About the Role

As our Adoption Agency Duty Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and families considering adoption. You’ll respond to initial telephone and email enquiries, providing a warm, informative, and supportive experience that helps prospective adopters take their first steps with confidence. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to finding loving, permanent homes for children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to initial enquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide accurate information about the adoption process
  • Log and track enquiries using our CHARMS system
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and event coordination

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • A calm, compassionate, and professional manner
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A genuine interest in adoption and family support
