The Key Relationships programme sits at the heart of Greenpeace UK’s fundraising, securing the philanthropic investment that powers its campaigning work. The team raises around £15–16 million annually from major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacies, contributing significantly to the organisation’s wider fundraising income of approximately £37 million.

Legacy giving is a vital and growing part of this programme, generating £5–7.5 million each year and playing a crucial role in securing long-term, sustainable income. Following a recent step-change in investment, there is now a significant opportunity to accelerate growth and position legacy giving more centrally across Greenpeace UK’s fundraising and supporter engagement.

We are now seeking a Head of Legacy Giving to lead this important area. Reporting to the Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Greenpeace UK’s legacy programme, overseeing both marketing and administration to maximise future income from gifts in wills.

You will lead a small specialist team and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as internationally across the Greenpeace network. The role offers the opportunity to influence both UK and global legacy strategy, contributing to a shared ambition for growth across multiple markets.

As Head of Legacy Giving, you will:

• Develop and deliver Greenpeace UK’s legacy giving strategy, driving growth in both pledged and realised income
• Lead and integrate legacy marketing and administration, ensuring a seamless and high-performing programme
• Manage and develop a team of two – Senior Legacy Marketing Officer, Legacy Case Manager – fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
• Work across fundraising, campaigns and communications to embed legacy giving within supporter journeys and organisational priorities
• Identify and drive opportunities to grow legacy income, including within high-value and blended giving approaches
• Oversee legacy casework and administration, ensuring excellent supporter care, compliance and effective income realisation
• Build relationships with high-value pledgers, prospects and executors, supporting long-term engagement and stewardship
• Represent Greenpeace UK internationally, sharing best practice and supporting global legacy growth ambitions

Essential skills and experience:

• Full-spectrum legacy fundraising experience, across both legacy marketing and legacy administration
• Ability to operate at Head-level, including experience of developing and delivering strategy, while remaining close to delivery
• Line management experience with ability to lead and motivate teams, building capability and performance
• Budget experience must include managing similar levels of investment (six-figures+)
• Strong understanding of the UK legacy market, trends and best practice
• Experience of working across teams and influencing stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes

We are seeking a Grants Manager to join the Research Talent, Policy and Programmes Team and take oversight for the delivery of a sub-set of the Academy’s UK and international grants portfolio to support our strategy, and – notably - our strategic priority to support the next generation of researchers to reach their full potential.

Working in a small team gives you the opportunity to develop line management skills, set and manage your budgets and be directly involved in securing funding for our schemes. You will keep abreast of developments in UK medical research funding policies and the wider career policy context to ensure that the Academy's grants schemes remain innovative, attractive and fit for purpose.

What you will be doing

Scheme Delivery

• Managing a subset of our portfolio of UK and/or international grant schemes, maintaining and developing robust operational processes in accordance with the high standards of the Academy.
• Drafting funding proposals, in liaison with the Head of Grant Schemes, for existing and potential new schemes.
• Developing and implementing new grants schemes and all associated processes and documentation, as required.
• Producing high-quality reports, briefing and updates for both an internal and external audience. This includes the preparation of papers for Council, Officers and other Academy meetings, as required.
• Being mindful of national and international developments in grant-making and exploring how the Academy’s schemes align with other emerging initiatives.
• Working with senior management to ensure the Academy implements best practice.

Line Management

• Line managing the Senior Grants Officer and overseeing their development.
• Supporting the Senior Grants Officer to administer their portfolio of grants, to include dealing with enquiries; the promotion of schemes; eligibility checking of applications; the organisation of peer review; the preparation of committee papers; attendance at panel meetings; providing reports and financial information; the awarding of the grants and their continued management; and providing feedback to both successful and unsuccessful applicants.

Budgeting

• Developing and managing the budgets for a portfolio of grant schemes and/or activities, in line with internal management systems, to include the regular forecasting and monitoring of expenditure.
• Working closely with the Finance Department.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Development

• Establishing contacts and liaising with a range of stakeholders, including Higher Education Institutions, funding agencies, delivery partners, other professional bodies and early research leaders, in order to ensure the Academy offer is reflective of the current landscape and that we are responsive to continued developments.
• Liaising with the Academy’s Communications and Policy teams to ensure the grant schemes relate to the Academy’s wider strategy and to raise the profile of our schemes.
• Working across the organisation, with individuals from different departments and at varying levels of seniority.

Other Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing meetings and celebrations for award holders, including regular inductions, training workshops and scientific meetings.
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties that can be reasonably expected of this post.

As our Senior Digital Marketing Officer you will be responsible for boosting our income through online engagement, marketing and stewardship. The role includes responsibility for delivering paid advertising across various platforms (currently META, PPC, Reddit and TikTok) driving income through direct gifts, challenge event participation and other income generation activities.

You will have a strong understanding of the UK political system and how to influence it, and will be confident in drafting reports, consultation responses and working with and disseminating data. Rainbow Migration is the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system and has been campaigning for their rights since 1993. We are recruiting a Legal Assistant to support the delivery of Rainbow Migration’s legal service by providing additional administrative capacity. This will include:

Role overview

Contract type: 3-Year Fixed-term 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2029

Hours: Full-time or part-time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday for full-time, minimum 28 hours for part-time). Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.

Salary: Starting at £27,011 FTE (pro rata), with potential step increases each year up to £30,400, plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we try to give a separate inflationary increase every April

Location: Rainbow Migration’s step-free offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. We’re looking for an experienced Programme Officer to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the delivery of our In2STEM Programme during a busy and high impact period. The Programme Officer will support the delivery of the In2STEM Programme including recruitment, planning, delivery, participant and volunteer management, and evaluation.

You will be responsible for recruitment, managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts), and managing relationships with supporters and funders. You will also support the planning, delivery and evaluation of programme activities including training and inductions, placements, online workshops, competitions and celebration events.

Programme Delivery

• Managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts) from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, matching, onboarding, troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.

Interviewing and sharing the personal stories of the people we care for, our staff, volunteers and supporters is vital to improving understanding of the charity’s work and inspiring people to support us, whether it be through fundraising, volunteering or campaigning.

The Senior Stories Officer plays a vital role in sourcing, interviewing and sharing content and, with support from the Senior Stories Manager, they are responsible for facilitating the use of personal stories across the organisation, for example in the media and across owned channels.
