Age UK is currently recruiting for a motivated Salesforce Training & Adoption Manager to lead on the training and strategy of our Salesforce solution. In this role, you'll be working directly with our extensive Partner Network, supporting them to gain the most value out of the solution.

As Salesforce Training & Adoption Manager, you'll have a pro-active, strategic, and concise approach, with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Working as part of the Service and Business Improvement team, you'll develop a training strategy for our Salesforce solution, implement successful adoption strategies for our different Network Partners, and create self-service training materials to support our different users.

This is a hybrid opportunity, a blend of homebased and office working. The expectation is that you will attend our London office once a week. There will also be regular travel to our local network partners across the nation.

Conservation Collective (CC) funds solutions to protect the environment, restore nature, and safeguard against climate change. The CC UK charity incubates, launches, and supports locally focused foundations, which open new funding channels to support the most impactful environmental grassroots projects. Our network comprises 20 members based all over the world and is growing.

We manage and monitor our donor relations, grant giving governance, contacts, and event activities, via a bespoke and customised salesforce system. This was launched in September 2021, and has been developed and configured to meet our growing needs since then. As the demand for our model increases around the world, we need a highly capable systems specialist to support us to ensure our data systems are well managed, users are trained, and we can create accurate reports for our donors and other audiences. The role will report to the Finance Director and will work closely with the rest of the team. This is a critical role that is central to the success of building a robust organisation, and there is opportunity for an ambitious candidate to grow in responsibility with it.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee Salesforce System: maintenance, training, development, and reporting

 Maintenance

· Ensure key objects on Salesforce such as accounts, contacts, campaigns and grants are working effectively (ensure process flows work well).

· Maintain reliable records in all objects on Salesforce by eliminating duplicates monthly, processing user deletion requests and updating records for lists with up-to-date information on key stakeholders (e.g. trustees, contractors etc).

· Weekly data back-ups.

· Uploading ad-hoc batch data from Campaigns e.g. Just Giving or historical data into Opportunities.

· Ensure regular data cleaning to enhance the credibility and adoption of the system. Spot trends with issues and feedback into system development or training.

· Oversee data governance log: maintaining log of changes to review with the team, discussing effect on budget and system usage to inform decision making.

 Training and support

· Oversee user set ups, create new user profiles, and share best practices according to GDPR practices.

· Oversee smooth onboarding and training process for new members to ensure effective adoption.

· Keep training materials related to key objects updated, host internal webinars to address new feature introductions or common issues to troubleshoot.

· Promptly troubleshoot any user issues and feeding these into training to prevent it happening again.

· Respond to individual questions from users on Slack and share tips and tricks.

 Automations and Development

· Manage the integration of Form Assembly, ensuring all connectors work well and troubleshoot and update individual forms when needed.

· Support users with the building of individual Form Assembly forms, updating when needed (ad hoc) and embedding them in their websites.

· Perform developments such as creating new fields, updating picklist values, page layouts, forms, automation configuration, formula fields, and other content. Work with core team to assess where a development is foundation specific, and where it should be applied across all users.

· Act as key point of contact with our external Salesforce consultants on any requests of flow maintenance or improvements and monitoring effective use of credits and budgets.

 Reporting

· Build reports and dashboards for each key Object – spot trends and suggest improvements.

o Opportunities - pipeline and income reports for board meetings

o Grants - tracker and applications analysis, extraction of impact data for evaluation purposes

· Provide quarterly diagnoses of user adoption levels across the network.

· Work with exec director to prepare quarterly data for trustee meeting and annual reports.

Manage IT systems with the support of an outsourced consultant

 · Act as a key point of contact with our outsourced IT company, overseeing the creation of new users and managing the leavers’ processes.

• Ensure MS365 systems are working effectively for current users, and troubleshoot issues as a first point of contact before liaising with outsourced providers.

· Maintain an up to date ‘how to guide’ for our intranet, ensuring all users know how to use it and find what they need.

· Recommend Cyber Security improvements.

· Procure IT equipment for team with support of external consultant.

· Maintain an up-to-date list of active users, MS 365 licenses and Antivirus license protection.

· Oversee the IT budget by approving expenses on a regular basis.

· To manage website domains – purchasing new ones on request, performing updates or providing access to web designers.

We are a federation of over 170 organisations which provide just under 300 local lifesaving services to women and children across England. Purpose of the Senior Communications Officer role:   

As Senior Communications Officer, the successful candidate will be a creative, agile and impactful professional, who will play a pivotal role in shaping Women’s Aid’s communications campaigns, working closely with the Communications Manager and the Head of Media, Brand and Relationships. The successful candidate will take the lead on generating creative, engaging content and ideas for Women’s Aid communications – including major campaign moments and brand awareness. • To be the key communications officer representing the communications team, developing the key messaging of external campaigns, brand-building and communications for the organisation and developing public awareness of these.

If you are, we are seeking a Trusts & Foundations Officer to be an integral part of the Trusts and Foundations team where you will be responsible for submitting applications to Trusts & Foundations for our services in the UK.

You will be working to deliver our ambitious targets for trust and foundations income for 2024/25 and beyond. The post-holder will help to research and explore new avenues for funding and build a strong pipeline of new donors who have the potential to support the charity. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at trusts and foundations and preparing and delivering targeted funding applications to those organisations. You will be able to build upon and develop a compelling case for support for both the services we offer as a whole and for specific projects that reflect our work and values.

Ideally you will be looking to develop your skills with the aim of moving into a management role within the department within the next 2 – 3 years, so this role is to be viewed as a development opportunity.

Head of IS and Data Management

These are exciting times for the Charity and we have an excellent opportunity for a proactive, flexible and professional individual with outstanding influencing and collaborative skills and a strong customer service ethic to join the busy IT Infrastructure and Operations team, as Head of IS and Data Management.

Position: 1625 Head of IS and Data Management

Location: Remote (expectancy to attend site in Sidmouth, Devon is currently 1 day every other month)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 08.30-16.30, Monday-Friday

Salary: £67,652 per annum

The Role

As Head of IS and Data Management you will be responsible for implementing our IS and Data Strategy and driving efficiency using technology across Sanctuary. You will lead on the strategic development, management and operating of the IS systems and data infrastructure whilst managing and motivating the teams to deliver an efficient service across the Charity.

Responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and managing the IS and data strategy which drives the future direction and utilisation of technology within the charity to drive efficiencies and defining business relevant KPI’s to measure its benefits and success.
• Designing and implementing a new target operating model of the charity’s support requirements and implementing standard processes and standard protocols (e.g. ITIL), to improve ongoing controls, customer service, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leading the certification of Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Implementing standards and operating practices for data management, information lifecycle management and security (e.g. cyber essentials plus).
• Leading and continually improving the operational performance of the team to agreed service level agreements.
• Supporting the development of business cases, including presenting on behalf of the Executive Team to the board of Trustees.
• Supporting the Director of Information Systems and Data Management as necessary in championing the use of technology as an innovator and cost reduction enabler.

About You

Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification and/or relevant professional experience, you will have a comprehensive awareness of existing and developing technologies and how they can be applied to the business.

You will also:

• Be able to recognise business opportunities and experience of presenting a clear strategic vision of how technology can be applied to achieve success.
• Be able to demonstrate experience of, implementing and managing IT strategies and priorities.
• Have experience of managing n-tier architectures hosted in private and public cloud environments.
• Have a strong working knowledge of fundamental computing concepts to support trouble shooting, problem solving and critical thinking methodologies.
• Have proven management experience, including performance management.

This role is responsible for delivering the operational backbone of the ICA including the maintenance and upkeep of our grade one listed premises on the Mall. Overseeing a range of building management and operational duties, this person will ensure the facilities are fit for purpose, safe and secure, comfortable and in good state of repair. They will ensure operational policies and procedures are compliant with relevant legislation. They will also ensure IT and office management processes are effectively delivered. To succeed, the postholder must be proactive, hands on and work closely with all ICA staff and deeply understand the needs of curatorial, private hires, café bar and front of house departments to provide the best possible premises conditions for the ICA’s needs. They must also ensure positive relationships with external stakeholders.

About the role 

As Supporter CRM Product Owner, you will play a key role in ensuring that the needs of teams across Fundraising, Policy & Social Change, and Commerce & Enterprise are addressed as part of the ongoing CRM Development. We have created this role as we’re part way through implementing Dynamics 365 as our new Supporter CRM and are looking for someone to put their stamp on the governance mechanisms that support change, the way in which we training and onboard new users, and how we manage the testing process in advance of rolling out to all relevant teams.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will have experience of CRM Product Ownership with a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. Equally adept working with technical and non-technical colleagues, your exceptional communication and organisation skills will be used to bring colleagues together with a focus on delivering value at the early possible stage.  
 
You will have experience in establishing new governance processes and ideally a solid foundation in agile ways of working in a user-centred development framework. As the second Product Owner in the Business Systems team, you’ll be a crucial cog in establishing Product Ownership as a discipline in a Systems context.  

You may have experience in, Product Ownership, Agile Project management, Software development, CRM management
