This Role’s Impact:

As CRM and Systems Lead you’ll be responsible for the design, development and ownership of TLG’s Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 configuration, Power BI reporting, and Power Automate workflows. This role bridges user needs with technical delivery, ensuring digital tools are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals. You will lead the development of user-centred digital solutions and play a key role in shaping TLG’s data strategy and digital transformation, enabling TLG to scale innovation across programmes and giving our teams the tools to move fast with confidence.

About you:

• Significant experience in information security management, risk assessment, and incident response.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. The Katie Piper Foundation is a small, national charity founded in 2009 by Katie Piper, a burns survivor. We exist to provide rehabilitation to survivors of life-altering burns and traumatic scarring.

This is a new and varied role where you will be responsible for the development of our supporter-led fundraising and challenge events portfolio, be involved in event management and administration and provide exceptional stewardship to maximise fundraising from supporters and donors. In this exciting and varied role, you will manage the HR lifecycle, provide HR advice, develop and improve policies and processes, and manage payroll and benefits. AHF is seeking an England Development Manager (Heritage Revival Fund) to co‑lead our core grants and advisory programme across England. This role has been created following the recent announcement of significant new investment, which will support the expansion of the Heritage Revival Fund through to 2030. This investment will enable AHF, in partnership with DCMS and Historic England, to provide grants to hundreds of communities across England, helping them bring neglected historic buildings back into use.

Ideally based in southern or central England with focus on southern half of the country. The postholder will work jointly with the current England Development Manager (HRF), who will focus on the northern half of England. Together, they will oversee activity and workflow across the whole country. The role also includes joint management of the England grants team (who work remotely) and programme budget, working flexibly and collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery of AHF’s core programme.

The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based at Lawrence Batley Theatre in Huddersfield. The role will lead robust financial governance, reporting and risk management frameworks that ensure probity, transparency and compliance, while enabling confident, informed decision-making. The Head of Finance will work collaboratively across the organisation to develop and monitor business planning, financial strategy and resource allocation; supporting artistic ambition, operational delivery and long-term financial sustainability, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery against agreed targets.

Personal Attributes

• At least 2 years’ experience in a senior finance or financial management role.
• Experience of managing budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Experience of preparing or overseeing statutory accounts and working with auditors.
• Understanding of financial governance, risk management and internal controls.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and experience using financial systems.

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum dependant on experience.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Hours are flexible and usually fall between 8am and 6pm, with occasional evening work (4 to 6 times annually) required to support Board and the Board’s Finance sub-committee meetings. No overtime is payable but time off in lieu may be taken with agreement of line manager.
Holidays: Annual holiday entitlement is 20 days per year plus bank holiday entitlement. This increases to 25 days per year after the first year’s service.

About the role

We are excited to be recruiting a Programme Delivery Manager to join The Scholars Programme team. This role will lead on the central Delivery Cycle, including creating correspondence and guidance for schools and PhD Tutors, and collaborating with other teams to ensure communication is streamlined and consistent. This is a key role within the Programme Management team, ensuring high quality pupil impact by tracking data returns, and providing team briefings as well as ongoing training and support. They will support with the development, testing and embedding of new processes and projects, including IT developments, and will be the first point of contact in the Programmes team for troubleshooting delivery and data issues. They will line manage a small team of Coordinators, who will support Programme Officers and Programme Managers to meet programme delivery targets.

The role requires an accomplished professional, with proven experience of high-quality programme delivery and excellent communication skills.  They will champion the charity’s values and embody them in interactions with colleagues and partners, establishing themselves as someone who can be relied upon, supporting the whole team and proactively finding ways to improve what we do.

While this role can be based in our London or Leeds offices or be fully remote; it will involve some travel to deliver programme events at our different university partners.

About you

The role will best suit someone who:

• Has knowledge and experience of the school and university sectors
• Has knowledge of educational interventions, including impact management
• Has proven experience in leading the delivery of a project or programme across a locality
• Has excellent knowledge and confidence using Office 365 applications (Word and Excel) and different IT platforms such as virtual learning environments and CRM systems
• Is capable of adapting quickly to new systems and interfaces
• Has experience of line management and/or leading and delivering through others
• Is a qualified teacher (QTS or above), has academic research experience or has substantial experience of delivering a university access programme

PMRGCAuk is a small national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA). We have a big impact, supporting patients with our small staff team and with the help of a proactive team of volunteers and working closely with leading rheumatologists and researchers to improve diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Engagement and Communications Coordinator.

Key focus of the role

PMR and GCA are often unknown by the public and among health professionals and this newly created role is designed to support the charity in raising awareness of the condition, in order to improve diagnosis, treatment and outcomes for those affected.

Key responsibilities

· Be an ambassador for the organisation and for PMR/GCA - making opportunities to raise the profile of both PMRGCAuk and PMR/GCA more broadly

· To work with medical trustees and patrons to develop a network of health professionals who will advocate for good treatment of PMR/GCA

· To work at a national level to promote good practice and lobby government, influencing government policy where possible

· Support the development of a network of volunteer ambassadors who can deliver information talks and awareness-raising activities

· To support the Deputy Director to develop a strong social media presence and support with specific campaigns

· To ensure the website is fit-for-purpose and updated regularly, working with trustees, staff members and volunteers to develop content that is up-to-date and useful to all that visit the website

· To manage the external voice of the charity, including ensuring our information and resources are current and relevant and producing external communications when appropriate.

· To attend professional events and develop strong networks with health professionals and the wider general public

· To support the membership strategy, taking every opportunity to encourage membership uptake, including professional membership

· To support trustees with research, campaigns and awareness raising, including participation on working groups, policy campaigns, lobbying, etc.

 Who We're Looking For:

• A proactive self-starter with experience of communicating with a range of different stakeholders and building networks
• Someone with experience of creating and communicating information in a range of different formats, including public speaking, development of written/video materials and managing the digital presence of an organisation.
• Someone with experience of working in a small voluntary organisation who recognises the needs to be flexible and adaptable
• Someone with knowledge of the UK voluntary sector and a passion for improving health outcomes.
• A strong communicator with excellent writing, project management, and financial skills.
• Someone who is confident with IT systems and has strong digital skills.

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Salary range £34-36,000 FTE

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Outreach Development Coordinator 

This is a newly created role designed to develop and support our volunteer network within the organisation. We currently have more than 50 volunteers working for us on our helpline, running local groups, administration and our online forum, HealthUnlocked and they are a crucial part of our service delivery.

Working closely with our small staff team and trustees, this role is intended to provide a solid framework for the volunteers within the organisation, as well as developing a strategy for continuing to grow our volunteer pipeline and expand our services.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage a volunteer strategy for the organisation

· Recruit, induct, support and manage a range of volunteer roles within the organisation, including our local group organisers, helpline volunteers and HealthUnlocked volunteers

· Support existing local groups and develop the establishment of new groups, with a particular focus on areas where we are limited in terms of numbers of groups, ie the Midlands and North of England

· Provide ongoing day-to-day support to volunteers

· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for volunteers

· Network and liaise with local health professionals to raise the profile of the organisation and services and encourage group participation.

· Update volunteers on the latest developments within the charity and within the wider PMR/GCA community, including latest research and news

· Working alongside the Director, support the fundraising strategy to ensure sustainability of the charity and support fundraising initiatives within the community

· To support the membership strategy, taking every opportunity to encourage membership uptake, including professional membership

· Other responsibilities commensurate with the general scope and purpose of the post.
