Examples include but are not limited to overcoming setbacks, managing debt, boosting confidence to return to work, CV writing, interview skills. The aims of the LifeSkills programme are to support participants to increase their confidence and 21st century skills, move closer to training/volunteering/employment, improve their social networks, and grow their confidence to provide low cost and nutritious meals.

Main Responsibilities:

The role involves delivering LifeSkills sessions to groups of families in South West Yorkshire. The postholder will also be the main point of contact for delivery partners hosting programmes (e.g., small charities, schools) and staff and volunteers delivering sessions and be expected to respond promptly to a wide range of queries and requests for support. Examples might include, for instance, devising LifeSkills programmes for different cohorts, presenting to potential partners, devising risk assessments, recording data, and visiting and providing guidance and support for staff and volunteers delivering sessions in venues across the area.

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):

• To be the main point of contact for delivery partners (as well as for fundraising / marketing staff), for a portfolio of LifeSkills programmes, and respond promptly to queries and concerns. 
• To support delivery of LifeSkills sessions (e.g. take bookings, develop PowerPoint slides) as well as planning and delivering own LifeSkills programmes.

About the role

The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the charity’s financial and operational functions. This includes managing day-to-day accounting, producing management reports, maintaining and improving processes, line-managing the administrator, and leading key projects across Finance, IT and HR. Finance

We are looking for a technically skilled and people-centered digital security professional who combines deep technical expertise with excellent communication and facilitation skills. You will have a track record of providing pragmatic, context-sensitive digital security guidance to organisations operating across diverse budgets, capacities, and geographies. Key Responsibilities 

Project Design and Delivery 

- Design and deliver digital and information security assessments, management plans and protocols for a range of partner organisations

Team and Curriculum Development 

- Support a small team of digital security specialists, reviewing and contributing to their learning and development

Internal Digital Security and IT systems

Candidate Profile 

Essential: 

- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT and digital security roles - Experience providing direct digital security support and training, ideally to social justice or civil society organisations, and/or in higher-risk contexts - Excellent communication, facilitation and cross-cultural collaboration skills - Hands-on experience managing Windows/Linux/or macOS infrastructure and cloud-based environments (Azure, Google, Amazon) 

- Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment, mitigation, and hardening techniques 

- A pragmatic approach to digital security, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, actionable guidance 

- Strategic view and experience managing digital and information security risks, including the intersection between information security and legal and regulatory frameworks 

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and ability to work within Western Hemisphere timezones 

Preferred: 

- Relevant professional qualification or certification in digital security, IT, or facilitation

About This Job

This is an exciting role in Army Cadet Headquarters which provides administrative support to the functional delivery areas of the syllabus. About the Role

Working alongside the Managing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day running of the BDD Foundation while leading on key projects during this three month cover period. The primary focus of this role will be to oversee and manage the Overcoming BDD Programme (OBP), ensuring effective delivery, volunteer support and supervision, and a high quality, compassionate experience for all participants.

In addition to the Overcoming BDD Programme, you will provide project management support across other core initiatives, including the Schools Project, Conference planning, and any additional projects that form part of the charity’s priorities during this period. Governance Manager (12-months maternity cover)

About the role

This is an exciting time to join Emmaus UK and provide maternity cover for our Governance Manager.

This standalone role is responsible for managing the operations of the board and committees of Emmaus UK, as well as for providing support to local boards at Emmaus communities across Great Britain as they look to develop their governance arrangements.

The postholder will manage the board of trustees, leading on recruitment, induction and compliance, ensuring meetings run smoothly and are minuted effectively. They will also work as company secretary, managing the smooth-running of the AGM, and ensuring returns are made to Companies House and the Charity Commission within appropriate timeframes.

The Governance Manager is responsible for monitoring the development of policies, tracking completion and working with managers to continuously improve policies in line with changing regulation.

The role will also involve extensive work with members of the Emmaus movement, through the performance of reviews of local governance of members, reporting back to local boards on areas to celebrate and actions to develop. They will also be responsible for developing Emmaus UK’s best practice toolkit for trustees to refer to in developing their local governance arrangements, and for liaising with the wider Emmaus movement through facilitation of the membership processes with Emmaus Europe and Emmaus International.

Main Role & Responsibilities

The post holder will be an active member of our programmes Team and will work across our portfolio of programmes.

They will be responsible for regional stakeholder engagement, developing relationships and promoting Ygam training in their region. They will recruit suitable delegates to workshops, working closely with the education and youth work sectors.

They will provide training both face to face and online and will be responsible for the delivery of our assured workshops and promoting the work of Ygam at conferences and events.

Planning 

· Network and develop stakeholder relationships, leading the recruitment of delegates from schools, youth work providers and children’s services onto Ygam training.

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to own the transition to a new, user-centred Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Bynder, at a pivotal moment in our modernisation journey.

Working with the Senior Product Manager for Brand Systems, you'll ensure Bynder evolves to meet user and organisational needs, acting as our central hub for visual brand assets. You'll support data migration, contribute to metadata and tagging strategies, and help improve our current processes to strengthen the Brand & Marketing team's vision and responsibilities.

You'll work closely with our communications teams, as well as colleagues across the organisation in frontline science, membership and fundraising roles. You'll also manage and support relationships with creative and strategic partners to make sure our systems deliver imagery that reflects the breadth of our conservation work and the diversity of the communities we represent for nature.

This is a new role with the opportunity to shape how we look after one of our most important resources, our brand visual identity, and to help colleagues across the organisation make the most of it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day product owner for Bynder, configuring permissions and workflows.
• Maintain a simple backlog of user feedback and system developments, prioritising improvements in line with brand and organisational goals.

Evolve Counselling is looking for an efficient, qualified and experienced mental health counselling manager, to take charge of our service while the postholder takes maternity leave in January 2026.
