Most of our projects are focussed around the Salesforce platform and we’re looking for an IT Project Manager experienced in delivering software development projects, ideally with Salesforce or other CRM experience.
What does this role do?
As a Project Manager you'll:
- Lead a cross functional team of developers, testers and business analysts and be responsible for the definition, planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects
- Ensure all projects follow Dogs Trust project management methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, costs, timescales, and resources, taking corrective action when needed to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor project performance against agreed objectives, success criteria, and ROI targets, evidencing value for money and effective delivery.
Could this be you?
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven record of delivering software development projects, ideally in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. You will have experience in managing the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, analysis and design, development, QA, UAT and Go-Live.
A skilled communicator, you’ll build strong relationships and have the confidence and influence to engage effectively at all levels. Motivated and proactive, you’ll be adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving environment, with proven planning, organisational, and time management skills that enable you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You will be experienced in using project management tools, including Jira, Confluence and project planning tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet or similar.

The role involves producing high quality operational system process and procedure documentation in collaboration with CRM Leads, using their guidance to shape clear and practical process definitions. You will apply your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including entity creation, workflows, business rules and business process flows, to enhance procedures while continuously referencing project scope and objectives to ensure process change analysis remains relevant and aligned with programme goals.
You will coordinate, communicate and organise project and organisational resources to support deliverables, while championing positive organisational change through the Central Platform programme. The role also includes participating in solution testing where required and collaborating effectively with third-party partners, the CRM steering group, CRM Project Manager, CRM Leads and the CRM Business Analyst to ensure successful delivery.
About you
You will be experienced in process or business change with a proven track record in CRM implementations and an interest in emerging Microsoft technologies, specifically MS Dynamics 365.
Possessing in-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, your effective verbal, written, and presentation skills enable you to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of an organisation. You will be adept at negotiating, influencing, and engaging with stakeholders, quickly building credibility with colleagues and external parties.
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a business or change analyst
- Experience working in significant technology change Implementations with an interest in emerging Microsoft CRM technologies and best practice

We’re seeking a pragmatic, hands-on Cyber Security Analyst to help mature our security function.
This role will work closely with our outsourced SOC provider and internal teams to triage and investigate security events, support supplier security assurance, provide risk-based advice across the organisation, and drive automation of security processes and tooling. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across teams, and improving how security is delivered in a complex, mission-driven organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Security Monitoring & Incident Support
- Act as the internal focal point with the outsourced SOC provider - ensuring effective communication, follow-up, and escalation of alerts.
- Triage, investigate, and support resolution of security events and incidents.
- Contribute to lessons learned and improvements following incidents.
- Lead the instantiation of the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and associated processes and playbooks
Supplier & Third-Party Security
- Assess cyber security risk for key suppliers and partners.
- Review supplier security documentation, raise concerns, and help negotiate security requirements.
Risk & Advice
- Provide pragmatic, risk-based security guidance to internal teams and respond to ad-hoc queries.
- Help develop and maintain security standards and processes that reflect organisational risk tolerances.
- Advise system owners and project managers on pen testing approach and scope
- Run simulated phishing campaigns and produce security awareness communications
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate security detection, response, reporting, and remediation workflows.
- Work with the SOC and internal technical teams to refine alert logic, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort.
- Help optimise security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, ticketing, dashboards).
General
- Develop and produce regular Security reports for senior management.

Essential skills, knowledge, & experience:
- 5 years’ experience in a cyber security, IT security, or technology risk role
- Practical, demonstrable experience of working with a SOC (internal or outsourced) and investigating cyber security incidents using best practice methodologies and tools
- Good understanding of cyber risk concepts, controls, and technical security tools.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience producing communications materials and reports
- Relevant security certifications/qualifications (e.g. CISSP, SSCP, GCIA, CEH, CompTIA)
- Knowledge of UK best practice frameworks (e.g., NCSC guidance, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).
- Scripting or practical automation experience.
- Experience assessing third-party/supplier security risk.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and methodical Facilities Management Operations Analyst (CAFM & Ops) known internally as CAFM and Ops Performance Analyst, to join us here at the Francis Crick Institute.
This role will be a key part of the facilities team whose objective is to ensure that scientific research does not get disrupted due to building operational matters.
You will play a key role overseeing asset management and maintenance scheduling through our CAFM system (Planon), keeping operations efficient and uninterrupted.
You’ll use the CAFM system to monitor performance, produce KPI dashboards, and drive process improvements and system upgrades.
This is a pivotal role where your work will safeguard and strengthen the environment that enables ground breaking discoveries.
What you will be doing
At the Crick, you will:
- Be an operational owner and system administrator for the Crick’s CAFM system (Planon)
- Provide Management information to Department Heads and Service Leads, extract and manipulate data from the building systems, develop and build reports in line with user bespoke requirements using available IT tools. Develop and measure KPIs across building services functions, create dashboards to enable clear communication and monitoring of performance trends, ensuring relevant statutory and regulatory compliance is captured.
- Maintain the Planon system to ensure the Crick CAFM system remains at optimal performance and is fully supported.
- Identify, develop and manage continual improvements (including system version upgrades) to the CAFM system
- Support site audits of building and science equipment to ensure all recorded asset data is current and accurate.
About you
You will have:
- Experience of interrogating and reporting with CAFM systems and other Facilities related software packages*
- Experience in Power BI development, including data modelling, DAX, and creating and maintaining live dashboards with automated refresh using DirectQuery or live connections*
- Experience of developing, building and presenting management reports and supporting dashboards*
- Operational experience in managing / reporting on maintenance performance KPI’s/SLAs*
- Experience of working with Hard and Soft Facilities operational environments
- Experience of using the Planon CAFM platform (Desirable)
