The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (the Trust) is looking for a part-time, 28 hours per week, Marketing Communications Manager.

Position: Property Manager & Estate Administrator

About the role:
As Property Manager & Estate Administrator you will help the Trust uphold the highest standards of property management. Reporting directly to the Head of Estate Management, you will oversee the management of half of the Trust's direct let residential property portfolio of around 160 homes. This important role ensures operational efficiency within the portfolio, fostering positive tenant relationships, while contributing directly to the Trust's charitable work.
Your responsibilities will span both operational delivery and administrative support, ensuring estates run smoothly, remain compliant, and continue to deliver high-quality living standards for tenants.
Working closely with both the Property and Finance teams, you will:
- Conduct annual residential property inspections and rent reviews
- Ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements, including EICRs, gas safety checks, and EPCs
- Manage tenant communications, debt levels, and minimise void periods
- Coordinate planned and emergency repairs and maintenance within budget
- Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements and manage deposit processes
- Maintain accurate property and compliance records using our property management system
- Draft essential documents and liaise with solicitors where needed
- Gather and record property data such as meter readings and council tax details
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and support accurate financial reporting
- Use mapping tools such as Pear GIS to create property plans

- Work with the District Secretary and Treasurer to prepare annual accounts for the District, including liaising with the auditors and helping to draft the Trustees’ Annual Report, particularly with regard to accounting practice and policies.
- Support the District Secretary as needed to ensure compliance with the Methodist Church and Charity Commission requirements, including supplying the information for HMRC P11D forms.
Payroll
- Ensure District employees’ and ministers’ payroll information is correct and liaise with the central Methodist payroll bureau so that staff are paid on time.
Administration of Bank Accounts
- Monitor cash flow and administer transfers between bank accounts.
- Set up approved payments in online banking and liaise with signatories to authorise these for payment.
- Liaise with the Treasurer and/or District Secretary on transactions with the Central Finance Board and Trustees for Methodist Church Purposes, preparing paperwork to facilitate drawdown of funds.
- Administer changes to banking mandates.
- Administer changes to Direct Debits and Standing Order instructions.
Receipts and Payments/Book-keeping
- Check invoices and expenses claims for accuracy, before sending to authorised persons for approval.
- Record all bank transactions for all bank accounts on a monthly basis.
- Produce monthly fund summaries, with detailed analyses.
- Provide monthly ‘sub-accounts’, where required, for specific projects
Other key tasks
- Manage the District’s Financial Record systems, including archiving information as necessary

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. Job Description
The Healthcare Partnerships Lead will be responsible for the delivery of our Healthcare Engagement Strategy, through the development and delivery of projects and activities which embrace collaboration, raise the profile and credibility of both the Overcoming MS charity and Program, and extend supported self- management of MS within the health and social sector. We want to be the go-to charity for lifestyle and living well with MS and to demonstrate the added value we bring through education, resources, community and partnership working.
The past 12 months have seen the laying of a strong foundation for both increasing credibility and collaboration. This has included identifying barriers to supporting self-management in MS, developing education, piloting projects and resources to overcome some of those barriers in partnership with healthcare professionals. Honing datasets and presenting these meaningfully, has added credibility and demonstrated value. We want to see that foundation built on further, and shared more widely, taken forward by the new Healthcare Partnerships Lead.
Key Responsibilities
· The successful delivery of the Healthcare Engagement Strategy, identifying and prioritising engagement with our key audiences and stakeholders.
· Working closely with both our Medical Advisor, Information and Research Manager (new role) and with the existing HCP Advisory Group and wider engaged healthcare partners, to facilitate the development of the relationship, profile and reach between the charity and the health and social care sectors. Around information sharing, service design, and understanding of the role of lifestyle in holistic management of MS.
· Identifying and attending key healthcare events and conferences, building networks, partnerships and other resources to increase knowledge and awareness of how the charity and Overcoming MS Program, benefits people with MS and maximise opportunities for signposting.
· Building frameworks for data gathering and evaluation to effectively review benefit of collaborative interventions and report outcomes widely and meaningfully, in partnership with the Information and Research Manager.
· Maintaining understanding of policy and priorities of healthcare agencies to ensure mutual or aligned priorities from both, in addition to people living with MS, are all factors taken into consideration when developing plans and pathways.
· Identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership working through engagement with HCP professionals and organisations.
· Lead on healthcare education through our existing partnership with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, marketing the education widely, evaluating its benefit to HCPs and strategically reviewing the format, vehicle and content as appropriate.
· Providing clear, responsive and consistent educational content around the importance of lifestyle choices and behaviours to healthcare professionals based on the current evidence-base and the Overcoming MS Program, working closely with the Information & Research Manager to ensure up-to-date and validated content.
Other Responsibilities
· Creating meaningful engagement with the MS community and healthcare professional partners, widening our reach to support more people with MS.
· Mapping local assets and services to target and test appropriate resources and support to MS clinics, to help HCPs share information and support their patients to self-manage, tracking success.
· Empowering people affected by MS and their healthcare professionals to discuss lifestyle modification and the Overcoming MS Program with confidence, improving self-management and health outcomes.
· Engaging new HCP audiences, reducing barriers and perceptions of lifestyle modification in the treatment of MS.
· Leading on the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of key programmes, considering key insight, collecting and analysing data to measure impact against project and charity targets.
· Supporting the delivery of key products, services and events both in person and online that reach multiple audiences and budgeting accordingly.
· Identifying opportunities for accessing funding streams, working with Fundraising colleagues to diversify our income base.
· Raising our profile within the healthcare environment so that they recommend the charity and will advocate on our behalf.
· As we are a small, busy charity, all staff help with the general running of the organisation in addition to their specific role activities.
About you
Education or experience in a related field e.g. healthcare management, public health, you’ll have a strong understanding of the NHS, Public Health and the UK health care policy landscape. Knowledge of the global health care landscape would be an advantage but not essential.
You’ll have previous experience as a senior healthcare lead or similar role for example within the NHS or similar medical field or will have experience leading community or public health related engagement programmes.
With excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, including working with stakeholders at very senior and professional levels, you’ll have strategic analytical skills, able to frame problems and solutions in a logical fashion and demonstrate a high degree of empathy and compassion for health-related issues.
You’ll have intellectual flexibility, able to embrace and deal with ambiguity, complexity and to be open to creativity in leading and bringing about effective change.
You are comfortable working remotely and attending events during evenings and weekends, with a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

The role
As Marketing Officer, you will play an important role in helping ReMind UK to realise its vision by overseeing marketing for ReMind UK. You will line manage a Content Executive and together you will design, produce and disseminate materials and communications to raise the profile of the organisation and its work, and in turn raise funding to enable ReMind UK to continue its vital research and support for people affected by dementia.
You will plan and deliver an annual calendar of social posts and adverts, emails, marketing and PR activities including digital and print through organic and paid for media, and working with local organisations and groups. As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. About the opportunity
As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll step into an important leadership role within our Technology Directorate. You'll guide a team of Business Analysts and influence how we deliver impactful change across the Society. You’ll lead the development of our business analysis practices and play a central role in delivering our IT Roadmap. As well as supporting high-profile projects that directly benefit people affected by dementia.
This is a highly collaborative role, working across IT, Data, Digital and other teams. You will ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions. You’ll have the chance to shape how we approach change, build relationships across the organisation, and mentor others to deliver their best work.

About you
You’re a skilled and capable Senior Business Analyst with a strong foundation in business analysis and a passion for driving positive change. You guide with clarity, connect effectively, and enjoy working across technical and non-technical teams to deliver results.
You’ll have:
- Experience guiding business analysts in a delivery-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, including BABOK, Agile, PRINCE2, and software selection processes.
- Proven ability to gather, interpret and document complex user requirements clearly and effectively.
- A successful track record of delivering high-profile, complex technology projects in a matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, including engaging senior leaders.
- Aptitude in Microsoft Office and Visio, with a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach.
What you’ll focus on:
- Leading a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to support their development and delivery quality.
- Driving the adoption of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure consistent solutions across all user groups.
- Engaging stakeholders through workshops and meetings to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements in line with governance and security standards.
- Bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to maintain alignment and facilitate smooth delivery of change initiatives.
- Supporting the transition of changes into live environments, advising senior management on process updates, and advocating best practices in business analysis and change management.
- Collaborating on system improvements, integrations, and functional testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations.

Are you a forward-thinking Learning and Development Manager with experience of working for a charity? Would you like the opportunity to make a tangible difference for an amazing organisation over the next 12 months, on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).
Refuge believe that no one should live in fear of violence or abuse. As the country’s largest single provider of specialist domestic abuse services, they are a feminist organisation passionate about creating a safer, more equitable world for women and girls.
The purpose of the Interim People Development Manager role is to deliver high-impact learning and development services that help Refuge be a great place to work and support their strategic priorities. You will lead and motivate their small but high performing training team to roll out blended learning, accredited qualifications, leadership development, and a brand-new LMS. The Interim People Development Manager is a remote position with little need to attend their office in central London. The pro rata salary based on working 30 hours per week will be £42,400 + £2,400 London Weighting if you live in London or the home counties.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading and developing the Training & Learning team, delivering high-quality, customer-focused learning programmes including blended learning, onboarding, management development, and accredited training.
- Driving strategic learning initiatives by designing and implementing a training strategy, policies, and competency frameworks aligned with Refuge’s values and EDI principles.
- Collaborating across the organisation, providing expert coaching and guidance to managers, supporting local team development, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
- Overseeing learning systems, including the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS), managing training requests, e-learning delivery, and robust evaluation and reporting.
- Ensuring all training complies with Refuge’s policies and safeguarding commitments, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Managing training budgets and partnerships effectively, contributing to organisational development and supporting the wider People & Culture team as needed.

OUTLINE OF THE ROLE
Work with the Trustees to devise and lead new fundraising initiatives that fulfil the objectives of the Trust's Fundraising Strategy and annual income budget, with particular focus on regular giving across all alumni, gifts from high-net-worth individuals, and legacies. This will involve:
• Developing and delivering improved communications to build a stronger connected donor network.
• Locating, engaging and retaining alumni to support and promote the Trust, focused on ensuring their long-term impact on the Trust and its beneficiaries.
• Work with the Trustees/Trust Fundraising Committee to devise and implement new fundraising initiatives.
• Work with the Trustees/Trust Fundraising Committee to identify and engage new volunteers to support the Trust's activities.
KEY TASKS
Work with the Trustees and Fundraising Committee to devise and implement the following:
• Improve communications
The Trust has a strong, growing, and engaged network of loyal alumni who already support the Trust's beneficiaries through fundraising and volunteering. However, the Trust's communications need to be improved in order to increase the numbers of donors who provide sustained financial support and inspire all donors to raise their level of donations. Continually find opportunities to engage new donors and ensure clear consistent messaging.
• Manage and maintain donor data
The Trust needs to maintain a full and accurate database of all donors and fundraising activities to support long-term tracking and inform future fundraising. This also requires networking among alumni and being vigilant to changes in alumni data.
• Research and approach alumni whose connection with the Trust has lapsed
Continue to grow the active network through researching and motivating dormant and lapsed alumni to reconnect with the Trust.
• Research untapped prospects
Research the database with a view to identifying dormant and untapped opportunities, especially regarding
high-net-worth individuals and legacies. Ensure fundraising approaches are well-targeted and informed in order to maximise the chances of success. This will expand to include non-alumni sources, including institutional sources such as foundations and other trusts.
• Ensure long-term donor connection
Communicate with all donors to demonstrate the impact they can make by showcasing the current and long-term outcome of programs. Deliver a diverse selection of communications to engage different audiences, with a clear plan for all members of the network. Ensure donors are connected to the Trust, value the Trust's activities and actively help fund opportunities.
• Reporting to the Trustees
Create an annual donor impact report to the Trustees, and other stakeholders such as alumni, that delineates donor statistics, reviews communications and events that have taken place during the past year and identifies potential prospects and events for developing in the coming year. Also provide a lower-level oral report of fundraising activities and communications to the Trustees at their quarterly meetings.
• Deliver income growth target
Acquire enough new donations to meet agreed annual income growth targets set by the Trustees.
You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the charity and its overall objectives. For instance, organizing fund-raising specific events in different regions. This position could evolve into a full-time commitment with a support team, but at the present time, support to this role will be provided through the existing network of volunteers.
