This is an exciting opportunity to lead a collaboration partnership project between TCC, Wrexham Citizens Advice, and Wrexham Foodbank. This project will work to reduce poverty and the impact of poverty on people living in Wrexham.

The project coordinator role will be supported by management from the three partnership organisations.

The project coordinator will be responsible for the management and coordination of the project including budgeting, planning and implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. They will coordinate the project partners and wider stakeholders to support an influencing campaign in Wrexham funded by Lloyds Bank Foundation England and Wales.

Key Tasks Include:

• Raising awareness of the problem of poverty and its structural causes amongst those living and working in the county
• Making local elected officials, policy makers, and local organisations aware of the drivers of poverty and encourage them to take steps to alleviate these drivers
• Running community workshops, training, and other engaging activities to partner with people, including those with lived experience of turning to poverty support organisations (such as a food bank)
• Think strategically about how best to bring about change locally, working with a range of stakeholders, and enabling local people to engage with local policy makers
• Collaborative working – bringing the partner organisations together in a strategic and creative way
• Coordinating the setting of agreed project milestones with partners and track progress
• Being the main point of contact for all partners
• Coordinating partnership meetings (confirming chair, finding meeting venue, sending invites, setting meeting  agendas, and distributing notes)
• Preparing presentations and reports with input from all partners
• Coordinating and implementing monitoring and evaluation of the project

Terms and Conditions:

• The project coordinator will be employed by TCC (Trefnu Cymunedol Cymru/ Together Creating Communities).

As the Digital Inclusion Project Coordinator, your objectives will be to spearhead initiatives aimed at increasing digital inclusion within SHP’s diverse communities. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strategic planning, community engagement, technological proficiency, and environmental stewardship. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders from both withing SHP and externally to develop and implement sustainable solutions that bridge the digital divide and minimize the environmental impact of electronic waste.

Since 2003, we have been harnessing the power of skiing & snowboarding to break down barriers, broaden horizons and address the biggest social issues facing underserved young people today.

The Programme Manager will deliver a personal development journey to young people using snowsports as the hook to engage those who are less likely to engage with mainstream provision. We do this in partnership with youth projects and youth service providers across London, running snowsports youth programmes from The Snow Centre, Hemel Hempstead.

Job Purpose:

The Project Development Manager will be the main point of contact for the collaboration. They will be responsible for implementing and delivering the project plan, monitoring, evaluations, reporting, all systems and processes, coordinating meetings, etc and for generating income through (mainly) Corporate partnerships but may include some Trusts and High Value individuals. These partners will be with organisations/individuals who would otherwise be outside the reach of any of the three charities individually.

• Create systems and processes for administering and managing the functions of the partnership.

The Young People Programme Manager will work with the Creative Learning team at Factory International to develop, deliver and manage programmes of work with young people between the ages of 14 and 30. This role will be responsible for the delivery of key strategic partnerships with commercial brands, as well as developing new streams of work with a focus on sharing power through curatorial programme decision making, programming and youth governance.

Creative Learning develop and deliver learning programs with young people and children from Cradle to Creative (the age of 0 through to 30) with a focus on underrepresented children, young people and artists. Grants Fundraising Officer (job share)

Hope and Homes for Children is looking for a Funding Coordination Officer (this is the job title used internally for this role), who'll play a key supportive role in the Grants Partnerships team and Marketing, Communications and Fundraising (MCF) department, contributing directly to the Grants team income target as well as supporting fundraisers across the department to access compelling information in support of their fundraising.

You will help to drive key cross departmental initiatives including the coordination of restricted funding for our country programmes and the development of proposals and reports for our key projects and thematic work.

You will also manage our small and medium trusts and foundations portfolio (including stewardship, reporting, and proactively approaching new prospects), and occasionally support Grants team colleagues with reports, proposals and stewardship of our high value relationships.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and committed Business Development Manager to join our growing charity. Responsible for winning new business and retaining existing contracts to achieve financial and growth targets, this is a pivotal role at Kinship. If you are self-motivated, have experience of producing high quality, successful bids, can think strategically, and love to work collaboratively across teams, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead on all commissioning activity at Kinship directly with commissioners and through tendering activity.

• Lead and support the creation of high-quality bids including writing technical questions and method statements.

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of Kinship, the external environment, and kinship carers and integrate this knowledge into business development activity and bid production.

Essential requirements include:

• Experience of successful bid production and bid management – from identification of opportunity through to submission. Track record in successful tendering for retention of contracts and new business.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Able to articulate and translate complex ideas and service delivery models into compelling, structured, and high-quality written propositions.

• Ability to analyse large volumes of information to develop clear and compelling bids and proposals.
