We are now seeking an Interim Adult Counselling Clinical Lead to join our Adult Counselling Team at this pivotal time. This opportunity is available as either a fixed-term appointment or a secondment opportunity within the Alliance (9 months).
As a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs, we provide counselling, group therapy, advocacy, prevention education, and professional training. With an annual income of approximately £4 million, we are growing and strengthening our infrastructure to better serve survivors and communities.
About the Role
This is a key leadership role providing clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of our Adult Counselling service.
You will play a central role in ensuring safe, effective and high‑quality support for survivors, while driving continuous improvement and contributing to organisational strategy.

As Service Manager you will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of one of the organisation's small homeless services in Tonbridge; this service provides intensive, trauma‑informed support to those who are sleeping rough or have experienced homelessness and require additional support to sustain accommodation and rebuild their independence. This is a hands‑on, operational role, managing a team of frontline staff who provide practical, trauma‑informed support. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to make sure the service is safe, effective, high quality, and responsive to the needs and experiences of the people the organisation supports. You will be responsible for managing and supporting your team to deliver practical and emotional support needed to overcome the trauma of sleeping on the streets, providing housing‑related support across both the organisation and other accommodation in the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells areas.

Purpose of the job
To work with Thames21’s Head of Finance and The Roding Rises delivery team to oversee the administration of The Roding Rises, a three-year project supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund that aims to kick-start the revitalisation of the River Roding. This position will work alongside Thames21’s Head of Finance and The Roding Rises Project Manager to ensure that every day finance functions for The Roding Rises project operate efficiently and accurately. To successfully deliver this job, the postholder will have a strong eye for detail and have experience in budget management/bookkeeping to ensure funding claims and invoices are paid on time.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Track project costs against projected budget to ensure budget vs actual expenditure is effectively managed, raising concerns early with Thames21’s Head of Finance and The Roding Rises Project Manager.
• Complete The National Lottery Heritage Fund claims process at agreed intervals to ensure an appropriate cash flow.
• Assist with relevant reporting tasks back to project funders.
• Work with the Thames21 Head of Finance and Thames21 Finance Officer to ensure all payments are completed in a timely manner in line with internal financial processes and any outstanding payments are managed in line with the approved funding agreement/ project proposal documentation.
• Support The Roding Rises Project Manager with the administration of the Roding Grant Scheme.
• Support the development and integration of improved financial tracking and reporting processes across wider Thames21 teams.

Who you are:
As a fundraising generalist, you will be well organised, provide strong administrative support, give excellent supporter care, write strong copy and be able to coordinate content creation.
Ideally you will have fundraising experience across a variety of relevant income streams, although we are interested to hear from candidates who have relevant transferable skills.

You will coordinate essential thanking activities for key donors and supporters. This will include coordinating the design and printing of thanking cards, and other relevant stewardship materials or merchandise, to be utilised by those across the organisation, including to support our volunteers. You will also coordinate thanking campaigns (e.g. thanking monthly donors and major donors), which will involve collating recipient lists, getting cards designed and printed, and coordinating staff and trustees to sign and send.

You will provide vital administrative support for events, including our annual presence at conferences such as EA Global in London, as well as our own annual supporter event. About the role
This is a great chance to be a part of a service working alongside the Healthcare & Education Department within HMP Bronzefield to identify and support women who are identified as being neurodiverse or presenting with symptoms of neurodiversity and will be returning to the community. The Neurodiversity Lead will focus support on women with a neurodivergent need and improve their transition into the community, with ongoing community support; including collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop their support plans.
The Lead will work in a multi-disciplinary way, including attending the weekly complex case meeting and/or the Safety Intervention Meeting (SIM) as appropriate, they will act as a specialist member of the wider Advance Criminal Justice Service - London team, to facilitate a pathway for women with complex needs including mental health and neurodiversity needs. The Neurodiversity Lead will accept referrals from the Advance Criminal Justice Community team and prison services, and will create a link between prison and the community, helping women to navigate support services and to positively re-integrate into their community upon release. They will co-design a person-centred support and action plan with women accessing support, enabling to support them to address their needs and any risks. The role will combine a casework- based approach, along with a signposting and advice service for the women.
The Neurodiversity Lead will be based in the community and will provide a drop-in service (1-2 day per week) in HMP Bronzefield to support women who are close to release.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You
To be successful as the Neurodiversity Lead you will need the below experience and skills:
- An excellent understanding of mental health, neurodiversity needs violence against women and girls and its links to women in the criminal justice system
- You will have the ability to complete trauma informed, support and action plans in collaboration with the woman; to support in addressing their multiple and individual needs and enable them to engage with services, which will result in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved.
- You will possess excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a prison environment whilst remaining calm.

This is a consultative, relationship-led role, working with organisations that require trusted long-term partners to safeguard valuable, sensitive and often irreplaceable heritage assets.
The successful candidate will inherit a defined book of existing customers, with responsibility for managing, retaining and growing that portfolio, alongside developing new business opportunities across the heritage, archive, cultural, academic and public sectors.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrable track record of securing and pipelining new business or partnerships
- Experience of working with specialist storage environments, ideally across archives, museums, libraries and public or private sector organisations; and/or experience of selling services or products into museums, archives, libraries, universities and wider heritage organisations#
- Strong account management experience, with the ability to steward longer-term relationships through a consultative and credible approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and represent Restore at relevant heritage, archive and sector events
- A self-motivated, organised and autonomous working style, alongside a willingness to travel across the UK

About the Role
The Restoration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational requirements of managing our programme of environmental restoration work, from initial applications through to monitoring and evaluation. They will ensure strong record-keeping, organisation and information-sharing across the team.
Core Accountabilities of the Role

Work with the Head of Impact & Engagement to coordinate restoration projects through each phase - application, due diligence, agreement, launch, progress monitoring, reporting and evaluation.

Arrange and attend regular meetings with the TreeSisters team and restoration partner teams, ensuring strong record-keeping and follow-up. Also providing translation support where needed, if possible.

Complete all restoration project administration and documentation

Share information about restoration partnerships and projects with marketing and fundraising team members

Events technical support (no more than one per month, which may take place in the evenings)

General ad-hoc administration and support as required by the charity

You will be self-motivated and thrive in a UK-wide, virtual team environment. You will be a people person with strong collaboration, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you would also be fluent in French or Spanish. You love the natural world and want to positively impact the global forests.
