing complex, cross-team projects and leading people, whether through formal line management or working with volunteers.
The candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. They will have strong digital skills, including confident use of CRM and email marketing systems, along with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. With a creative and innovative approach to fundraising, they will also have a solid understanding of data protection legislation (GDPR) and safeguarding principles. Importantly, they will demonstrate empathy and alignment with Hestia's mission, supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse, modern slavery, and mental health challenges.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Adults Peer Support Worker to join our busy Peer Support team. You will have your own lived experience of mental health issues and be able to use this experience as well as your professional skills and knowledge to support others.
RB Mind has run effective peer-led services for many years. The role will be supported by RB Mind Senior Peer Support Workers, and the Peer Support Coordinator in South West London St George’s Mental Health Trust (SWLStG). With the expansion of our work in this area we aim to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions from youth to adult services. We offer holistic and personalised care and support to service users.
The role has its own caseload and provides a range of support and person-centred interventions to meet these needs, which could include group support, one-to-one interventions and signposting where specialist advice is needed.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about motivating and coaching individuals with mental health issues, and able to support people on their journey to recovery.
