The Youth Involvement Lead is focused on ensuring that youth voice and lived and living experience is integrated into work across the Charlie Waller Trust. The exact focus of the work will shift over time in line with the interests of each cohort and needs of CWT, but is likely to include: supporting the Youth Ambassadors both operationally and pastorally to contribute to our Charitable Activity at varying levels of lived and living experience engagement (e.g., coproduction, participation, involvement and consultation); developing and improving our internal processes and outputs including our communications work, fundraising work, equity, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability agendas; and supporting the CWT staff team to better understand lived and living experience perspectives so they can carry out their roles more effectively.
This role would suit an individual with a strong commitment to maximising the impact of this work. We are seeking a proactive and motivated person who is skilled at developing and nurturing relationships with partners, supported by excellent interpersonal abilities.

About the role
At SEA, all our work is grounded in evidence and shaped by the lived experiences of victim-survivors. As Research Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, survivor-centred research on economic abuse as part of a major new three-year project funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
Working closely with the Senior Research Officer, colleagues across SEA, academic partners and external stakeholders, you will support research exploring coerced debt as a form of economic abuse and the responses to it across systems and services. You will have the ability to sensitively work with victim-survivors to learn about their lived experiences of economic abuse , including coerced debt, as well as the ability to conduct research with professional stakeholders.
Using your research skills, you will be able to analyse data, and will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of economic abuse in the context of intimate partner abuse, including of how perpetrators can misuse systems to enact abuse. For 50 years, Kidney Care UK has been at the forefront of supporting people with kidney disease. From our early days when we campaigned to introduce donor cards in the UK, we have worked hard to support and represent the interests of everyone affected by this lifelong condition. The role
The Individual Giving team is responsible for driving growth and income sustainability across Individual Giving (one-off donations, Regular Giving, Lottery) In Memory Giving, Legacy Giving and Major Giving. This is an exciting role and it will suit somebody who enjoys working across our different fundraising products, with particular focus on one-off donations, Regular Giving and In Memory Giving. The role will focus on the acquisition and stewardship of donors, maintaining a fantastic donor journey for longer term engagement. The role holder will need to own and manage their workstreams, drawing on the expertise of other in-house teams from Marketing to Finance. The CFP Basingstoke is one of NCRC’s projects and supports these objectives by running a furniture & household goods reuse service which allows people to donate items knowing that they will be put to good use in helping others to improve their living conditions and benefiting the most vulnerable members of our local community. The project also provides supported volunteering opportunities and accredited training to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or mental health issues, young people at risk of exclusion from education and youth offenders.
The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the CFP Basingstoke shop. This role involves supervising a diverse team of volunteers and supported volunteers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient retail environment, and occasionally assisting with furniture collections and deliveries by driving the 3.5 tonne project van.

We are seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support the delivery of our training programmes. This is a varied and rewarding role, central to ensuring the smooth running of our training calendar, communications, and events.
The postholder will work closely with schools, universities, coaches, and the wider team to coordinate training activity, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and support the delivery of high-quality events.
This role would suit someone who enjoys administration and coordination work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is comfortable managing a range of recurring tasks and responsibilities. We are open to flexible working arrangements.
Terms
Role responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day administration of training programmes
2. Maintain and update the training calendar, both offline and online
3. Liaise with schools, universities, and coaches to ensure clear and timely communication
4. Manage the shared inbox, responding professionally and efficiently
5. Support the coordination of events, including pupil days and teacher events
6. Take minutes and produce action log at board meetings, as required
7. Maintain and update mailing lists and contact databases
8. Send out certificates to training participants
9. Distribute coach feedback following sessions
10. Attend team meetings and training events as required
11. Take and prepare board meeting minutes
12. Assist with maintaining and updating Charity Commission records
13. Support the wider team with general administrative coordination

Training:
The post-holder may be required to undergo training relevant to the responsibilities above or related functions. The cost of this training and reasonable expenses will be covered by Physics Partners.
