We are looking for a Brand and Insight Manager to join our Marketing team.
Title: Brand and Insight Manager
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

We’re looking for a Brand and Insight Manager to join our Marketing team to shape and evolve the Anthony Nolan brand. You will champion excellence in how our brand is brought to life, creating compelling assets and practical guidelines that build awareness and inspire loyalty among our diverse audiences.
You will be a champion for the brand across the organisation, partnering with colleagues at every level to build understanding, strengthen consistency and embed best practice in everything we do. You will also contribute to brand evolution, tracking and strategic projects designed to increase awareness, trust and consideration, and deepen understanding of Anthony Nolan’s life-changing work.
You will play an important role in our audience insight programme, helping to gather meaningful insight and turn it into action. By sharing and championing these insights across the organisation, you’ll help teams make stronger, audience-led decisions.
To thrive in this role, you will be a confident relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills. Working with teams across the organisation, you’ll help grow awareness of Anthony Nolan, advocate for brand excellence and give colleagues the tools and guidance to bring our brand to life with confidence. You may also collaborate with external brand, media and creative agencies, supporting the Marketing team to deliver impactful activity aligned with our organisational goals.
You’ll be part of our wider Engagement division, bringing together Marketing, Communications and Register Development - a collaborative team focused on reaching and inspiring more people through Anthony Nolan’s work.

Finance, Planning and Analysis Manager – Maternity Cover (climate change focus orgaisation)

The Opportunity
Civitas Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an investor-led membership organisation working with the investment community to address climate-related financial risks and support progress towards a net zero and climate-resilient future.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance, Planning and Analysis Manager to join on a maternity cover contract and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, reporting and decision-making. The postholder will provide insight, develop forecasts, support budgeting, and work closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insight on business performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis and financial forecasting.
- Prepare and present clear financial reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead on grants management and reporting in collaboration with the Development team, including budget proposal support, grant expenditure analysis and donor reporting.
- Complete monthly grant expenditure allocations, highlight major variances and recommend remedial actions where appropriate.
- Support annual budgets, financial plans, long-term strategic planning, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis.
- Build strong relationships with Programme Directors and budget holders, helping them understand and take ownership of their numbers.
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with wider organisational objectives.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, reporting and donor/grant financial reporting.
- Strong Excel, modelling, finance systems and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, credible and practical insight for senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing or improving financial management processes, systems and reporting.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively in a busy environment, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Understanding of the not-for-profit sector is essential; previous sector finance experience and Xero knowledge would be advantageous.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with a Japanese cultural institution, on a full-time (35 hours per week), FTC (to March 2029) basis. As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business partnering activities across all legal entities.
Please note, there is hybrid working in place with this organisation with a minimum of 1 day per week required in their central London office.
As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will:
- Lead the annual budgeting process across all entities and departments, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and priorities
- Lead the production of management accounts, performance reports and financial dashboards for senior management, Board and Committees
- Act as a trusted finance partner to budget holders and operational managers
- Lead payroll, establishment and workforce analysis in partnership with HR and the Financial Controller
- Support evaluation of commercial performance across retail, hospitality, venue hire and other income-generating activities
The successful applicant will:
- Have significant demonstrable experience in finance, in a similar role, ideally within a cultural, arts, public sector or not-for-profit environment
- Be ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) fully qualified
- Have experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Have experience producing management accounts and performance reporting
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
