As our Training Coordinator you predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers and Support Officer in the effective planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training to meet the strategic objectives. You will work directly with young people and their families, schools, colleagues, partner organisations and professionals, delivering accredited training across the UK.

The person
You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families. You will have a friendly and professional approach to working with families and professionals and be highly organised to manage planning, delivery and relevant paperwork for all wheelchair skills services. Skills and knowledge
• Understanding and familiarity of good practice and law around child protection, disability discrimination and equal opportunities legislation, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection.
• The ability to teach and demonstrate wheelchair skills, using a wheelchair.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to motivate children and young people of all ages.
• The ability to deliver training using coaching/teaching skills.
Experience
• Experience of working directly with disabled children, young people and their families.
• Lived experience of being a wheelchair user and/or experience of delivering wheelchair skills training is preferable.
• Demonstratable experience of delivering training, teaching or coaching.
• Youth work experience.
• Experience of risk management procedures.

Job Title: Partnership Development Manager
Salary: £34,500.

The latest research suggesting that the number of children and young people at risk of hunger has rocketed to three million means that one in five children don't have enough to eat.
When a child is too hungry to learn, when they’re aching for something to eat, they can’t concentrate. They can’t absorb information. Big feelings and worries can be impossible to control. They fall behind in their studies.
Magic Breakfast provide a nutritious and filling breakfast to over 200,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target the children most in need without barrier or stigma.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building a pipeline that reflects Magic Breakfast’s restricted and unrestricted funding needs, including Gift in Kind requirements, working with the Partnership Research Executive to research and identify prospects with potential.
- Making use of multiple tactics to secure meetings with prospects including, for example, cold calling, emailing, running events, event networking and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Ensuring that risk-screening and due diligence processes have been completed in line with Magic Breakfast’s Ethical Fundraising and Due Diligence policies.
- Understanding each prospect’s strategic interests through meetings, discussions and research and defining the mutual advantage in partnership.

The Head of Scotland and Northern Ireland is responsible for leading our vision to end the need for food banks in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We are seeking a highly experienced Trusts and Foundations fundraising consultant to spearhead the Trusts programme at Dreams Come True. As an excellent communicator, influencer, and relationship builder, you will have a proven track record of successful fundraising in this area: ideally securing between 6 and 7-figure gifts.
The successful individual must clearly understand what is meant by a strong brand / charity proposition and have clear evidence of creating and delivering compelling cases for support, with strong examples of this resulting in successful grants to the value of £50-£100k.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to cover parental leave.
The successful candidate will have accountability for several key areas of operational delivery of BITC’s programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. This role will ensure the high quality and consistency of performance through these aspects of operational delivery and development, working closely with businesses, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, delivering programmes and contractual obligations across their patch. The post holder will lead on driving programme/contractual performance (both KPI’s and financial) motivating and inspiring the team. The salary level for this role reflects the contractual location and the programme funding. The salary range is £33,120 to 41,000 per annum (regional) and £36,225 to £44,000 London office based.
The role is full-time - 35 hours per week.
