About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the promotion and growth of our Homes and services.
In this strategic, hands-on role, you will lead marketing campaigns, manage the customer journey from awareness to enquiry, and ensure every touchpoint delivers a high-quality experience. You’ll also use your creativity to produce marketing materials and manage community engagement initiatives, such as open days, to showcase our services and strengthen local relationships.
Using insight and analysis, you’ll provide recommendations to support the growth of our care services and help keep our Homes thriving.
We’re looking for someone who shares our values, collaborates well across teams, and can work independently to deliver agreed outcomes. We operate a hybrid working model — while much of the role can be home-based, regular visits to our Homes and our Twickenham office are expected to deepen understanding of our work and foster strong internal relationships.

Purpose of the role
- To lead and shape the marketing strategy for our services delivered to veterans and their families through our Homes and out into the local community ensuring strong positioning, visibility, and engagement.
- To take ownership of the marketing required to deliver successful customer journeys across all service areas, driving growth in enquiries, conversions, and service uptake.
- To provide strategic insights through effective reporting and analysis, influencing decision-making at senior level.
Key responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Develop, lead, and implement integrated marketing strategies that promote the full range of services provided by our Homes (including but not limited to: Lunch Club, Day Care, Short Breaks, and full-time care), ensuring these remain responsive to changing needs and market trends.
- Lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies for wider services delivered into the local community positioning these as trusted and accessible options for families and carers.
- Use data and insights via Found and other reporting tools to provide regular analysis on enquiries and service performance, producing recommendations that shape future planning.
- Ensure a consistently excellent customer journey, from initial enquiry through to service uptake, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and improve experience
- Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content across digital channels, website, and print, ensuring services are presented clearly and compellingly.
- Use your creative flair to design and produce a wide range of marketing assets from brochures to promotional items, to showcase individual Homes and services and strengthen the Royal Star & Garter brand across the group.
- Manage community engagement through service-focused events, such as open days, ensuring they are well-promoted, attended, and deliver a positive experience for visitors.
- Act as a key liaison with senior colleagues across Homes, services, fundraising, and partnerships, ensuring marketing activity supports organisational priorities and service growth.

- Manage and monitor the marketing budget for our care services, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deliver strong return on investment.
- Provide leadership in maintaining efficient systems and processes across the Marketing & Communications team, including project tracking, storage, and reporting.
- Champion best practice in customer journey mapping, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and retention.

Knowledge and experience
- Proven experience in devising and delivering successful marketing plans with a strong focus on customer experience and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment, effectively planning, prioritising, and managing a varied workload to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and analytics.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive and Finance Officer to play a vital role in the operations of Centre for Mental Health.
This varied and interesting role supports our CEO and Board, managing day-to-day operations and taking on key finance and HR responsibilities. This will include financial support: reconciling accounts, processing invoices, supporting our Board by organising meetings and helping with many aspects of recruitment, onboarding and assisting our staff team. In this multi-faceted role, you will ensure that women affected by Fowler’s Syndrome, clinicians, researchers, and the wider public are intimately connected to the charity’s work.You will enable smoother pathways for women seeking support and for healthcare professionals looking to access educational resource, while also leading on a range of communications activities and awareness campaigns.
You will take responsibility for coordinating and facilitating online patient groups, supporting in-person events, and helping to manage FSUK’s Patient Council. Tasked with overseeing the development of content such as patient resources, you will also advance wider engagement across projects and research programmes and ensure that communications, whether via newsletters, social channels, or the website, reflect the charity’s voice and values.
While having strategic oversight and leading on the management of FSUK’s digital platforms, including their WordPress website and database consisting of patients and supporters, you will also maintain the charity’s fundraising pages. Through managing FSUK’s social platforms, you will at times also interact with the charity’s online community, responding with empathy as you engage and signpost to appropriate services such as the FSUK helpline, ensuring people feel heard, informed, and supported.

The CEO is looking to appoint a highly organised, pragmatic, and detail-focused professional to deliver executive, project and governance support on an initial fixed-term contract of 1 year.
In this vital role, you will harness your initiative as you provide proactive PA support to the CEO and Chairs of the medical and trustee boards, while delivering project and event coordination across FSUK’s core programmes.
Excitingly, alongside executive and governance administration and support and ensuring that the charity maintains the highest standards of compliance and record-keeping, you will also be responsible for project management of two major initiatives such as FSUK’s flagship CURATE consensus project, alongside their annual two-day conference. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Operations Support Officer. The post holder will be responsible for Medair UK’s financial and office administration, including maintenance of the organisation’s CRM database and some fundraising support. You will ensure the accurate processing and timely delivery of donor and financial information and acting as first point of contact for the organisation, you will be responding to supporter enquiries. You will also provide general office, and IT support to the Head of Operations.

About you
You will have experience of working in an office administration role, including financial processing and have proven experience with databases. You will be comfortable working with and prioritising high volumes of work. In addition to your experience of completing routine, complex tasks accurately and systematically, you will be able to maintain quality and attention to detail. Confident, polite and professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, you will have strong planning and organisational skills, with experience of maintaining office and administrative systems
Key Activities
Donation Processing
- Responsible for the timely recording and processing of all incoming donations (including via our website, bank account, third party platforms and cheques) into the Medair UK CRM (Salesforce).
- Ensure all donors receive gift acknowledgements / thank you letters corresponding to each gift received.
- Maintain up-to-date records of donors, staff and other contacts in the Medair UK database.
- Process and record completed Gift Aid declarations and support in the regular reclaim of Gift Aid.
Financial Administration
- Inputting of all financial data (income and expenditure) into Quick Books.
- Preparing and following up suppliers invoices for payment.
- Processing expenses claims.
- Managing the banking of income and supporter cheques.
- Support the Head of Operations to implement the month and year end reconciliation process for both Salesforce and Quick Books.
Facilities & Office Management
- Act as first point of contact for the office and public enquiries, responding to incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Answer basic enquiries about Medair's work and distributing information to supporters and others as required.
- Manage and order office supplies, stationery and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment, administrating risk assessments, H&S and fire safety procedures.
Information Technology
- Ensuring the maintenance of the IT system and handling minor in-house IT technical issues for staff and volunteers.
- Liaising with the Global Support Office IT Helpdesk team to ensure the timely set up of IT for new staff and volunteers – i.e. setting up email addresses, and relevant permissions.
- Ensuring that IT permissions are current, and that these are amended as and when staff and volunteers leave.
- Assisting with continuous improvements in Medair UK’s use of IT.
Engagement Support
- Supporting fundraising activities with data segmentation and the production of standard and custom reports in Salesforce
- Supporting the production and automation of email newsletter and appeals via Campaign Monitor
- Setting up new Salesforce campaigns with tailored reports and dashboards to track donations.
- Producing digital surveys and web-forms as required.
- Providing support to Medair’s virtual events, including the technical administration of Zoom and pre and post event attendee administration.
HR Administration
- Organising and co-ordinating staff and volunteer inductions ensuring that the induction checklist is completed.
- Supporting the Head of Operations with team training and organisational learning and development opportunities.
Qualifications - DESIRABLE
- Vocational qualification in business or financial management / administration desirable
Languages
- Excellent English (spoken and written).

PROGRAMMES COORDINATOR, YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Duties and Responsibilities
All activities will be undertaken in collaboration with the Youth Voice & Universities team.
Delivery
· To support delivery of the UN award-winning ParliaMentors programme (1.5 days per week):
o Being responsible for 2 teams of university students.
o Supporting 12 London-based students by: having 1:1 coaching calls with each of them to offer guidance and support; conducting sessions to support the teams with their social action projects and identifying area for development; conducting sessions to work through any team dynamic issues that arise.
o Supporting with facilitation of workshops related to social action, politics, leadership and interfaith.
o Administrative and logistical support (e.g., room bookings, processing reimbursements, coordinating student travels).
· To support delivery of City Bridge Trust (CBT) work (3.5 days per week):
o Responsible for overseeing the deliverables for this funder, ensuring all deadlines are met.
o Responsible for delivering four interfaith trainings for Local Authorities within London.
o Planning and delivering the annual Youth Interfaith Summit, the UK’s largest interfaith event for the climate.
o Coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, a group of young interfaith activists who will codesign the Summit.
o Responsible for coordinating the remainder of the Youth Forum for Faith and Ecology in partnership with LSE.
