Our charity has grown rapidly over the last five years, with each year bringing new faces and new opportunities. This year, we’re excited to be welcoming a Fundraising Manager to join our team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and operations team to deliver our annual fundraising targets, focusing on individual giving, trusts and foundations, and fundraising events/external opportunities. Partnerships are currently managed by the CEO and our Board of Trustees.

We have a fun, joyful working culture and work flexibly and mostly remotely, though you may occasionally need to attend meetings in London or travel for events. Our registered office is in Margate, so if you’re local or fancy a change of scene, you’re welcome to come and work by the sea.

As this is a new role for Not A Phase, we’re looking for someone confident, proactive and full of ideas. You’ll have the freedom to shape and implement your own systems and processes, with full support from the team.

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector in England. With more than 750 members, we work to improve services and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it. 

As part of our established services to our members and the wider sector, Homeless Link provides specialist learning and development services to help staff working in homelessness focus on their personal development or unlock change. About the role

You will be part of the regional office team, managing a group of casework administrators. The team provides specialist administrative support and act as a single point of contact to SSAFA branch-based volunteers ensuring that SSAFA beneficiaries receive consistent, timely, and high-quality service. The RCM role will involve developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with volunteers, including branch-based casework managers.  Additionally, the RCM will occasionally assist the Regional Casework Co-ordinators with call handling, signposting, and triaging initial client enquiries.

To help you establish yourself in this post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.  You will influence the processes and procedures within the regional office as it develops, working closely with a dedicated team under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the North West region consisting of Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Isle of Man, Lancashire and Merseyside. You will occasionally be required to travel within the North West Region or to other locations.

About the team

The regional office is a “virtual” office and supports the six SSAFA branches in the North West of England region, as the branch-based volunteers deliver casework for SSAFA beneficiaries.  The successful candidate will work as part of a larger support team which will include 5 Casework Administrators and a Regional Manager.  All team members are home based, residing in the region.

About you

To excel in this role, you should have a solid educational background and experience in managing employees, as well as overseeing and reporting on service delivery.  You should have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, achieving results through negotiation and influence.  Previous experience of working with volunteers would be advantageous.  You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard and be capable of learning a computerised case management system quickly. Additionally, you should be skilled with numerical data.

The successful candidate will be capable of planning and managing their own workload, with minimal supervision and have considerable experience of managing accounts.

It would be desirable to have an understanding of the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families. An understanding of the voluntary sector would be valuable, and the military charity sector landscape across the North West Region would be beneficial.  Commitment to SSAFA’s values including equality, diversity and inclusion is essential.

The Community Fundraising Manager is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the Fundrasing Team. This role is central to building relationships, engaging local communities, and driving fundraising initiatives across the region. GENERAL

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team.

The AI Platform team supports our product teams in developing the best and safest AI features in the EdTech space. The team maintain AI platform services, prompt libraries, and reusable pipelines that can be applied across multiple projects.

In this role, you may work on:

• Enhancing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines,

• Optimising embedding and vector similarity systems through semantic search, clustering, filtering logic, and dimensionality reduction techniques.

• Supporting model evaluation and safety tooling, such as automated test harnesses, hallucination detection, content moderation and input guardrails.

• Contributing to model fine-tuning, prompting and deployment, with a focus on balancing performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Our Client is a UK charity supporting vulnerable women and families facing unexpected pregnancy or pregnancy loss. Through supported housing, a helpline and counselling service, and practical, non-judgemental support, this Charity helps pregnant women, often aged 16-25 and in crisis due to homelessness, abuse, or other trauma, build safer, more stable futures. Grounded in the universal values of Humanity, Solidarity, Community, Charity and the Common Good, the Charity is strengthening philanthropy to increase impact nationwide. The team is now looking to appoint a Philanthropy Manager, and Prospectus is leading the search.

Philanthropy Manager

Part time, 21 hours per week over 3 days

Home-based with frequent travel to supporter locations; occasional travel to Leamington Spa Head Office

£36,000-£40,000 per annum (FTE)

The Philanthropy Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of dedicated major donors, developing inspiring, personalised supporter journeys that deepen engagement and secure repeat and increased gifts. Working within a committed and supportive team, you'll raise awareness of the Charity's services, build mutually beneficial relationships, and deliver sustainable long-term support through thoughtful cultivation, compelling proposals, and excellent stewardship.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and wider fundraising colleagues, you will proactively identify and research prospects, plan targeted approaches, and lead solicitations. The role will also engage with senior church contacts (e.g. Archbishops and diocesan representatives) who have a history of support; while the Charity is non-religious and non-political, you'll bring sensitivity and confidence operating within these settings to advance shared philanthropic goals.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of securing four- and five-figure gifts, crafting persuasive cases for support, and managing high-value pipelines from identification to stewardship. You'll be a collaborative relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication, rigorous research skills, and the ability to tailor engagement for diverse audiences while upholding the Charity's values and client-centred ethos.

About the role 

Our adviser teams work within local areas providing a wide range of expert information and guidance, via a variety of channels including community settings. You’ll provide a personalised service that enables appropriate levels of self-advocacy and/ or advocate on behalf of clients, signposting to other services as relevant. 

You’ll empower people affected by Parkinson’s, their families and carers to live lives that are as fulfilling as possible and to take an active role in their treatment becoming their own advocate in health and life, wherever possible. 

What you’ll do:

• Provide in depth, person centred information and guidance to clients by a range of means, including community settings, and ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources in line with service policy. 

• Respond to enquiries through a range of channels and areas based on service need, keeping accurate, up to date online client records in line with practice. 

• Make best use of time in providing an effective client service 

• Recognise and respond to potential safeguarding situations using established procedures 

• Provide information on a variety of health and social care issues, including appropriate emotional support, employment support, employment and welfare benefits guidance and advocating with and on behalf of clients 

• Answer client enquiries professionally using a jargon-free approach and within established timescales.

• Maintain relationships and partnerships within internal and external teams and in a range of settings and ways to achieve the best outcomes of clients 

• Keep up to date with organisational and professional development relevant to your role 

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of providing health and social care information through a range of channels 

• Well-developed telephone skills including active listening and questioning 

• Experience of supporting and empowering people with problem solving, navigating the health and social care system and participating in their own care 

• Experience managing a complex caseload effectively and efficiently 

• Ability to be calm and deal effectively with challenging or emotional situations and/or people 

• Demonstrable digital competence, with experience of effective use of a range of tools including online case management systems or similar 

• Ability to work collaboratively 

• In depth understanding of Parkinson’s, relevant issues and legislation, in particular in connection with health and social care and welfare benefits 

• Commitment to working within the principles of equal opportunities

• live in the area specified of Cornwall (ideally the mid and West area of Cornwall) and be able to travel freely and flexibly around these areas and occasionally further afield without reliance on public transport

Overcoming MS is a dynamic charity dedicated to supporting people living with multiple sclerosis through evidence-based lifestyle changes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team and make a real impact by helping grow and diversify the charity’s income.

In this role, you will lead on community and event fundraising, individual giving, and donor stewardship. You’ll develop and implement fundraising plans, manage donor relationships, and deliver engaging campaigns and events. Working closely with the Head of Income Generation and wider team, you’ll help shape the charity’s fundraising strategy and support its mission to empower people with MS.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field (ideally in a small charity setting)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling fundraising materials
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A digital-first mindset and confidence using digital platforms for fundraising
• A passion for Overcoming MS’s mission and values
