Job description

We are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor for a period of 3 months to join a London based social enterprise. In this role you'll oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while delivering a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll also support workplace programmes and provide strategic advice on talent attraction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for new and backfill roles.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Develop innovative talent strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Oversee workplace programmes like internships and apprenticeships.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate onboarding experience.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong relationship-building, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset with an eye for talent trends.
