We’re looking for a Carer Assessment Service Manager to lead our countywide team in delivering statutory and preventative assessments in line with the Care Act 2014. You’ll provide leadership and day-to-day support to your team, oversee assessment allocations, and manage referrals through our internal CRM and West Sussex County Council’s systems.

You’ll also deliver staff supervisions, attend management and partner meetings, contribute to training, and support service development projects. A key part of the role involves quality assurance, trend analysis, report writing for senior leaders and commissioners, and managing assessment processes and budgets. You’ll stay up to date with Care Act legislation, ensure staff are trained accordingly, and take part in the duty manager rota to provide out-of-hours support and safeguard service continuity.

The role is mainly remote / homeworking with the expectation that you may need to travel on occasion to in-person meetings and training across the county. This role would therefore suit those located in, or close to, West Sussex.

Job Role

• Lead the specialist, countywide Carer Assessment team to deliver best value, high quality statutory and preventative carer assessments and ensure that outcomes are compliant with the Care Act 2014.
• Work with Heads of Service to grow and develop services including identifying gaps, managing risks and demand, proactively seeking opportunities, increasing the digital offer and supporting funding bids to respond to changing needs.
• Develop, deliver and monitor the Carer Assessment Team delivery plan, aligning to CSWS’s strategy ensuring all KPIs are met and a high-quality service is provided to carers.
• Be a proactive member of the Operational Managers Team to develop services, promoting collaboration with your teams, build internal relationships and encourage team to share good practice and work collaboratively with the wider staff group.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. Overall Purpose of the role

The Events Fundraising Lead plays a critical role within the fundraising team, combining strategic oversight with a hands-on commitment to delivery excellence. At a time of organisational transformation and ambitious long-term growth, this role is central to building the operational foundations and supporter experiences that will enable our 10-year vision to succeed.  This role will provide clear direction and structure to the planning and execution of our event portfolio, while remaining close to the operational detail — streamlining processes, refining supporter journeys, and driving performance through data, insight and continuous improvement.  This role is responsible for setting high standards across everything from partnership engagement to on-the-day execution. It requires someone who is comfortable working autonomously, leading high-value relationships with professionalism and precision, and bringing creative thinking to how we engage and retain our event supporters. The Events Fundraising Lead will also guide and support the Events Fundraising Co-ordinator, working in close partnership to deliver exceptional stewardship across the supporter lifecycle and elevate every touchpoint — from first sign-up to post-event celebration. This is a key opportunity for an experienced event professional to shape the future of events at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation and play a leading role in how we build supporter loyalty, scale income, and strengthen our presence in third-party partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead the delivery of a portfolio of flagship fundraising events (e.g. London Marathon, London Landmarks,  St Thomas’ Abseil), from planning and budgeting to live execution and post-event evaluation.
• Take full accountability for event logistics, safety planning, compliance, supplier and volunteer coordination, and performance reporting.
• Act as the strategic lead and key relationship manager with external partners (e.g. London Marathon Events, contracted delivery agencies), managing high-stakes negotiations and ensuring our brand and supporter experience are protected at all stages.
• Develop and manage detailed event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation and net income reporting.
• Design recruitment and supporter acquisition strategies (e.g. ballot, registration flows, digital campaigns, grassroots marketing), optimising for retention and ROI in collaboration with digital and comms teams.
• Provide operational guidance and oversight to the Events Fundraising Co-ordinator, ensuring compliance, quality, and consistency across all shared delivery elements.
• Collaborate on supporter stewardship planning and execution, ensuring high-quality communications, journeys and post-event follow-up — with appropriate division of responsibilities between Lead and Co-ordinator.

Work environment

Experience

• At least 3 years' experience independently delivering large-scale fundraising events with full logistical and financial responsibility.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time – 18.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata £12,500)
Remote: This role is homebased with occasional travel for staff residentials and other events.

About the Role

The Assessment and Data Administrator role is responsible for assisting with online assessment systems to ensure that full compliance of awarding organisations requirements are adhered to. Additionally, this individual will be the first point of call within the team for candidate or customer queries around our operational processes. 
 
We are looking for a positive, self-starter with strong organisational skills, who is confident with managing multiple tasks, and priorities and is able to provide an efficient support. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team and also work of their own initiative, confidently communicate with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and display judgement, integrity and trustworthiness as you will be privy to learner information.
 
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have previous experience of working with IT and online learning platforms and be confident in managing the breadth of tasks within this function.
 
Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Registration of learners across awarding organisation(s) for all courses.
• Maintenance of learner records with the awarding organisation(s).
• Supporting lead IQA in preparation for external quality assurance visits.
• Management of and claiming of completed certificates and their distribution to learners across all courses. 
• Maintaining accurate records of learner data for reporting and planning purposes. 
• Supporting the Academy team by providing data on learner number, course breakdown and completion rates. 
• Handle incoming enquiries relating to Academy operational processes. 
• Create effective interactions with customers across various platforms. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries, fostering a seamless customer journey.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Helpline Contact Centre Manager for the National Domestic Abuse Helpline, the role is designed to provide high quality practical and emotional support to Deputy Managers across the NDAH, the postholder is also responsible for the ongoing management of our contact centre, the platform that survivors use to contact the NDAH.

The National Domestic Abuse Helpline provides a national gateway to services and survivors across the UK fleeing domestic abuse, working in consultation with the Senior Operations Manager. The post holder is required to be a strategic leader, a versatile individual with excellent people management and interpersonal skills along with knowledge of domestic abuse, housing, welfare and legislation. The post-holder will be responsible for the ongoing management of our contact centre Genesys, a platform that helps us support our survivors and professionals contacting the NDAH.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours rota that includes evenings, weekends and night shifts.
