As our Head of Rough Sleeping, you will join New Horizon Youth Centre’s leadership team and play a pivotal role in leading your team to provide support to 16-24 year-olds who are unsafe or facing homelessness in London.

You will be responsible for a team of managers and frontline workers who provide high-quality and impactful frontline rough sleeping services, including triage, street outreach, assessment and resettlement services.

As our Senior Digital Marketing Officer you will be responsible for boosting our income through online engagement, marketing and stewardship. The role includes responsibility for delivering paid advertising across various platforms (currently META, PPC, Reddit and TikTok) driving income through direct gifts, challenge event participation and other income generation activities.

Writing, designing and delivering our supporter emails, and overall supporter journeys, is also a key component of the role, boosting digital engagement with a view to driving additional income over time.

When it comes to this work, you'll be our lead for this area internally but you'll also have the support of our digital agency, who we maintain a close working relationship with, the wider fundraising team and the organisation as a whole. We’re looking for an experienced Programme Officer to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the delivery of our In2STEM Programme during a busy and high impact period. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive handover, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a real contribution from day one.

The Programme Officer will support the delivery of the In2STEM Programme including recruitment, planning, delivery, participant and volunteer management, and evaluation.

You will be responsible for recruitment, managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts), and managing relationships with supporters and funders. You will also support the planning, delivery and evaluation of programme activities including training and inductions, placements, online workshops, competitions and celebration events.

In2scienceUK is a remote based organisation, that requires occasional travel across the UK for recruitment, events, internal & external meetings and staff co-working days.

Duties and responsibilities:

Programme Delivery

• Managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts) from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, matching, onboarding, troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.

• Creating and developing engaging communication materials about the programme including video presentations, posters/flyers, case studies and website text, newsletters and images. 

• Monitoring student and volunteer (work experience host) applications to ensure targets and milestones are met. 

• Maintaining up to date records via the programme database and ensuring data protection. 

• Managing relationships with existing donors and supporters and networking to develop new relationships with prospective donors and supporters.

• Organising online skills workshops and careers panels, recruiting and coordinating volunteer speakers and panellists. 

• Planning and delivering in-person student inductions and celebration events.

Evaluation 

• Evaluating programme activities, using student and volunteer evaluation data and staff insights. 

• Supporting the creation and dissemination of case studies, working closely with the fundraising team to ensure funder requirements are met.

New Hope is a 24 hour supported accommodation service for adult males with diagnosis of mental health and convictions. As a Forensic Mental Health Recovery Worker you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. We support our residents in developing coping strategies and building supportive relationships, with a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service. 

You will support with tenancy matters proactively, providing responsive support and fostering a positive environment where residents feel secure and valued. You will do this through a combination of producing tailored support plans, activities, and partnership working. You will support us continue to work in a trauma informed way, and create a psychologically informed environment, which supports us in creating a safe, respectful, and responsive environment which puts our people and communities at the forefront. Join us on our mission to empower independence through trauma-informed solutions and dynamic partnerships that keep people out of prison, out of hospital, and off the streets.

• Build and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with residents, offering both practical assistance and emotional support.

New Hope is a 24 hour supported accommodation service for adult males with diagnosis of mental health and convictions. As a Forensic Mental Health Recovery Worker you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. We support our residents in developing coping strategies and building supportive relationships, with a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service. 

You will support with tenancy matters proactively, providing responsive support and fostering a positive environment where residents feel secure and valued. You will do this through a combination of producing tailored support plans, activities, and partnership working. You will support us continue to work in a trauma informed way, and create a psychologically informed environment, which supports us in creating a safe, respectful, and responsive environment which puts our people and communities at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Build and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with residents, offering both practical assistance and emotional support.

• Take part in, and encourage residents to engage in, the delivery and development of projects, initiatives, training opportunities, and volunteering activities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Activities Coordinator to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) based in Havering. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will play a major part in reintegrating our residents back into the community by coordinating and delivering high quality activities and programmes which work to support individual needs, working in collaboration with the wider team. Some activities may vary but could include days out and visits, awareness days/weeks/months campaigns, cultural celebrations and other meaningful activities to encourage reintegration and enhance social skills and community engagement.  No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful work in a supportive team environment.
