Job description

The Advice Service Admin Support volunteer will support the smooth running of the advice service by carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
This includes gathering and recording data from our telephony systems and/or customer management databases on client enquiries, case outcomes and service activity. You will maintain and update spreadsheets and databases accurately and in a timely manner. You will support with the monitoring and evaluating of data and also help to identify key trends in customer interactions.

You must be able to work in a systematic and accurate way, processing significant volumes of data relating to adviser activities and customer feedback. Your input will free up time for managers to support and coach advisers to help them work with customers as effectively as possible.

How often will I be needed?

  • 4 Hours per Week
